We fabricated the diffraction grating on the surface of fused silica glass using a femtosecond laser. The grooves of diffraction grating has a lot of micro crack and debris result in reduced diffraction efficiency. So, we polished the diffraction grating with CO₂laser beam. With different scan number of CO₂laser beam, we observed the image of diffraction grating and measured the diffraction efficiency.
의료기관 해외진출 시 해외파견근무에 대한 지각된 위험에 따른 세분화 연구

With the globalization of health care industry, efforts are being made to create the worldwide values of the Korean health care industry and to promote the creation of the new growth employment related to the industry`s overseas expansion. In this regard, this paper aimed to identify the perceived risks of overseas work. To meet this purpose, a survey was conducted targeting the medical personnel, health and medical service personnel, and administration staff of S Hospital which is actively engaged in its overseas expansion project. The collected data went through a coding process was made of them by using the SPSS 23.0 to verify the market segmentation research of the perceived risks for overseas work. As a result of the empirical analysis, they are classed as three groups, Time efficiency focus group, Physical safety focus group, Business performance focus group. And It`s a significant difference compared to three groups. In this regard, it can be said that the results of this study provide a practical and important implication to expanding health care services to overseas markets for promoting the globalization of the health wellness industry; for it was performed targeting the medical personnel, health and medical service personnel, and administration staff who can actually be dispatched to overseas work and identified the differentiation through market segmentation about perceived risks.
증강현실을 이용한 스마트 가이드 관람 서비스 구축 방안

스마트폰의 대중화로 인해 개인별 취향에 따른 생활의 변화와 개인의 맞춤형 서비스에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 이러한 시대적인 변화에 맞춰 공공기관과 박물관 그리고 과학관에 이르기까지 개인별 맞춤형 서비스에 대해 관심이 증가되고 있으며 이를 충족시키기 위한 시스템의 변화가 나타나고 있다. 특히 박물관, 미술관, 과학관은 관람이라는 공통되어진 요소를 가지고 있으며, 단체 관람과 개인별 관람형태로 이루어지고 있다. 박물관과 과학관은 미술관과는 달리 역사와 과학교육이라는 대 국민적인 목적이 담겨져 있으며, 테마파크와는 달리 엔터테인먼트와 교육을 병행해야하는 공공기관으로서의 역할이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해서는 전시물에 대한 충분한 몰입도를 높여야 하며, 그와 병행하여 전시물에 대한 연령대별 설명이 부가되어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 효율적인 관람 서비스를 제공하기 위해 증강현실을 이용한 엔터테인먼트 기능과 교육을 함께 병행할 수 있는 효율적인 방안에 대하여 연구하고자 한다. Due to the popularity of smart phones based on personal propensities and individual lifestyle changes customerized services is increasing interest in the individual. The system for personalized services make a difference in the public institutions, museum of science and history. In particular, museums and art galleries have a common motivation which is sightseeing. Museum for the history and science education a national purpose that is put, unlikely art gallery. Museum of science and History, unlike the theme parks have a combination of entertainment and education as a public institution is a large consensus. In order to achieve this objective, exhibits raise a sufficient commitment to and the exhibits should be described by age. Using augmented reality combined with effective entertainment and education measures, we propose the effective smart guide service strategies for museum.
