Histochemical Detection of Glycoconjugates in the Male Reproductive System of the Horse

The binding specificities of various lectins,such asthe Dolichos biflorus agglutinin (DBA), soybeanagglutinin (SBA), and the Bandeiraea simplicifoliaBS-1 (Isolectin B4), Triticum vulgaris (WGA), Arachishypogaea (PNA), and Ulex europaeus (UEA-I) lectins,were studied in the vomeronasal organ of the horse.The microvilli of the vomeronasal sensory epitheliumwere positive for DBA, SBA, Isolectin B4, WGA, PNA,and UEA-I. The receptor cells showed intensereactivity for DBA and WGA. Lectins were not de-tected in the supporting cells or basal cells. TheJacobson's glands were positive for WGA and UEA-I,but lectins were absent from the nerve bundles.Fromthese results, we postulate that several lectin-bindingcarbohydrates on the microvilli and neurosensory cellsare associated with chemoreception in the horse. Inaddition, the differential lectin-binding patterns inthe horse suggest that the carbohydrates present inthis particular sense organ are species-specific.
초등교사의 직무스트레스와 직무만족도의 관계 : 자아탄력성과 성취욕구의 매개효과

본 연구는 초등교사의 직무스트레스와 직무만족도와의 관계에서 자아탄력성과 성취욕구의 매개효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 참가자는 S시와 K도의 5개 초등학교 교사 170명이었다, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 측정모델은 전반적으로 충분히 수용 가능한 우수한 적합도 수준인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 모든 변인들의 AVE값은 .362이상의 값으로 나타나 판별타당성 역시 확보한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 구조방정식모델은 수용 가능한 적합도 수준인 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 연구에서 설정한 가설 검증 결과는 총 5개의 경로 가설 중 5개 경로 모두 채택된 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 직무스트레스와 직무만족도는 유의한 영향관계가 있으므로 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 초등교사의 직무스트레스와 직무만족도의 관계에서 자아탄력성과 성취욕구는 중요한 변인으로 밝혀졌다. This study aimed to explore the mediated effects of self-resilience and achievement need in relation to the job stress of an elementary school teachers and their teaching satisfaction. The participants in the study were 170 elementary school teacher in S and K cities. The results of the study are as follows: First, the measurement model was generally found to be a sufficiently acceptable level of fit. Second, the AVE value of all the variables was found to be above .362 and the discriminant validity was also secured. Third, the structural equation model was found to be acceptable level of fit. Fourth, the hypothesis verification results set in the study showed that all five of the five path hypotheses were adopted. Finally, job stress and teaching satisfaction had a significant impact, which resulted in a partial mediated effects. As a result, the self-resilience and the achievement need in the relationship between job stress and teaching satisfaction of an elementary school teachers were found to be important variables.
