Huber Second-order Variable Structure Predictive Filter for Satellites Attitude Estimation

This work presents a novel filtering approach to the high-accuracy attitude estimation problem of satellites. A new second-order variable structure predictive filter is first designed with the measurement errors and theirdifference reduced. The key feature of this filter is that the noise handled is not constrained to be the Gaussianwhite noise. Hence, it is a new solution to filtering problem in the presence of modeling errors or heavy-tailednoise. Then, the robust version of the preceding filter is developed by using the Huber technique. This robustfilter can ensure great robustness and perfect estimation accuracy/precision for the satellite attitude. The Lyapunovstability analysis proves that the measurement error and its difference can be stabilized into a small set with a fasterrate of convergence. The effectiveness of the presented attitude estimation filters is validated via simulation bycomparing with the traditional cubature Kalman filter.

A fault-tolerant scheme at the acceleration-level for motion planning and control (MPaC) of redundant manipulator is proposed and presented by incorporating the dimension-reduction method and neural-dynamics based quadratic program (QP) including solution. More importantly, numerical and practical experiments based on a six-link planar redundant robot manipulator are presented in this paper to substantiate the physical realizability, efficacy and accuracy of the fault-tolerant scheme for redundant manipulator MPaC and the neural-dynamics based QP.
Iris Ciphertext Authentication System Based on Fully Homomorphic Encryption

With the application and promotion of biometric technology, biometrics has become more and more importantto identity authentication. In order to ensure the privacy of the user, the biometrics cannot be stored or manipulatedin plaintext. Aiming at this problem, this paper analyzes and summarizes the scheme and performanceof the existing biometric authentication system, and proposes an iris-based ciphertext authentication systembased on fully homomorphic encryption using the FV scheme. The implementation of the system is partlypowered by Microsoft’s SEAL (Simple Encrypted Arithmetic Library). The entire system can complete irisauthentication without decrypting the iris feature template, and the database stores the homomorphic ciphertextof the iris feature template. Thus, there is no need to worry about the leakage of the iris feature template. At thesame time, the system does not require a trusted center for authentication, and the authentication is completedon the server side directly using the one-time MAC authentication method. Tests have shown that when thesystem adopts an iris algorithm with a low depth of calculation circuit such as the Hamming distance comparisonalgorithm, it has good performance, which basically meets the requirements of real applicationscenarios.

Objective Schizophrenia (SCZ) is one of the most common and severe mental disorders. Modified electroconvulsive therapy (MECT) is the most effective therapy for all kinds of SCZ, and the underlying molecular mechanism remains unclear. This study is aim to detect the molecule mechanism by constructing the transcriptome dataset from SCZ patients treated with MECT and health controls (HCs).Methods Transcriptome sequencing was performed on blood samples of 8 SCZ (BECT: before MECT; AECT: after MECT) and 8 HCs, weighted gene co-expression network analysis (WGCNA) was used to cluster the different expression genes, enrichment and protein-protein interaction (PPI) enrichment analysis were used to detect the related pathways.Results Three gene modules (black, blue and turquoise) were significantly associated with MECT, enrichment analysis found that the long-term potentiation pathway was associated with MECT. PPI enrichment p-value of black, blue, turquoise module are 0.00127, <1×10<sup>-16</sup> and 1.09×10<sup>-13</sup>, respectively. At the same time, EP300 is a key node in the PPI for genes in black module, which got from the transcriptome sequencing data.Conclusion It is suggested that the long-term potentiation pathways were associated with biological mechanism of MECT.
