      • Compressive force regulates ephrinB2 and EphB4 in osteoblasts and osteoclasts contributing to alveolar bone resorption during experimental tooth movement

        Objective: To investigate the involvement of ephrinB2 in periodontal tissue remodeling in compression areas during orthodontic tooth movement and the effects of compressive force on EphB4 and ephrinB2 expression in osteoblasts and osteoclasts. Methods: A rat model of experimental tooth movement was established to examine the histological changes and the localization of ephrinB2 in compressed periodontal tissues during experimental tooth movement. RAW264.7 cells and ST2 cells, used as precursor cells of osteoclasts and osteoblasts, respectively, were subjected to compressive force in vitro. The gene expression of EphB4 and ephrinB2, as well as bone-associated factors including Runx2, Sp7, NFATc1, and calcitonin receptor, were examined by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Results: Histological examination of the compression areas of alveolar bone from experimental rats showed that osteoclastogenic activities were promoted while osteogenic activities were inhibited. Immunohistochemistry revealed that ephrinB2 was strongly expressed in osteoclasts in these areas. Quantitative real-time PCR showed that mRNA levels of NFATc1, calcitonin receptor, and ephrinB2 were increased significantly in compressed RAW264.7 cells, and the expression of ephrinB2, EphB4, Sp7, and Runx2 was decreased significantly in compressed ST2 cells. Conclusions: Our results indicate that compressive force can regulate EphB4 and ephrinB2 expression in osteoblasts and osteoclasts, which might contribute to alveolar bone resorption in compression areas during orthodontic tooth movement.

      • Research on Operation Risk and Perceived Physical Condition of Old People : an Empirical Analysis based on Online Follow-Up Survey

        With the development of Internet, the mass media of health management have brought great change to the previous health management model. Based on big data technology and intelligence, new technology allows doctors to make more detailed tracking investigation for the elderly. In this paper, we collected data from 561 senior citizens by using online follow-up survey, and find out the influencing factors related to perceived physical condition. The result shows that the score of the perceived physical condition is 72.91 as compared to gender (T=4.032,P=0.045), age group(T=35.561,P=0.000), educational level (T=15.116, P=0.000), monthly income (T=2.800,P=0.039), marital status (T=15.458,P=0.000), self-care ability (T=49.675,P=0.000), place of abode (T=21.127,P=0.000), previous profession (T=10.030, P=0.000), type of registered permanent residence(T=11.542,P=0.001), chronic disease (T=107.02,P=0.000).

        The growth improvement of DvGS2-transgenic Arabidopsis thaliana arises from the higher efficiency of nitrogen and carbon assimilation

        The overexpression of algal glutamine synthetase (GS) gene DvGS2 in Arabidopsis thaliana resulted in higher plant biomass and better growth phenotype. The purpose of this study was to understand the biological mechanism for the improvement of growth phenotype of DvGS2-transgenic Arabidopsis. A series of molecular and biochemical investigation related to nitrogen and carbon metabolism in DvGS2-transgenic line was, respectively, conducted. Analysis of nitrogen use efficiency (NUE)-related gene expression and enzymatic activity revealed that the transcriptional level and enzymatic activity of genes encoding glutamate synthase, glutamate dehydrogenase and alanine aminotransferase were significantly up-regulated especially under low nitrate condition. The DvGS2- transgenic line showed higher total nitrogen content and lower carbon: nitrogen ratio than the wild type. Significant reduced concentration of leaf free ammonium, higher concentrations of total amino acids, individual amino acid (glutamine, methionine, alanine, asparagine) together with increased concentrations of glucose, fructose and starch, confirmed the higher efficiency of nitrogen and carbon assimilation. These improved metabolisms of nitrogen and carbon conferred the DvGS2-transgenic Arabidopsis more biomass, better growth phenotype and higher NUE compared with the wild type plant.

        Modern education technology has changed the teaching mode, and brings a huge impact to physical education. With the development of multimedia technology, the impact of network education is unprecedented, not only changes the teaching content and teaching methods, but makes the fundamental reform of the modern education system. In this paper, we test the correlation of red sports culture and modern physical education by using network data. The result shows that after red sports cultural has been integrated; college student’s outlook on life, values and world outlook has a very significant increase, and it will enhance innovative thinking ability of college student. So that, network education has formed a new growth point, and will become the main direction.

      • Research on the Inquiry Teaching Model of Men's Basketball Teaching in College Physical Education based on Network Information Technology

        Network education is a new concept of modern information technology applied to education, which is the education of the use of network technology, according to a series of outstanding problems in the traditional basketball teaching, we discussed the application value and effect of inquiry teaching in college basketball education. The data was collected from Jiangxi Normal University; experiment object is 36 students, and we put them in the experimental group (18) and the control group (18).By using interview method and empirical analysis, the result shows that in 50 meters (F=4.227, P=0.048<0.05); standing long jump (F=5.495, P=0.025<0.05); 1000 meters (F=4.702, P=0.037<0.05); Run-up to touch high( F=6.398 P=0.016<0.05); 1 minute shot (F=9.396 P=0.004<0.01); basketball technology F=9.116 P=0.005<0.01; basketball interest (F=16.279, P=0.000<0.01); basketball theory results (F=12.066 P=0.001<0.01). Inquiry teaching method can effectively improve the normal teaching, not only promote students to actively take the basketball class, but also strengthen comprehensive physical education, as the effect is significant, so this education model is worth to promote.

      • Research on Operation Performance of Women Oriented Cross-country Teaching in College: an Empirical Analysis Based on Multimedia Computer

        With the development of computer multimedia technology, the new educational model, which is represented by the educational technology, has emerged in the field of education in our country. Sports’ teaching is a participatory teaching and learning activities, also, the current network resources is relatively abundant, so that design and development of a multimedia network teaching platform is very necessary. In this paper, we test the performance evaluation of directional cross-country teaching by using multimedia. Result shows that college students will have significant advantage after using teaching media, both in weight, vital capacity, sit ups, and 800 meters. After the experiment, experimental classes get higher score than comparative classes in 100 meters directional cross country ability test. The application of computer multimedia is helpful in physical education; it can improve students' learning enthusiasm and the effect is remarkable.
