A Study on the Void Free of Via Hole Filling by Vacuum Printing Method in PCB

본 연구에서는 PCB에 진공인쇄 방식이 적용된 스크린 인쇄방법을 이용하여 Pattern 및 Hole충전의 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있는 기술을 적용하였다. 새로운 dry process 기술인 직접회로 인쇄 기술은 일반적으로 사용되고 있는 wet process 중 도금, 에칭, 박리 등의 공정을 줄일 수 있어 제조원가, 공정 리드타임 감소, 폐기물 감소로 환경 친화적 공정이라고 할 수 있다. 직접회로 인쇄는 진공도 100 Pa, 인쇄압력 0.45 MPa, 인쇄 속도 30 mm/sec, 인쇄각도 85도, 스크린 마스크와 기판 사이의 Gap 2 mm에서 인쇄될 때 가장 좋은 결과를 보였다. 직접회로 인쇄에 사용된 인쇄기는 일반 PCB공정에서 사용되는 동일한 형태에 진공조건을 유지시킬 수 있도록 개선하여 사용하였다.
Amphiphilic siRNA Conjugates for Co-Delivery of Nucleic Acids and Hydrophobic Drugs

<P>Combination therapy of nucleic acids and chemical drugs for cancer treatment is a promising strategy to enhance the therapeutic efficacy by simultaneously regulating multiple troublesome pathways. In this study, we report on polyethylene glycol-siRNA-polycaprolactone (PEG-siRNA-PCL) micelles that encapsulate hydrophobic drugs for efficient co-delivery of siRNA and drugs to cancer cells. Amphiphilic PEG-siRNA-PCL copolymers were synthesized by annealing antisense siRNA-PCL conjugates with sense siRNA-PEG conjugates. After paclitaxel encapsulation, PEG-siRNA-PCL micelles containing antiapoptotic Bcl-2-specific siRNA were stabilized with linear polyethylenimine via electrostatic interactions. Stabilized PEG-siRNA-PCL micelles showed superior anticancer effects, assessed by caspase-3 activity analysis, apoptotic cell staining, and a cytotoxicity test, to those of paclitaxel-free PEG-siRNA-PCL micelles and unmodified siRNAs. The strong anticancer activity of paclitaxel-incorporated siRNA micelles can be attributed to the synergistic effect of Bcl-2 siRNA and paclitaxel. This work provides an efficient co-delivery platform for combination anticancer therapy with siRNA and chemotherapy.</P>

This study investigated the physicochemical and sensory characteristics of fish paste containing red snow crab Chionoecetes japonicus leg-meat powder (RMP) in 0, 3, 6, 9, and 12% concentrations. The moisture contents of fish paste with RMP ranged from 56.7 to 60.2% and the pH ranged from 7.0 to 7.7. The L values decreased as the RMP concentration increased, and a and b increased. The folding test for all of the fish paste samples scored AA, which indicates good flexibility. The hardness, springiness, gumminess, and cohesiveness increased with the RMP concentration. In the sensory evaluation, the fish paste prepared with 6% RMP was the most preferred. These results suggest that RMP can be added to fish paste to achieve high quality.

<P>The first attempt to prepare biologically active siRNA-based microhydrogels is reported. The self-assembled microhydrogels were fabricated using sense/antisense complementary hybridization between single-stranded linear and Y-shaped trimeric siRNAs.
