BiOX ( X=Cl , Br, I) nanosheet arrays have been grown on the surface of carbon cloth as recycled photocatalysts. Photocatalytic tests display that the BiOCl/carbon cloth heterostructures possess a much higher degradation rate compared with BiOCl grown on a fluorine-doped tin oxide(FTO) planar substrate. The photocatalytic experimental results indicate that BiOCl/carbon cloth heterostructures show excellent cyclic properties.

In this paper, 10 nm Fe₃O₄ nanoparticles were modified on the surface of 2 μm flower-like bismuth oxychloride (BiOCl) spheres by a facile co-precipitation method. The results showed that the Fe₃O₄/BiOCl nanocomposites exhibited excellent photocatalytic activity and superparamagnetic property (Ms = 3.22 emu/g) under visible light for Rhodamine B (RhB) degradation. Moreover, the Fe₃O₄-BiOCl photocatalyst possessed magnetic recyclable property, which could maintain high photocatalytic effective even after 20 cycle times. These characteristic indicates a promising application for wastewater treatment.

Hyperspectral Image processing is usually time consuming, due to its huge data size. Nowadays Hyperspectral Imaging is used in many fields where real-time solutions are required. A systemic comparison study of linear feature extraction methods for classification of hyperspectral images with various types of noises is carried out in this paper, in which the performance of different linear feature extraction methods for classification and their computation cost reduction are compared. In practice, hyperspectral images are often contaminated by different types of noises, as the atmosphere around hyperspectral cameras may change all the time. In this paper, to make it more realistic, different types of noises, including Salt-and-Pepper noise, Gaussian noise, Speckle noise and their mixtures, are artificially imposed on the hyperspectral image. Support Vector Machine based classification is employed for classification performance comparison. The experimental results are very helpful for selecting linear feature extraction methods for classification of hyperspectral images that are usually affected with noises.
Construction of Hierarchical Ni(OH)2@CoMoO4 Nanoflake Composite for High-Performance Supercapacitors

Hierarchical Ni(OH)2@CoMoO4 nanoflake composite on Ni foam was successfully constructed by electrodepositing Ni(OH)2 onto CoMoO4 nanoflake and investigated as binder-free electrodes for supercapacitor. The composite shows a large areal capacitance of 5.23 F cm-2 at current density of 8 mA cm-1, and a capacitance retention of 82.5% after 1000 cycles. The high electrochemical performances can be attributed to the hierarchical nanoflakes structure and the synergetic effect between Ni(OH)2 nanosheets and CoMoO4 nanoflakes. This work demonstrates that Ni(OH)2@CoMoO4 nanoflake composite is highly desirable for application as advanced electrochemical electrode material.
Graphitic Carbon Nitride Isotype Heterostructures with Enhanced Visible Photocatalytic Properties

In this work, highly active graphitic carbon nitride composite photocatalysts with an isotype heterojunction semiconductor structure have been prepared through the molecular composite precursors consisting of urea and melamine. These photocatalysts were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, UV-Vis, BET and transient photocurrent responses. The photodegradation of dyes in aqueous solution under visible-light irradiation has been investigated over carbon nitride photocatalysts consisting of different urea/melamine mass ratios. Further studies by photocurrent indicate that the photosynergistic effect of isotype heterojunction can remarkably enhance the photoinduced interfacial charge transfer, thereby increasing the charge separation during the photocatalytic reaction.

Ideal bandgap ~1.4 eV of lead–tin (Pd–Sn) organic–inorganic hybrid perovskite absorber is essential to further enhance thepower conversion efciency of perovskite solar cells (PVSCs). However, due to the facile oxidation of Sn2+, large amount ofSn substituted Pb based PVSCs sufer with low stability in ambient environment. In this work, we realize an ideal bandgapperovskite by introducing a small amount (10 mol%) of Sn2+ to methylammonium lead iodide (MAPbI3). A large grain sizeMAPb0.9Sn0.1I3 flms with strong absorbance can be obtained. As a result, the best performance up to 18.3% efciency isachieved. Importantly, the MAPb0.9Sn0.1I3 cell retains 90% of its performance after operation at the maximum power pointunder full 1-sun illumination for 500 h, in contrast to the quick degradation of MAPbI3 cell. This study demonstrates thepromising potential of stable and efcient ideal band-gap Pb–Sn PVSCs.
