This paper presents an innovative prototype of a new conceptual electromagnetic induction-based fluid heating appliance using voltage-ted type series capacitor-compensated load resonant high-frequency IGBT inverter with a phase-shifted PWM and a power factor correction schemes. Its operating characteristics in steady-state are illustrated including unique features and evaluated on the basis of its computer simulation and experimental results of 10kw breadboard appliance for hot water producer and superheated steamer. The promising cost effective inverter-fed boiler appliances lor electromagnetic induction-heated type fluid-heating in the pipeline systems are proposed for induction-heated boiler, super heat steamer, high temperature water producer, hot gas producer and metal catalyst heating tor exhaust gas cleaning in engine, which are more suitable and acceptable for industrial, chemical, and censurer energy utilization for household and business from a practical point of view.

연료전지 발전시스템에서는 DC-DC 승압용 컨버터와 DC-AC 인버터가 필요하다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 연료전지의 전압을 380[VDC]로 승압하기 위한 절연형 DC-DC 컨버터와 단상 220[VAC]로 변환하기 위한 LC필터를 가진 PWM 인버터로 구성된 전력변환장치를 제안하였다. 특히 제안한 연료전지 시스템용 고효율 DC-DC 컨버터는 위상천이 PWM 제어법을 이용하여 부분 공진에 의한 ZVS를 실현하였으며, 일정 스위칭 주파수화 및 스위치의 스위칭 손실, 피크 전압과 전류를 저감시켰다. 그리고, 정류회로에 2개의 인덕터를 첨가하여 리플성분이 저감된 직류전압과 전류를 부하측에 안정하게 공급할 수 있었다. 또한, 넓은 출력 전압 조정에도 효율을 92[%]정도 얻을 수 있다. 이상과 같이 결과는 시뮬레이션과 실험을 통하여 그 타당성을 확인하였다. Recently, a fuel cell with low voltage and high current output characteristics is remarkable for new generation system. It needs both a DC-DC step-up converter and DC-AC inverter to be used in fuel cell generation system. Therefor, this paper, consists of an isolated DC-DC converter to boost the fuel cell voltage 380[VDC] and a PWM inverter with LC filter to convent the DC voltage to single-phase 220[VAC]. Expressly, The fuel cell system which it proposes DC-DC the efficient converter used PWM the phase transient control law and it depended to portion resonance ZVS switching, loss peek voltage and electric current of realization under make schedule, switching frequency anger and the switch reduction. And mind benevolence it sprouted 2 in stop circuit and it added and a direct current voltage and the electric current where the ingredient is reduced in load side ripple stable under make whom it will be able to supply. Besides the efficiency of 92[%]is obtained over the wide output voltage regulation ranges and load variations. Also, under make over together the result leads simulation and test, the propriety confirmation.

본 논문에서는 일반적으로 사용되어지는 배전압 단상 정류회로에 LC 공진회로를 첨가하여, 고조파의 성분을 저감시키는 고역률 단상 정류회로를 제안하였다. 제안한 회로는 다이오드 브리지에 병렬로 커패시터를 접속하고, 입력에 인덕터L을 추가하여 접속시키므로써 상용주파수에서 LC 공진현상을 이용하여, 수동소자만으로 입력전류를 정현파화한다. 그리고 고조파 제어 규제값의 여유도 만족시킨다. 이 모든 사항에 대해 실험과 시뮬레이션 결과를 비교, 분석을 통하여 그 타당성을 확인하였다. We propose a power factor correction scheme using a LC resonant circuit in commercial frequency without switching devices. In this method, It makes a sinusoidal wave by widening conduction period using the current resonance in commercial frequency, Hence, the harmonic characteristics can be significantly improved, where the lower order harmonics, such as the fifth and seventh orders are much reduced. The result are confirmed by the theoretical and experimental implementations
새로운 액티브 스너버를 이용한 소프트 스위칭 PWM 컨버터의 특성해석

본 논문은 기존 컨버터에 보조 스위치와 공진 인덕터, 공진 커패시터, 두개의 다이오드를 추가하여 새로운 소프트 스위칭 액티브 스너버회로가 부가된 컨버터를 제안하였다. 제안한 컨버터는 공진 에너지 회생율을 최대화함으로써 전체적인 효율을 증가시켰으며, 모든 스위칭 소자들이 소프트 스위칭 조건에서 턴-온/턴-오프하여 스위칭 손실을 최소화하였다. 그리고 공진 에너지를 완전히 입력으로 회생시켜 전도손실을 저감시켰다. 이러한 결과는 시뮬레이션과 실험을 통하여 증명하였다. This paper proposes converter that new soft switching active snubber circuit is added, the resonance energy return to life rate doing maximum whole efficiency increase. Proposed converter adds auxiliary switch and resonance inductor, resonance capacitor, two diodes to existing converter, all switch elements play turn-on/turn-off under soft switching condition and minimized switching losses. Conduction loss department is that watch layer bringing back to life resonance energy by input perfectly. These result proved through simulation and an experiment.

This paper presents a new topology of boost PWM chopper DC-DC converter. Its operating principle is described on the basis of simulation and experimental results.

This research presented the new zero-current switching pulse width modulation SEPP(Single Ended Push-Pull)highfrequency inverter for solving the problem of the zero-current SEPP high frequency inverter circuit which is using widely in the practical application of an induction heating apparatus, the soft switching operation and power control are impossible when the lowest power supply in the zero-current switching pulse width modulation SEPP high frequency inverter. The inverter circuit which is attempted by on-off operation of a switch has the reduction effect of the power loss due to a soft switching and a high frequency switching. And it confirmed that the power regulation is possible continuously from 0.25[㎾] until 2.84[㎾] in the case the duty rate(D) changes from 0.08 to 0.3 under zero-current switching operating by a dissymmetry pulse width modulating control and the power conversion efficiency comes true the efficiency of 95[%]. Due to the result above, the ZCS PWM SEPP high frequency inverter will be effective as sources of an induction heating apparatus.
