Mediating Effect of Cooperation with the Police on Compliance with the Law in Model of Procedural Justice and Police Legitimacy

The main purpose of the research is to examine the mediating effect of cooperation with the police on compliance with the law in the causal relationship between procedural justice and police legitimacy and criminal deterrence. This research employs a survey questionnaire to evaluate procedural justice, police legitimacy, cooperation with the police, and compliance with the law. The number of subject of the study is 312 citizens residing in Daegu metropolitan city and some cities of Gyeongsangbuk-do province. The study employs Structural Equation Model by using AMOS 24 to analyze the mediating effect of cooperation with the police on compliance with the law. As the result of analysis, the mediating effect of cooperation with the police on compliance with the law is statistically significant at the level 0.01. The key findings of this study is that in the community-based policing, cooperation with the police and compliance with the law are very important determinants in controlling and deterring crimes and the police need to reinforce a cooperative relationship with residents to reduce crimes through strengthening the willingness of compliance with the law.

Network Analysis on Communication of Welfare Policy Using Twitter Data

This main purpose of the study is to identify social network of communicators sharing information on Bokjiro for publicizing welfare policy. This study employs NodeXL pro to understand networks and their role in the social network. The data for social network analysis was collected from Twitter for a week. The result of the analysis shows that the social network of communicators on Bokjiro does not have many nodes. It also has an independent network with high possibility of information distortion. Little communicators have controlling power in information flow in one way of communication. According to the result, it is not effective for marketing strategy of welfare policy in providing online information through Bokjiro. The study suggests that the government should use the transactional approach to marketing based on agent-oriented activity focusing on the exchange relationship between information providers and demanders in an age of networked intelligence.

The research is to identify social networks of problems that have an influence on the quality of ageing people’s lives by using social network analysis, based on the premise that there are differences in networks of ageing problems in urban and rural areas. From analyzing network of ageing people’s problems using NodeXL, vertices in the networks of both urban and rural areas are well- connected. For urban areas, financial poverty is the core problem related to the quality of life. It has direct connections with illness and health, family responsibility, housing, role loss in community, and employment, which have positive or negative interactions with the quality of older people’s lives. For rural areas, on the other hand, role loss in community is the major problem. It has direct connections with the elderly abuse, financial poverty, leisure activity, divorce, isolation and loneliness from society, education, and suicide. As a result, the research shows that the problems of ageing people have strong linkages and interactive effects with a structure of network, and the networks are different depending on types of places for living.

사회복지전공 대학생의 전공만족도와 진로준비행동과의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감의 매개효과

목적 본 연구에서는 사회복지전공 대학생 3학년, 4학년을 중심으로 전공만족도가 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향에 대한 진로결정자기효능감이 매개효과를 가지는지 검증하고자 하였다. 방법 이를 위해 D시와 J시에 재학 중인 학생 300명을 대상으로 2020년 10월 5일부터 11월 11일까지 설문조사를 실시하여 최종 285부를 수거하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS/PC(21.0) 통계분석 프로그램을 사용하여 실행하였으며, 분석된 결과는 다음과 같다. 결과 첫째, 사회복지전공 대학생의 전공만족도는 진로결정자기효능감과 진로준비행동에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 진로결정자기효능감도 진로준비행동에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회복지전공 대학생의 전공만족도와 진로준비행동과의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감이 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 사회복지전공 대학생의 전공만족도와 진로결정자기효능감이 높을수록 진로준비행동 수준이 높음을 의미한다. 결론 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 사회복지전공 대학생의 전공만족도와 진로결정자기효능감을 향상시키기 위해서는 저학년부터 학과 교수님들의 관심 및 지속적인 상담과 학생들의 의견이 반영되도록 교수님들의 노력이 뒷받침되어야 하며, 나아가 관심 있는 진로에 대한 정보 및 직업훈련프로그램을 체험할 수 있는 환경을 제공한다면 진로준비행동 수준을 향상시킬 수 있음을 제시하였다. Objectives This study aims to examine if career decision-making self-efficacy has a mediating effect, in relation to the influence of major satisfaction on career preparation behavior focusing on junior- and senior-year university students majoring in social welfare. Methods For this study, questionnaire were distributed to 300 university students in D City and J City from October 5th to November 11st 2020, and a total of 285 questionnaires were finally collected. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS/PC(21.0) statistical analysis program, and the analysis results are as follows. Results First, major satisfaction among university students majoring in social welfare significantly influenced career decision-making self-efficacy and career preparation behavior, and career decision-making self-efficacy significantly influenced career preparation behavior too. Second, career decision-making self-efficacy played a mediating role in the relationship between major satisfaction and career preparation behavior of university students majoring in social welfare. This means that a higher level of major satisfaction and career decision-making self-efficacy in university students majoring in social welfare is related to a higher level of career preparation behavior. Conclusions These study results demonstrate that for improving major satisfaction and career decision-making self-efficacy of university students majoring in social welfare, professors have to put efforts into reflecting views of students, in addition to showing sustained interest and providing sustained counseling to students when they are in lower grades. Moreover, it is required to construct an environment, which provides proper information about careers that students are interested in and a vocational training experience grogram, for improving the level of career preparation behavior.

목적 본 연구에서는 청소년기본법(만 9세 이상)에 따라 초등학교 4학년~6학년에 재학 중인 학생을 대상으로 다문화가정 청소년이 지각한 부부갈등이 스마트폰중독에 미치는 영향에서 자아탄력성이 조절효과를 나타내는지 검증하고자 하였다. 방법 이를 위해 D와 K도에 재학 중인 학생 275명을 대상으로 2019년 11월 6일부터 12월 10일까지 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS/PC(18.0) 통계분석 프로그램을 사용하여 실행하였으며, 분석된 결과는 다음과 같다. 결과 첫째, 다문화가정 청소년이 지각한 부부갈등의 빈도, 해결은 스마트폰중독에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 다문화가정 청소년이 지각한 부부갈등과 스마트폰중독과의 관계에서 자아탄력성이 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 다문화가정 청소년들이 부부갈등을 높게 지각할수록 스마트폰중독 성향이 높더라도 자아탄력성이 높으면 스마트폰중독이 낮아진다는 것을 의미한다. 결론 이와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 청소년의 스마트폰중독을 사전에 예방하고 자아탄력성의 수준을 향상시키기 위한 실천적 개입 방안 마련에 대해 함의를 제시하였다. Objectives This study was conducted to verify the moderating effect of ego resilience in the relationship between marital conflict and smartphone addiction in multi-cultural family teenagers attending the elementary school (4th to 6th graders) in accordance with the Framework Act on Juveniles (9 years old or higher in Korean age). Methods To this end, this study conducted a survey of 275 students attending the elementary school in Province D and K from Nov. 6, 2019 to Dec. 10, 2019, and The collected data were analyzed with SPSS/PC(18.0) statistical analysis program, and the analyzed results are as follows: Results First, it was found that the frequency and resolution of marital conflict perceived by multi-cultural adolescents significantly influenced smartphone addiction. Second, it appeared that ego resilience played a moderating role in the relationship between marital conflict and smartphone addiction perceived by multi-cultural family adolescents. This suggests that the more highly marital conflict is perceived by multi-cultural family adolescents, the lower their smartphone addiction becomes, if ego resilience is high although they have a high propensity to smartphone addiction. Conclusions Based on such research findings, this study provided implications for practical intervention schemes in order to prevent adolescent’s smartphone addiction and improve the level of ego resilience.

자연어 질의응답 시스템을 위한 is-a 관계 패턴의 구축과 활용

대다수의 개방영역 자연어 질의응답 시스템은 답을 선택할 수 있는 개념영역을 미리 정의 하고 있기 때문에 시스템이 준비하지 못한 범주의 개념을 묻는 질의문에 대해서는 올바른 응답을 생성하지 못하거나 예외 처리 방식으로 응답을 생성해 낸다. 본 논문에서는 전형적인 범주에 속하지 않는 명사 개념에 관한 질의문에 대해 범용적으로 대응할 수 있는 개방영역 자연어 질의응답 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 상위 개념 명사구(Hypernym)에 포함되는 하위 개념의 명사구(Hyponym)들을 추출할 수 있는 일반적인 패턴들을 그 신뢰도와 함께 가지고 있다. 따라서 질의문이 임의의 명사구 개념을 요청할 때 정답의 후보들을 동적으로 생성되는 가상의 is-a 의미관계 사전으로부터 신뢰 순위로 정렬하여 추출해 낼 수가 있다. 제안하는 시스템은 “What 명사구 동사구” 형태의 질의문들 중에서 개체명 인식기나 시소러스를 이용하여 정답 후보를 손쉽게 생성할 수 있는 질의문을 배제한 실험용 질의문 집합을 이용한 실험에서 42%의 재현율을 보였다.
