        의료 서비스품질이 고객만족을 매개로 충성도에 미치는 영향: 러시아 및 중앙아시아 국가의 의료관광객을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of the medical service quality components such as process, result, environment qualities perceived by medical tourists on the components of customer loyalty - reuse and recommendation intentions, via customer satisfaction. In order to achieve the purpose of this study we conducted the survey focused on the medical tourists from Russia and Central Asia who had used the medical institutions in Korea. To figure out the structural relationship among the variables for this study, we performed a structural equation model with a total of 255 sample data. The main results of this study are as follows: first, it was confirmed that all the components of medical service quality had significantly positive effects on customer satisfaction. Second, customer satisfaction had significantly positive effects on the components of customer loyalty respectively. Finally, this study provides theoretical and managerial implications of findings and suggests directions for future research. 본 연구의 목적은 의료관광객이 지각하는 의료 서비스품질(과정품질, 결과품질, 환경품질)이 고객만족을 매개로 충성도의 구성차원인 재이용의도와 추천의도에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 확인하는 것이다. 본 연구목적을 달성하기 위해서 국내 의료기관을 이용한 적이 있는 러시아 및 중앙아시아 국가의 의료관광객을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 최종적으로 수집된 255부의 설문지를 토대로 자료의 신뢰성 및 타당성을 확인 후 구조방정식을 통해 변수 간의 구조적 관계를 파악하였다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 의료 서비스품질의 3가지 차원인 결과품질, 상호작용품질, 환경품질 모두가 고객만족에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 고객만족은 충성도의 차원인 재이용의도와 추천의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로, 이러한 실증분석의 결과를 토대로 의료관광 서비스품질 개선을 위한 이론적 및 실무적 시사점을 도출하고 향후 연구의 방향을 제시하였다.

        The main purpose of the study is to determine the main aspects of information support for anti-crisis management in the context of ensuring national security. In modern conditions, under the influence of COVID-19, it becomes important to develop a modern paradigm for the transformation of anti-crisis management, based on the determination of the laws of state development on the basis of the imperative of national interests and territorial integrity. These are, firstly, the patterns of development of the state system of public administration, secondly, the patterns of development of a complex of state interests, and thirdly, patterns of development of the modern model of the country's territorial integrity. As a result of the study, the key aspects of the anti-crisis management system were identified in the context of ensuring the security of national interests.

        Hemorheological changes and hematometric erythrocyte characteristics in rats after sodium nitrite intoxication

        Sodium nitrite (NaNO2) is a precursor to a variety of organic compounds (pharmaceuticals, dyes and pesticides),but it is best known as a food additive. The aim of the study is to investigate the influence of acute(i.p.) treatment of Wistar rats with NaNO2 (at the dose of 50 mg/kg b.w.) on the blood rheological propertiesand erythrocyte hematometric indices (Hb, HCT, RBC, MCV, RDW, MCH, MCHC). The significant differenceswere not found in the whole blood viscosity (WBV) values of the control and NaNO2-treatedgroups. The changes in the erythrocyte hematometric indices were statistically significant for RDW, MCHCand MCH at the 1st hour, five- and ten days after NaNO2 administration. Interestingly, at the day 5th of theNaNO2 treatment we obtained statistically significant lower values for the RBC count, Hb, HCT, RDW, aswell as elevated indices MCV (no statistically significant), MCH, MCHC. The results obtained indicate thathemorheological and hematometric parameters examined should be monitored in cases of acute exposureto nitrites - for the purposes of clinical toxicology. The quantitative values of hematometric indices reportedin our experimental model could be suitable for predicting NaNO2 intoxication and methemoglobinemia inanimals and humans.

      • Introduction of Smart-Management into the System of Public Management of Regional Development in the Context of Strengthening National Security of Ukraine

        The article substantiates the need and shows the features of introducing SMART management into the system of public management of regional development in the context of strengthening the national security of Ukraine. Disclosed are such provisions as: goal-setting; state mission; state mission in Ukraine; goals of the Ukrainian state; strategic management priorities in Ukraine. Differences between the purpose of the organization and the purpose of the state are determined. The characteristic of the goal at the state level is given. The management standards in SMART management are characterized. The issues of the exhaustibility of existing SMART criteria are reviewed and it is proposed to supplement them with two such as: inspiration (inspiration) and ity (ethics). Two main principles are defined (evaluated (assessment), reviewed (review)), which must be observed when introducing SMART management into the system of public management of regional development in the context of strengthening the national security of Ukraine.

        2D printed graphene conductive layers with high carrier mobility

        The comparison of different suspensions, obtained from the same material source subjected to electrochemical exfoliation and to analogous auxiliary treatments, but in different solutions, allowed choosing the most effective approach to obtaining graphene suspensions. It was found for the layers with a thickness of 10e20 nm printed from a water-based suspension that the sheet resistance was 5e10 kU/ ,, and the carrier mobility was equal to 30e40 cm2/V$s. The most important parameter determining the mobility of carriers in the films obtained from suspensions is found to be the flake thickness. The carrier mobility strongly decreased from ~100 to 0.05 cm2/V$s when the flake thickness changed from one monolayer to few monolayers (up to ~ 4e5 nm). This effect is most likely associated with the quality of the connection between the flakes. Only monolayer - bilayer flakes are capable of forming real connections in the film due to van-der-Waals forces.
