The isolation measures of COVID-19 have caused problems in elderly peoples psychological, material and service access. Taking the current situation of community pension in CY District of Qingdao as an example, this paper constructed an online and offline smart pension mode based on the tripartite cooperation between the government, the community and enterprises, with the community home pension service database as the core and five service platforms as the main work.

Small Tail Han Sheep has significant characteristics of high prolificacy and non-seasonal ovulatory activity and is an excellent local sheep breed in P. R. China. Recently a novel member of the transforming growth factor $\beta$ (TGF$\beta$) superfamily termed bone morphogenetic protein 15 (BMP15) was shown to be specifically expressed in oocytes and to be essential for female fertility. Therefore, BMP15 is a candidate gene for reproductive performance of Small Tail Han Sheep. The whole genomic nucleotide sequence of BMP15 gene in Small Tail Han Sheep was searched for polymorphisms by PCR-SSCP and direct sequencing, and only one polymorphism was found. The polymorphism was a result of a 3 base pair deletion, which eliminated a single Leu codon (CTT). The allelic frequencies for A (without deletion) and B (with a codon deletion) are 0.73 and 0.27 respectively. The effects of BMP15 genotype on litter size were evaluated using the least squares model. This indicated that there was a significant association between litter size of Small Tail Han Sheep and a deletion in BMP15 gene (p=0.02<0.05). Small Tail Han Sheep ewes with AA and AB genotype produce on average 0.5 and 0.3 more lambs per litter than those ewes with BB genotype.
Empirical likelihood for the class of single index hazard regression models

Based on the B spline approximation technique and right censored data, we consider the empirical likelihood inference for the index parameters and its partial components in a class of single index hazard regression models. Under some regular conditions, we show that our proposed empirical likelihood ratio statistics follow the standard χ2 distribution. Some numerical studies are given to illustrate our proposed methodology.

Experiencing power declines when the secondary coil is at the middle position between two primary coils is a serious problem in segmented on-road charging systems with a single energized segmented primary coil. In this paper, the topological transformation of a primary circuit and a hierarchical compensation capacitor control are proposed. Firstly, the corresponding compensation capacitors and receiving powers of different primary structures are deduced under the condition of a fixed frequency. Then the receiving power characteristics as a function of the position variations in systems with a single energized segmented primary coil and those with double segmented primary coils are analyzed comparatively. A topological transformation of the primary circuit and hierarchical compensation capacitor control are further introduced to solve the foregoing problem. Finally, an experimental prototype with the proposed topological transformation and hierarchical compensation capacitor control is carried out. Measured results show that the receiving power is a lot more stable in the movement of the secondary coil. It is a remarkable fact that the receiving power rises from 10.8W to 19.2W at the middle position between the two primary coils. The experimental are in agreement with the theoretical analysis.

A cohesive zone model for self-similar fractal crack propagation
Chang Xin,Ren Mingfa,Guo Xu 대한기계학회 2017 JOURNAL OF MECHANICAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY Vol.31 No.10
Cracks in the nature have been proven to be fractal by many experiments. Despite the fractal fracture mechanics has been developed by many researchers, fractal geometry still has few applications in analysis of engineering structures. One of the reasons is that previous studies are somehow inconvenient when apply, e.g. to the finite element method. This study proposes a Cohesive zone model (CZM) for self-similar fractal crack propagation of material interfaces. The determination of the CZM parameters and the simulation of fractal crack propagation are developed by replace the fractal crack with the equivalent smooth crack. The fractal dimension has effects on both the crack extension resistance and the max traction stress. As shown by the simulation of a DCB specimen, the fractal dimension also affect the ultimate load and the crack propagation process. It is shown that it is possible to predict the propagation of fractal cracks without considering geometric modeling of the crack topology by our cohesive zone model.
