A Diversified Message Type Forwarding Strategy Based on Reinforcement Learning in VANET
Guoai Xu,Boya Liu,Guosheng Xu,Peiliang Zuo 한국인터넷정보학회 2022 KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Syst Vol.16 No.9
The development of Vehicular Ad hoc Network (VANET) has greatly improved the efficiency and safety of social transportation, and the routing strategy for VANET has also received high attention from both academia and industry. However, studies on dynamic matching of routing policies with the message types of VANET are in short supply, which affects the operational efficiency and security of VANET to a certain extent. This paper studies the message types in VANET and fully considers the urgency and reliability requirements of message forwarding under various types. Based on the diversified types of messages to be transmitted, and taking the diversified message forwarding strategies suitable for VANET scenarios as behavioral candidates, an adaptive routing method for the VANET message types based on reinforcement learning (RL) is proposed. The key parameters of the method, such as state, action and reward, are reasonably designed. Simulation and analysis show that the proposed method could converge quickly, and the comprehensive performance of the proposed method is obviously better than the comparison methods in terms of timeliness and reliability.

The polyaniline/reduced graphene oxide (PANI/RGO) modified interdigital electrode (IDE) has been successfully fabricated by in situ electrochemical reduction and electrochemical polymerization through cyclic voltammetry. The morphology and topography of PANI/RGO characterized by SEM and AFM display intercrosslinked dendritic structure in three dimensions, and it is favorable for the detection of nitrite due to its large surface area, which can provide the large electrocatalytic active surface and various diffusion paths for nitrite. Herein, the obtained PANI/ RGO/IDE was employed for the electrochemical monitoring platform of nitrite for the first time and the electrochemical performance of the as-developed sensor was investigated via cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry. At the optimum conditions, the PANI/RGO/IDE has a linear response in the range from 0.4 to 183.7 mM with a sensitivity of 457.4 μA mM-1 cm-2 and a detection limit of 0.1 μM. Moreover, the obtained PANI/RGO/IDE with excellent long-term stability and reproducibility also can be employed for practical application for the determination of nitrite in tap water, the results show that the recovery rate is desirable. It is expected that IDE can be employed as the substrate electrode decorated with various materials to construct highperformance electrochemical sensors.
A facile pyrolysis method to prepare vanadium oxides for high performance aqueous Zn-ion battery

Vanadium oxides, as one of the most promising cathode materials for zinc ion batteries, have attracted extensive attention in recent years. Different from the generally used hydrothermal and solvothermal methods to adjust the composition, structure, morphology and electrical properties of vanadium oxides, we firstly adopt a simple pyrolysis method to synthesize a series of vanadium oxides and use them as cathode materials for aqueous Zn-ion battery, whose electrochemical performances is superior to most state-of-the-art vanadium oxides. The asobtained V4O7 under the calcination temperature of 700 ◦C exhibits excellent zinc ion storage performance with maximum specific capacity of 367.2 mAh g 1 at the current density of 1 A g 1, about 84.9% capacity retention after 100 cycles, excellent rate performance, high capacity. In addition, a series of structural and electrochemical characterization are used to reveal the possible mechanism of charge and discharge.

Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the changes in microRNA-130a (miR-130a) and its correlation with cardiotoxicity during epirubicin/cyclophosphamide followed by docetaxel plus trastuzumab (EC-D+T) adjuvant chemotherapy in human epidermal growth factor receptor-2-positive (HER2+ ) breast cancer patients. Methods: A total of 72 HER2+ breast cancer patients who underwent resection and were scheduled to receive EC-D+T adjuvant therapy were consecutively enrolled. The expression of miR-130a and cardiotoxicity (defined as any of the following situations: 1) absolute decline of left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) ≥ 10% and LVEF < 53%; 2) heart failure; 3) acute coronary artery syndromes; and 4) fatal arrhythmia) were assessed every 3 months throughout the 15-month EC-D+T treatment. Results: The accumulating cardiotoxicity rate was 12 (16.7%), of which the incidence of heart failure, acute coronary syndrome, life-threatening arrhythmias, ΔLVEF ≥ 10%, and LVEF < 53% was 0 (0.0%), 1 (1.4%), 0 (0.0%), and 12 (16.7%), respectively. Baseline miR-130a expression was negatively correlated with LVEF (%) and positively correlated with cardiac troponin I. The expression of miR-130a gradually increased in both cardiotoxicity and noncardiotoxicity patients during EC-D+T treatment, while the increment of miR-130a was more obvious in cardiotoxicity patients compared with non-cardiotoxicity patients. Further logistic regression and receiver operating characteristic curve analysis indicated that miR-130a was an independent predictive factor for increased cardiotoxicity risk. Conclusion: MiR-130a increases constantly and predicts high cardiotoxicity risk during ECD+T adjuvant chemotherapy in HER2+ breast cancer patients.
