물의 순환에 대한 고등학생들의 지구시스템 관련 개념과 시스템 사고의 분석

본 연구의 목적은 물의 순환에 대한 고등학생들의 시스템 사고의 정도를 알아보고, 학생들이 물의 순환에 대해 기술한 내용 중에서 지구시스템과 관련된 개념들은 어떤 것들이 있는지 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 연구 대상은 비평준화 지역인 포항시에서 성적이 중간 정도인 고등학교 3학년 학생 4명을 선정하여 물의 순환에 대한 질문지를 작성하게 하고 그 결과를 토대로 인과지도를 작성한 후 시스템 사고의 관점에서 분석하였다. 연구의 결과는 첫째, 학생들이 기술한 내용 중에 지구시스템과 관련된 개념은 모두 21개였으며, 이 중 과학적 개념 연결은 14개, 비과학적 개념 연결은 7개로 나타났다. 둘째, 학생들이 기술한 내용을 인과지도로 작성한 결과 피드백 루프가 완성된 학생은 A, C학생 2명 뿐 이었으며 그 중 C학생의 피드백 루프는 비과학적 개념 연결을 포함하고 있었다. 전체적으로 학생들이 물의 순환에 대하여 시스템 사고를 적절하게 수행하지 못하고 있거나 낮은 수준의 시스템 사고를 하고 있으며 내용에 대한 이해가 부족한 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of the study is to research students’ proficiency with systems-thinking approach concerning water cycles and to acquire data on Earth System-related concepts based on students’ feedback. To achieve the purpose of the study, I chose 4 mid-level high school juniors living in Pohang, where the high school equalization policy has not been implemented, and the students answered a questionnaire about water cycles. Then, based on the results, I created a causal map and evaluated it using systems-thinking analysis. The results of the study are as follows: First of all, among the answers of the subjects, there were 21 concepts related to the conception of the earth system : 14 of the conceptions were linked scientifically, and 7 of the conceptions were not linked scientifically. Secondly, results of the causal map of what the subjects described showed that only two students’(A and C) feedback loops were completed, and that student C`s feedback loop included unscientific reasoning. In conclusion, this study indicated that the students failed to understand the water cycle with the systems-thinking approach, or alternatively they applied low-level systems-thinking approach and had a lower understanding of it.

To develop some plants utilized as honey plants, oil and/or feed resources this survey was carried out concerning the distribution and production and oil content of seed in Evodia danielli Hemsley. Zanthoxylum schinifolium S. et Z, Zanthoxylum piperritum D.C., Laurus obtusiloba Blume, Styrax japonicus Sieb et Zucc., Camellic japonica L. and Torreya nucifera Sieb et Zucc. distributed in Gyeong Nam district. The results obtained were as follows; 1) Vertical and horizontal distributions over the whole country and Gyeong Nam district of the plants utilized as honey plant. oil and feed resources were described in the text. 2) The seed production of Evodia danielli H. averaged 2.4㎏, 4.0㎏, 9.0㎏ and 14.6㎏ per tree in 6∼10 years old, 11∼20 years, 21∼30 years and over 31 years, respectively, Zanthoxylum schinifolium S. et Z., Zanthoxylum piperitum D.C., Laurus obtusiloba Blame and Styrax japonicus Sieb. et Zucc. produced 63.9g of seed per tree in 4 years old, 76.4g in 5 years, 56.7g in 5 years, and 1.0㎏ in 18 years, respectively. 3) The oil content and oil production of seed averaged 39.24% and 29.5% in Evodia danielli H, 28.97% and 23.5% in Zanthoxylum schinifolium S. et Z., 21.22% and 15.5% in Zanthoxylum piperitum D.C., 28.26% and 25.0% in Laurus obtusiloba Blutm, 24.10% and 17.9% in Styrax japonicus Sieb. et Zucc., 37.50% anti 20.9% in Camellia japonica L. and 21.35% and 10.0% in Torreya nucifera Sieb. et Zucc., respectively. 4) The protein content of seed averaged 15.28% in Evodia danielli H. and 19.01% in Styrax japonicus Sieb. et Zucc. respectively. These trees were found to contain higher protein in seed than other trees surveyed. From the. above results it was concluded that Evodia danielli H. had the most yield, oil content and oil production of seed among some plants surveyed.
