The study considers trends and prospects for developing virtual (augmented) reality and civil transactions in relation to digital property. In jurisprudence, there is a need to determine the legal status of virtual and augmented reality to regulate legal relations in the digital environment. Legal relations using new digital technologies require the creation of new legislative approaches and rules of their legal regulation. The article dwells on the legal status of virtual (augmented) reality and determines the methods of regulating legal relations in the sphere of digital property. The study utilized methods for collecting single and multiple facts in order to identify the main trends in the civil circulation of digital assets, as well as private law methods. The methods of generalization, concreteness, induction and deduction reveal the legal nature and main features of virtual (augmented) reality and digital property. The paper highlights the specifics of virtual reality and civil transactions in relation to digital assets. The research has concluded that the sale, exchange and other actions with digital objects in virtual reality have distinctive features, while digital property has also unique characteristics since it is involved in civil circulation and legal relations.

<P>The limited understanding of black carbon (BC) aerosol emissions from incomplete combustion causes a poorly constrained anthropogenic climate warming that globally may be second only to CO<SUB>2</SUB> and regionally, such as over East Asia, the dominant driver of climate change. The relative contribution to atmospheric BC from fossil fuel versus biomass combustion is important to constrain as fossil BC is a stronger climate forcer. The source apportionment is the underpinning for targeted mitigation actions. However, technology-based “bottom-up” emission inventories are inconclusive, largely due to uncertain BC emission factors from small-scale/household combustion and open burning. We use “top-down” radiocarbon measurements of atmospheric BC from five sites including three city sites and two regional sites to determine that fossil fuel combustion produces 80 ± 6% of the BC emitted from China. This source-diagnostic radiocarbon signal in the ambient aerosol over East Asia establishes a much larger role for fossil fuel combustion than suggested by all 15 BC emission inventory models, including one with monthly resolution. Our results suggest that current climate modeling should refine both BC emission strength and consider the stronger radiative absorption associated with fossil-fuel-derived BC. Even though Memetics, the study area of meme maps, has been well-studied in the Cognitive Neuroscience and Computer Science disciplines, there has been no research attempt on Memetics in the Tourism and Hospitality field. Seminal studies in the marketing field suggest that the concepts of destination image and meme maps are highly-related. Accordingly, the purpose of the current study is twofold: (1) to identify the overall Destination Image Meme Maps of Antalya, Turkey and their favorite tourism destination, and (2) to identify and evaluate the similarities and differences in the structures of the previously generated two categories of Destination Image Meme Maps. The data was gathered from two samples consisting of 272 Russian and 262 German travelers visiting a medium-sized city (i.e. Antalya) located in the south region of Turkey. This study adopts and enhances the knowledge of Memetics into Tourism and Hospitality research. It also provides important practical and methodological contributions.
