A similarity transformation of a solution of the Cauchy problem for the linear difference equation in Hilbert space has been studied. In this manuscript, we obtain necessary and sufficient conditions for linear equivalence of the discrete semigroup of operators, generated by the solution of the difference equation utilizing four Canonical semigroups.

In this manuscript, we establish the concept of H(ω, θ)-contraction which based on modified ω distance mappings which introduced by Alegre and Marin [4] in 2016 and H simulation functions which introduced by Bataihah et.al. [14] in 2020 and we employ our contraction to prove the existence and uniqueness some new fixed point results. On the other hand, we create some examples and an application to show the importance of our results.

PURPOSE. To investigate the effect of reducing tooth preparation and ceramic thickness on fracture resistance of lithium disilicate crowns. MATERIALS AND METHODS. Specimen preparation included a standard complete crown preparation of a typodont mandibular left first molar with an occlusal reduction of 2 mm, proximal/axial wall reduction of 1.5 mm, and 1.0 mm deep chamfer (Group A). Another typodont mandibular first molar was prepared with less tooth reduction: 1 mm occlusal and proximal/axial wall reduction and 0.8 mm chamfer (Group B). Twenty crowns were milled from each preparation corresponding to control group (n=5) and conditioned group of simultaneous thermal and mechanical loading in aqueous environment (n=15). All crowns were then loaded until fracture to determine the fracture load. RESULTS. The mean (SD) fracture load values (in Newton) for Group A were 2340 (83) and 2149 (649), and for Group B, 1752 (134) and 1054 (249) without and with fatigue, respectively. Reducing tooth preparation thickness significantly decreased fracture load of the crowns at baseline and after fatigue application. After fatigue, the mean fracture load statistically significantly decreased (P<.001) in Group B; however, it was not affected (P>.05) in Group A. CONCLUSION. Reducing the amount of tooth preparation by 0.5 mm on the occlusal and proximal/axial wall with a 0.8 mm chamfer significantly reduced fracture load of the restoration. Tooth reduction required for lithium disilicate crowns is a crucial factor for a long-term successful application of this all-ceramic system.
Thermoelastic analysis for a slab made of a thermal diode-like material

This research investigates the thermoelastic transient behavior of a thermally loaded slab made of a thermal diode-like material which has two directional thermal conductivity values (low and high). Finite difference analysis is used to obtain the elastic response of the slab based on the temperature solutions. It is found that the rate of heat transfer through the thickness of the slab decreases with reducing the ratio between the low and high thermal conductivity values (R). In addition, reducing R makes the slab less responsive to the thermal load when heated from the direction associated with the low thermal conductivity value.

In this manuscript, we formulate the notion of $\Omega(H,\theta)$-contraction on a self mapping $f:W\to W$, this contraction based on the concept of $\Omega$-distance mappings equipped on $G$-metric spaces together with the concept of $\cH $-simulation functions and the class of $\Theta$-functions, we employ our new contraction to unify the existence and uniqueness of some new fixed point results. Moreover, we formulate a numerical example and a significant application to show the novelty of our results; our application is based on the significant idea that the solution of an equation in a certain condition is similar to the solution of a fixed point equation. We are utilizing this idea to prove that the equation, under certain conditions, not only has a solution as the Intermediate Value Theorem says but also that this solution is unique.
