The munufucturing of mold needed some techniqus, one of them, the hot runner system is very utility techniqu in the injection molding using the enpla resin. The most important feature of the molding is the conservation techniqu in the manufuctures.
열가소성 elastomer의 blow 성형에 관한 연구

The present study was performed to explain to the technology of blow molding using thermoplastic elastomers. The blow molding was effected a variety of thermoplastic elastomers such as SBC, TPO, TPU, and TPVC. Most of the blow molding methods were improved the technician in the factory. Recently, it appears that new blow molding methods established useful technology in the molding methods of plastics.

The exchange of resin and color were occured some troubles. These were decreased the products in the injection molding. The exchange of resin is established the flow of resin depending on the temperature. Some cases, the exchange od resin was desired another resins(so-call intermediated resin), which is non-reactive resin usually polyolefins. The exchange of resin and color was affected the surface of the screw, an angle and a distance of the clinder head between the screw head, and the shape of the nozzle.

Acryl resin shows rapid hardening adhesives with a cumene hydroperoxide as a initiator and thylene urea as a curing agent. Acryl resin combined with TE-2000 (styrene-butadine block copolymer) has high shear strength, also their volume does not change after mixing together. Synthesis of styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer was most important element in the structual adhesives using acryl resin.

The flame retardant ABS polymer was prepared with various inorganic and organic flame retardant agents. Especially, PVC was known a good flame retardant polymer and economical substrate. The effect of retardant agents concentration and mechanical and optical properties of the blends (ABS-PVC) were studied. Blends structures were investigated by scanning electron microscopy. A viriuos mechanical and optical properties were affected by additives, monomers, and pre-polymers.
Ruthenium착물 촉매를 이용한 수소이동 반응하에서의 방향족 Amine과 1.3_Propanediol부터의 Quinoline합성

Aniline과 1,3-propanediol이 촉매량의 Ruthenium trichloride hydrate(RuCl3.nH2O)과 Tributylphosphine(PBu3)의 존재하, Diglyme 환류에서 반응시키면 자발적인 수소발생을 동반하여 Quinoline을 좋은 수율로 얻게 된다. 이 Quinoline의 수율은 Aniline과 1,3-Propanediol의 몰비, 그리고 PBu3와 RuCl3.nH2O의 몰비에 상당히 영향을 받는다. 가장 좋은 수율(76%)은 Aniline과 1,3-Propanediol의 몰비가 2.5일 때, 그리고 PBu3과 RuCl3.nH2O의 몰비가 2.0일 때 이루어진다. 이 반응의 중요한 열쇄중간체로서 N,N'-diarylpropylenediamine (5)과 그 탈수소된 imine 유도체를 제시한다. Aniline Reacts with 1,3-propanediol under reflux in diglyme with spontaneous hydrogen evolution in the presence of a catalytic amount of ruthenium trichloride hydrate(RuCl3.nH2O)-tributylphosphine(PBu3) to give quinoline in good yield. The yield of quinoline was considerably affected by molar ratio, aniline to 1,3-propanediol and PBu3 to RuCl3.nH2O. The best yield (76%) was achieved at the molar ratio, 2.5 aniline/diol and 2.0 fo PBu3/RuCl3.nH2O. As the key intermediate of the reaction, N,N'-diarylpropylenediamine (5) and its dehydrogenated imine derivatives are postulated.

산성 고분자합성에 관한 연구 : using oxirane carboxylic acid alkyl ester

Our goal is to increase the amount of anionic groups present in given polymer. Poly(acrylic acid) will be the benchmark material : it bears 1 carboxylate per 3 carbons in every repeat. Maleic anhydride represents the high carboxylate extreme in simple vinyl polymers. The problem is the direct polymerization of maleic anhydride is very difficult and virtually impossible in control. The major issues to address are related to increasing the carboxylate content of polymers. For example, can improved methods for the homopolymerization of maleic anhydride be found, or can copolymers of maleic anhydride and acrylic acid be prepared. This paper was studied that preparation of highly acidic polymer from oxirane carboxylate.
