Social network analysis and network analysis are perceived as similar in many research publications since it became popular in the 1990s. Application of network analysis in tourism research is relatively new, especially in the study of the four rivers. Network analysis is employed to investigate the structure and pattern of relationships between actors in a network. In this paper, the data was collected from 661 residents who live in waterfront nearby from Sep to Oct, 2013. The results of the research show the pattern of the network among four main rivers. Especially, according to 4 kinds of analysis of the degree centrality spring, it was analyzed that the centrality of han and nakdong rivers was high and the others were relatively low. Moreover, in the analysis of degree centrality concentric, "the reduction of overflow damage" and the improvement of surroundings in each region" were mostly located in the center of node. These results enrich current research on the effects of this big project and provide a dynamic perspective for understanding how this big national project influences residents through interactions of recognition. Several academic and operational implications were suggested.

The antigenic potential of CFA-001, cefazolin, a cephalosporin derivative produced by an enzymatic semisynthesis, was determined in Hartley guinea pigs. A battery of tests employed consisted of active systemic anaphylaxis (ASA), passive cutaneous anaphylaxis (PCA), and indirect hemagglutination test (IHA). The results were as follows: 1) In ASA, no signs attributable to anaphylaxis was observed in guinea pigs sensitized with CFA-001, whereas OVA-sensitized animals induced severe anaphylactic symptoms; 2) guinea pigs did not produce antibodies against CFA-001 when sensitized with or without Freund's complete adjuvant (FCA) in homologous PCA tests. Meanwhile, antibodies against ovalbumin (OVA) were clearly detected; 3) No CFA-001-specific hemagglutination was observed in the IHA using sera obtained from CFA-001-sensitized guinea pigs. These results suggest that CFA-001 has no antigenicity potential in guinea pigs.

Wheat dwarf virus (WDV) is a monocot-infecting geminivirus that replicates in infected tissue as double-stranded DMA. We evaluated whether the WDV vector system bearing Ds could be used as an effective insertional mutagen in rice. Molecular data showed that Ds was excised from WDV vectors once the WDV-carrying Ds (WDV::Ds) and the genomic Ac vector were co-introduced into rice calli. Mature T0 and T1 transgenic plants were analyzed for the distribution and inheritance of Ds inserts. Southern analysis indicated that the Ds elements excised from WDV vectors were stably inserted into genomes. The number of transposed Ds ranged from zero to three copies, among independent transformants. Meanwhile, untransposed Ds (WDV::Ds) were present in multiple-copies in genomes. Southern analysis of the selfed progeny of T0 plants demonstrated that most WDV::Ds were co-segregated among siblings. This indicated that these elements were integrated into the same single loci. However, a few Ds were found to segregate independently from the majority of Ds. In this report, we discuss the efficiency of WDV vectors in generating multicopy Ds in rice genomes.
