We give a classification of real solvable Lie algebras whose non-trivial coadjoint orbits of corresponding to simply connected Lie groups are all of codimension 2. These Lie algebras belong to a well-known class, called the class of MD-algebras.

We give a complete classification of simply connected and solvable real Lie groups whose nontrivial coadjoint orbits are of codimension 1. This classification of the Lie groups is one to one corresponding to the classification of their Lie algebras. Such a Lie group belongs to a class, called the class of MD-groups. The Lie algebra of an MD-group is called an MD-algebra. Some interest properties of MD-algebras will be investigated as well.

The Kondo and the Fano resonances in the two-point Green’s function of the single-level quantum dot were found and investigated in many previous works by means of different numerical calculation methods. In this report, we present a derivation of the analytical forms of the resonance terms in the expression of the two-point Green’s function. For that purpose, the system of Dyson equations for the two-point nonequilibrium Green’s functions in the complex-time Keldysh formalism was established to the second order in the tunneling coupling constants with the mean field approximation for the statistical averages of the products of four electron creation and destruction operators. This system of Dyson equations was solved exactly by means of the computer algebra and the analytical expressions for the resonance terms are derived. The conditions for the existence of the Kondo or the Fano resonances were found.
Orodispersible film incorporating nanoparticulate loratadine for an enhanced oral bioavailability

Purpose Loratadine (LOR), a commonly prescribed antihistamine, has low water solubility but high permeability. In this study, an orodispersible film incorporating the nanoparticulate loratadine was prepared to enhance the oral bioavailability of a poorly water-soluble drug. Methods Nanoparticulate loratadine was formulated using the antisolvent precipitation method and optimized by a singlefactor design based on the particle size and polydispersity index. The optimal formulation was spray-dried and characterized by powder X-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry. Nanoparticulate loratadine was loaded into an orodispersible film using a solvent casting method. Results In the dissolution tests, the nanoparticulate loratadine-loaded orodispersible film exhibited a 6.5-fold higher dissolution rate than the pure loratadine-loaded film and a similar dissolution rate compared to the commercialized orodispersible tablet, Loratadine SPM. In pharmacokinetic studies conducted on rats, the maximum concentration (Cmax) and area under the curve of the plasma concentration–time profile from 0 to 24 h (AUC 0-24 h) of the nanoparticulate loratadine-loaded orodispersible film significantly increased 1.8-fold and 5.8-fold, respectively. The elimination half-life (t1//2) increased 5.1-fold compared to the loratadine-loaded counterpart. Conclusion These results suggest the potential of orodispersible films to improve the oral bioavailability of poorly watersoluble drugs and promote compliance in pediatric and geriatric patients.
Theoretical Description of the Manipulation of a Double Quantum Dot as a Charge Qubit

The charge qubit operation on an isolated double quantum dot, i.e., the manipulation of electron charge distribution and charge curent in an isolated double quantum dot by changing the bias voltage applied to the gates of two quantum dots was performed in recent experimental works towardsthe use ofthis charge qubitin quantum informationprocesing. Inthis work, we present the theory of charge qubit operation of this kind on an isolated double quantum dot consisting of two single-level quantum dots connected one with an other by means of electron tunneling through a potential barier and containing only one electron. The system of rate equations for matrix elements of density matrix of electron system was derived. The formulae determining the time dependence of the charge distribution in the double quantum dot due to abrupt changes in the bias voltage applied to the gates of two quantum dots during the manipulation process were established. The comparison with experimental data was caried out for the special case of decoherence due to the interaction of electron with environment.
Second Order Suboptimal Power Allocation for MIMO-OFDM Based Cognitive Radio Systems

This paper proposes an efficient and low complexity power-loading algorithm for MIMO-OFDM downlink based cognitive radio system that maximizes the sum rate of single secondary user (SU) under constraints on the tolerable interference thresholds between secondary user and primary user`s frequency bands and the total transmission power. Our suboptimal algorithm is based on the 2<sup>nd</sup> order interference tracking and nulling mechanism to allocate transmission power of the subcarriers among SU`s scheme. The performance of our proposed suboptimal scheme is compared with the performance of the classical power loading algorithms, e.g., water filling, 1<sup>st</sup> order interference tracking, nulling, and other suboptimal schemes. Numerical results show that our algorithm has low complexity but obtains a higher channel capacity than that of some previous suboptimal algorithms in some scenarios. We dedicate also that for a given interference threshold, the 2<sup>nd</sup> order interference tracking mechanism has dynamic number of nulling position instead fixed number of nulling position.

The charge distribution in multidot systems with the electron tunneling between them as well as the Coulomb interaction of electrons in the presence of the bias voltage applied to the gates of the quantum dots (QDs) are studied theoretically. The analytical expressions of the electron occupation numbers - the time-averaged expectation values of the electron number operators in the QDs are derived exactly. They depend on the physical parameters of the QDs, the effective coupling constant of the electron tunneling between the QDs, the temperature and the bias voltage applied to the gates of QDs. The measurement of these electron occupation numbers would be a practical method for the determination of the effective coupling constant of the electron tunneling and other physical parameters of the system. A Structure Health Monitoring (SHM) system needs a real-time remote data acquisition system to monitor the status of a structure from anywhere via Internet access. In this paper, we present a data acquisition system that monitors up to 40 Fiber Bragg Grating Sensors remotely in real-time. Using a TCP/IP protocol, users can access information gathered by the sensors from anywhere. An experiment in laboratory conditions has been done to prove the feasibility of our proposed system, which is built in special-purpose monitoring system.
General Theory of Decoherence of Qubit Systems in the Born-Markov Approximation

The general theory of the decoherence of a two-level system as a qubit and a four-level system as a two-qubit system based on the Born-Markov approximation is presented. The derived formulae in the case of the two- level system are applied to two examples of the qubit: a system of electron states in a double quantum dot as a charge qubit and that of Zeeman split electron states in a quantum dot as a spin qubit. A generalization to the study of the decoherence of n-qubit systems is discussed.
