지능형 교통 시스템(ITS:Intelligent Transportation Systems)은 점점 가속화되고 있는 정보화 사회에 알맞는 신속, 안전, 쾌적한 차세대 교통체계를 구현하는데 그 목적을 두고 있으며, ITS 서비스 중에서 ATMS(Advanced Traffic Management System)는 도로상에 차량의 특성, 속도 등의 교통 정보를 감지할 수 있는 시스템을 설치하여 교통 상황을 실시간으로 분석하고, 이를 토대로 최적 신호 체계를 이루고, 동시에 여행시간 측정과 교통사고 파악 및 과적 단속 등의 업무를 자동화하는 것이다. 이와 같이 ITS에서는 차량의 흐름 정보 및 차량의 등록정보 등을 수집하여 원활한 교통흐름이 되도록 자료를 수집하는 것은 필수적이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 차량의 정보를 수집하는 시스템으로 RFID시스템을 제안한다. The ITS(intelligent transportation systems) purpose to realizing transportation system speediness, safety, comfortable next generation in information society that is accelerating gradually. In ITS service, ATMS analyzes traffic conditions by real-time to install system that can sense traffic information of the vehicles characteristic, speed and etc at road. This with base, make optimum traffic signal system, and simultaneously to automating business of travel time measurement, traffic accident verification and excessive loading control etc. It is required that, ITS collects information of a car by reason of smooth traffic understanding like the top. Therefore, in this paper, propose RFID system for system that collect information of vehicles.
Discourses on the Concept of Sustainable Development

Sustainable Development is a vision for development as a concept including environment, economy, and society for future and current generation. There are many studies related to SD in various fields. The purposes of this study are to identify research trends of Sustainable Development and to draw shared views in topics of SD research. For the foregoing, this study classified 107 Korean researches related to sustainable development published from 2005 to January 2016,and drew out the definitions of SD. In researches related to SD, SD is defined as balanced and equal development considering capacities of environment, society, and economy. Because the notion of development is dominated by the principle of economic-interest-first, fundamental pursuits of SD can be seen as sustainable economic development. In this approach of SD, there are still oppositions and conflicts between sustain ability and development. And without solving those conflicts, it is difficult to achieve SD. To solve the conflicts between sustain ability and development, we have to abstain from man-oriented world views and pursue for respect, harmony and balance in nature-centered-values.

본 연구는 지속가능발전지향 유아 창의인성교육 프로그램을 개발을 목적으로 관련 문헌 고찰을 통해 지속가능발전지향과 창의인성에 대한 요소를 추출하여 프로그램의 이론적 준거를 마련하였다. 구성된 이론적 준거를 토대로 전문가협의회를 통해 실제적 준거를 세워 프로그램 기본 방향을 설정하고 프로그램 1차 시안을 구성하였다. 구성된 프로그램 시안은 전문가의 검토를 거쳐 수정한 후 충북 소재 4개 공립 유치원, 만 5세 8개 학급 189명의 유아를 대상으로 현장 적용을 실시하였다. 현장 적용 모니터링 결과와 현장 적용에 참여한 8명의 교사들의 의견을 반영하여 프로그램 1차 시안을 수정하여 2차 시안을 구성하였으며, 구성된 2차 시안은 유아교육전문가와 현장전문가의 2차 검증 과정을 거쳐 전문가들의 의견을 반영하여 수정한 후 지속가능발전지향 유아 창의인성교육 프로그램 최종안을 구성하였다. 프로그램 최종안은 ‘소중해요, 함께해요, 나누어요’ 라는 3가지 주제로 구성하였으며, 각 주제별로 3개의 소주제씩, 총 54개의 활동이 개발되었다. The purpose of this study is to develop a ‘sustainable development - oriented creativity character education program’ for 5-year-old children. First, theoretical criteria and frame of the program were established by drawing factors related to sustainable development, creativity and character from review of previous studies and related documents. Then direction and draft of the program were settled through professionals’ discussion based on established theoretical basis. The draft of the program was revised twice to reflect the opinions of teachers who participated in the field application conducted onto 189 children from 8 classes in 4 kindergartens in Chungbuk province and the result of program monitoring. Finally, a sustainable development-oriented creativity education program for 5-year-old children has been developed after another round of professionals’ and teachers’ review and validation. The program is composed of 3 main categories, where each main category has 3 sub-categories and 54 activities.
Retractable cleat mechanism of legged robots’ foot on various terrain

Many locomotive robots aim to work reliably and quickly on various terrain. However, It is difficult to control the robot because the terrain is sometimes bumpy, slippery, and muddy. This paper presents a solution for slippery terrain. Slip is an event caused by a lack of friction force. The key research question of this study was whether a relationship between friction force and cleat of a cat’s. If legged robots have foot structure for various terrain, such as claws, then the traction force would be increased and slip would not happen. Moreover, the foot structure was designed as a retractable claw to that can be applied to various ground conditions. The change of the friction force with the ground was demonstrated by experiments. The experiments compared with the coefficient of friction in case with or without the cleat on the three terrain conditions: asphalt, ice and soil. As a result, in case with the cleat, the friction force was increased than without.
Creativity-Character Element Analysis by Organic Fusion of Creativity and Character

This research aims to extract Creativity-Character Elements by organic fusions of Creativity and Character by examining previous researches on the relationships between creativity and character. Based on previously related researches on the relationship between creativity and character, there are slight differences in opinions, but it appears that they are influencing mutually. Hence, the coherence of elements of creativity and those of characters was endeavored. There were totals of 36 Creativity-Character Elements extracted through this research results. This study attempted organic fusions of Creativity Elements with Character Elements based on the correlation between Creativity and Character. The results of this research would be crucial and fundamental resources for Creativity-Character Education in the educational fields.
