        Complete Genome Sequencing of Bacillus velezensis WRN014, and Comparison with Genome Sequences of other Bacillus velezensis Strains

        Bacillus velezensis strain WRN014 was isolated from banana fields in Hainan, China. Bacillus velezensis is an important member of the plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) which can enhance plant growth and control soil-borne disease. The complete genome of Bacillus velezensis WRN014 was sequenced by combining Illumina Hiseq 2500 system and Pacific Biosciences SMRT high-throughput sequencing technologies. Then, the genome of Bacillus velezensis WRN014, together with 45 other completed genome sequences of the Bacillus velezensis strains, were comparatively studied. The genome of Bacillus velezensis WRN014 was 4,063,541bp in length and contained 4,062 coding sequences, 9 genomic islands and 13 gene clusters. The results of comparative genomic analysis provide evidence that (i) The 46 Bacillus velezensis strains formed 2 obviously closely related clades in phylogenetic trees. (ii) The pangenome in this study is open and is increasing with the addition of new sequenced genomes. (iii) Analysis of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) revealed local diversification of the 46 Bacillus velezensis genomes. Surprisingly, SNPs were not evenly distributed throughout the whole genome. (iv) Analysis of gene clusters revealed that rich gene clusters spread over Bacillus velezensis strains and some gene clusters are conserved in different strains. This study reveals that the strain WRN014 and other Bacillus velezensis strains have potential to be used as PGPR and biopesticide.

        Influence of High Temperature Pre-Deformation on the Dissolution Rate of Delta Ferrites in Martensitic Heat-Resistant Steels

        The dissolution process of delta ferrites and the influence of high temperature pre-deformation on the dissolutionrate of delta ferrites in martensitic heat-resistant steel 10Cr12Ni3Mo2VN were studied by isothermalheating and thermal simulation experiments. The precipitation temperature of delta ferrites in experimentalsteel is about 1195 °C. M23C6-type carbides incline to precipitate and coarsen at the boundaries of delta ferritesbelow 930 °C, and can be rapidly dissolved by heating at 1180 °C. The percentage of delta ferrites graduallydecreases with heating time. And a Kolmogorov-Johnson-Mehl-Avrami equation was established to describethe dissolution process of delta ferrites at 1180 °C. High temperature pre-deformation can markedly increasethe dissolution rate of delta ferrites. Pre-deformation can largely increase the interface area between delta ferriteand matrix and thus increase the unit-time diffusing quantities of alloying elements between delta ferritesand matrix. In addition, high temperature pre-deformation leads to dynamic recrystallization and increases thenumber of internal grain boundaries in the delta ferrites. This can also greatly increase the diffusing rate ofalloying elements. In these cases, the dissolution of delta ferrites can be promoted.

        The Novel Efficient Dual-field FIPS Modular Multiplication

        The modular multiplication is the key module of public-key cryptosystems such as RSA (Rivest-Shamir-Adleman) and ECC (Elliptic Curve Cryptography). However, the efficiency of the modular multiplication, especially the modular square, is very low. In order to reduce their operation cycles and power consumption, and improve the efficiency of the public-key cryptosystems, a dual-field efficient FIPS (Finely Integrated Product Scanning) modular multiplication algorithm is proposed. The algorithm makes a full use of the correlation of the data in the case of equal operands so as to avoid some redundant operations. The experimental results show that the operation speed of the modular square is increased by 23.8% compared to the traditional algorithm after the multiplication and addition operations are reduced about (s<sup>2</sup>-s)/2, and the read operations are reduced about s<sup>2</sup>-s, where s=n/32 for n-bit operands. In addition, since the algorithm supports the length scalable and dual-field modular multiplication, distinct applications focused on performance or cost could be satisfied by adjusting the relevant parameters.

        Theoretical research on the propagation of the crack normal to and dwelling on the interface of the cermet cladding material structure

        The interface crack propagation problem in the cermet cladding material structure was studied. A comparative propagation propertyparameter (CP) suitable to judge the propagation direction of the interface crack in the cermet cladding material structure was proposed. The interface crack propagation criterion was established. Theoretical models of the CPs for the crack normal to and dwelling on theinterface deflecting separately into the clad, the interface and the substrate were built, and the relations between the CPs and the loadaction angle, the clad thickness ratio and the load were investigated with an example. The research results show that, under the researchconditions, the interface crack will more easily propagate into the clad layer than into the substrate.

This paper mainly use Arduino UNO to design a control system of the current blender, the main function of the system is to accurately control the ingredient of each drink through the peristaltic pump control circuit and relay circuit, the wine is modulated by the mixing mechanism, For better visual and acoustic effects, LED and sound are added above the reclaiming port. Through the order system to select drinks without the intervention of the staff, the equipment is in the state of no sales.

        Direct Power Control without Current Sensors for Nine-Switch Inverters

        Recently, the nine-switch inverter has been proposed as a dual output inverter. To date, studies on the control strategies for NSIs have been mostly combined with their application. However, in this paper, a mathematical model and control strategy for nine-switch inverters has been proposed in view of the topology. A switching function model and equivalent circuit model of a nine-switch inverter have been built in ${\alpha}{\beta}$ coordinates. Then, a novel current observer with an improved integrator is proposed based on the switching function model, and a direct power control strategy is proposed. No current sensors are used in the proposed strategy, and only two voltage sensors are employed. The performance of the proposed control method is verified by simulation and experimental results.

        An Experimental Study on the Correlation between Composite Lining Stiffness and Bearing Capacity in Soft Ground

        The composite lining is intended to be stiff and strong, based on the current design guidance, to carry the designated load alone in the long-term operation. However, according to the latest research, the temporary support is supposed to carry load even under the undesired circumstance of serious deterioration, and it is contentious whether thicker lining is favorable for tunnel durability or not. A series of model tests were conducted in this study, therefore, to develop the correlation between lining stiffness and tunnel durability. In the tests, the test box, consisting of surrounding earth, temporary support and lining, is considered as an integrated structure to carry the load transferred from the upper, through which composite lining is represented. Eight conditions were designed by changing the stiffness of the temporary support and the lining. The test results from experimental data analysis (e.g. failure process, lining displacement and internal force) show that the more flexible the lining is and the stiffer the temporary support is, the more durable the condition becomes At the same time, the imperfect contact between the temporary support and the lining greatly weakens the carrying capacity of the whole structure.
