농업 기업가의 과학 기술적 경향은 새로운 기회를 식별하고 탐구하기 위해 필요해지고 있다. 최근 연구에 따르면 신기술의 채택은 기업가적 지향(EO)의 광범위한 접근법과 일치한다. 농업의 타당성이 증가하고 있다고 해도, 기업가적 연구는 대체로 이 도전적인 분야를 간과해 왔다. 게다가, 문헌에는 경험적 연구가 상대적으로 부족하고 여전히 연구되어야 하는 부분이며 잠재력이 있다고 논하고 있다. EO의 문헌에서 비롯된 이 연구는 농업 분야인 HEO(Humanine Entrepreneural Orientation)의 접근을 제안한다. 이 논문은 HEO의 다양한 치수가 농가의 신기술 채택 성향에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위한 경험적 분석을 제안한다. 모든 결과는 기업, 연구 시스템 및 공공 정책에 대한 몇 가지 시사점을 강조한다. 농업이 매우 특이한 분야이고 제조업과 상당히 다르더라도 농민도 기업인으로 볼 수 있으며 기업가정신을 따를 수 있다고 본다. 따라서, 경험적 연구의 상대적 부족인 농업 EO에 대한 문헌을 본 연구를 통해 풍부하게 할 수 있다고 본다. Technological propensity of agricultural entrepreneurs is becoming necessary to identify and explore new opportunities. Recent studies suggest that the adoption of new technologies is strictly coherent with wider approaches of Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO). Even if the relevance of agriculture is increasing, entrepreneurial research has largely overlooked this challenging sector. Moreover, there is a relative shortage of empirical studies in the literature and there is an enormous potential to be still explored. Stemming from the EO literature, the work proposes for the agricultural sector, the approach of Humane Entrepreneurial Orientation (HEO). The paper proposes an empirical analysis, to verify the effect of the different dimensions of HEO on the propensity of farmers to adopt new technologies. All the results highlight several implications for businesses, for the research system and for public policies.
Definition of a Voltage-Source Converter dc-side admittance and its impact on dc-network stability

The aim of this paper is to provide a definition of a parameter that can be used for the study of the dc-network dynamics in VSC-HVDC systems. Through an appropriate selection of subsystem within a point-to-point VSC-HVDC system, a dc-side power dependent admittance is defined. The particularity of this admittance is that, if negative, there is a risk that a dc-side resonance becomes amplified. The dc-side power dependent admittance is measured in a EMT model and compared with a linearized mathematical model, showing good agreement between them. The usefulness of the defined admittance is shown through the assessment of various controller modifications on the dc-network stability enhancement. Finally, the conclusions from the analysis are verified through time domain simulations.

Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) is a disorder of the apocrine gland causing a chronic, recurrent and painful inflammation. It is a disabilitating condition and, though many therapeutic options are available, the response is often ineffective in most cases and patients can present many recurrences with physical and psychological sequelae. Recent data had shown increased interleukin (IL)-17 serum levels in patients with HS. Psoriasis is a chronic immune-mediated inflammatory disorder and new evidences have shown the role of Th17 cells in its pathogenesis and the therapeutic efficacy of anti-IL-17 antibodies. We present a case of a patient suffering from psoriasis and HS successfully treated with anti-IL-17 antibodies for both conditions. This is the first case report of HS treated with secukinumab. <P>While pseudocapacitors represent a promising option for electrical energy storage, the performance of the existing ones must be dramatically enhanced to meet today’s ever-increasing demands for many emerging applications. Here we report a nanostructured, mixed-valent manganese oxide film that exhibits anomalously high specific capacitance (∼2530 F/g of manganese oxide, measured at 0.61 A/g in a two-electrode configuration with loading of active materials ∼0.16 mg/cm<SUP>2</SUP>) while maintaining excellent power density and cycling life. The dramatic performance enhancement is attributed to its unique mixed-valence state with porous nanoarchitecture, which may facilitate rapid mass transport and enhance surface double-layer capacitance, while promoting facile redox reactions associated with charge storage by both Mn and O sites, as suggested by in situ X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS) and density functional theory calculations.
