        인터넷뱅킹에서의 상호인증에 관한 연구

        Pharming attack is a confidence trick that the hacker catch away customers financial information on Internet banking. At first, a hacker installs malicious execution code on customers PC in secret. As a customer tries to connect a Internet banking Web site, the malicious code changes it to phishing site in Internet explorer. The hacker catch away customers financial information in process of internet banking. The hacker steals money from customer’s bank account using stolen information. PKI is a widespread and strong technology for providing the security using public key techniques. The main idea of PKI is the digital certificate that is a digitally signed statement binding an user’s identity information and his public key. The Internet banking service stands on the basis of PKI. However, the bank is trusted in natural, the only customer is certified in the present Internet banking. In this paper, we propose a method of cross certification in Internet banking. The customer certify a bank and the bank certify the customer in proposed method. The method can service to customer the secure Internet banking about pharming attack. We compare the proposed method with other methods.

        주민등록번호 변경 방법에 대한 연구

        The Korean resident registration number has been used since 1962 as a personal identification number. The Korean government assigns this number to each korean citizen and it is not able to be changed. In 2000s, as the Internet was rapidly spreaded out, personal information such as the Korean resident registration number, name, home address, and phone number was leaked. The companies provide diverse internet service while collecting personal information. However, personal information was sometimes leaked because of hacking, poor information management and so on. As s results, some of citizens asked government and court of Korea to change the Korean resident registration number because they suffered material damage and emotional distress. The constitutional court decided to be able to change the number from 2018. In this study, the Korean resident registration number which is possible to change, serial number, public certificate, I-PIN, and My-PIN were analyzed comparatively. In addition, considerations when the Korean resident registration number was changed were discussed. The public certificate and I-PIN were appropriate to the case of on-line Korean resident registration number. The Korean resident registration number, serial number, My-PIN were appropriate to the case of off-line Korean resident registration number. Lastly, it would be efficient to manage the Korean resident registration number separately such as on-line and off-line.

        신분증 분실에 따른 피해 및 대응책에 관한 연구

        Korean Identification card or driver license is usually used to verify one's identity in Korea. These are also used as an adult certification. Since the form of these ID card is an analog and it needs to be checked with naked eyes, it might be used maliciously. Someone who's got someone else's ID card can do other things. Therefore, it must be reported rapidly when ID card is lost or stolen. The most serious problem might be occurred when they do not recognize and report the loss. They might suffer from pecuniary or mental damage such as opening a mobile phone service, providing loan or credit card, opening a personal checking account, etc. Thus, this study suggests and compares the ways of avoiding these problems. First, the most effective way is to send the authorization code via mobile phones in consideration of build-up period and cost. The person in charge of business processing department using ID card sends the authorization code via registered mobile phone. The owners submits it to the person and their identifications are confirmed. Next effective way is that the person in charge of business processing department using ID card sends text messages via registered mobile phone. Lastly, the most ineffective way is to introduce and implement the electronic ID card ultimately even though it is expensive and takes a long time to build up the system.

        인공지능 기반 건설장비 안전 기술

        자율운행 기술을 건설 현장에 적용하는 것은 안전 상의 문제로 매우 어렵다. 하지만 카메라, 레이더 등 각종 측위 장치와 센싱 장치의 건설장비에의 적용은 매우 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 기술적 추이를 바탕으로 정부에서는 건설장비 및 산업용 차량으로 인한 사고 발생률을 줄이기 위하여 중대재해처벌법과 산업안전관리비 지원 등 다양한 노력을 하고 있다. 또한 관련 산업체에서는 지난 수년간 다양한 안전장비를 개발하여 현장에 적용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 건설장비 및 산업 차량에 현재 적용되고 있는 안전 장비 관련 기술 현황을 알아보고, 인공지능을 기반으로 한 건설장비에서의 안전 기술 발전 방향을 제안하고자 한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 기술을 기반으로 하는 건설장비의 안전성과 작업 효율성의 제고는 추후 시뮬레이션 등을 통해 검토되어야 할 것이다. Applying autonomous driving technology to construction sites is very difficult due to safety issues. However, the application of various positioning and sensing devices, such as cameras and radars, to construction equipment is very active. Based on these technological trends, the government is making various efforts, including the Serious Accident Punishment Act and support for industrial safety management expenses, to reduce the incidence of accidents caused by construction equipment and industrial vehicles. And, related industries have been developing various safety equipment over the past few years and applying them to the field. In this paper, we investigate the current status of safety equipment-related technologies currently applied to construction equipment and industrial vehicles, and propose a direction for the development of safety technology in construction equipment based on artificial intelligence. Improving the safety and work efficiency of construction equipment based on the technology proposed in this paper should be reviewed through simulation in the future.

        공인인증서를 이용한 주민등록번호 대체수단에 관한 연구

        The personal information extrusion accident(hacking, improper maintenance) by the internet has been increased rapidly during the last ten-year period. The personal information includes Korean resident registration number, name, cellphone number, home telephone number, E-mail address, home address, etc. Korean resident registration number is unchangeable from the cradle to the grave. Illegally accessed personal information can be wrongfully resoled or used at phishing scam. In this paper, we propose a alternative means of Korean resident registration number using the authorized certificate. The authorized certificate is in use safely in Internet. The authorized certificate(included Chinese name) is in used in offline service, the authorized certificate(included English name) is used in online(for government service) and the authorized certificate(not included name) is used in online(for private service). The authorized certificates are possible for discard, republication. The method can reduce the possibility of the personal information extrusion.

        매크로를 이용한 공연 티켓팅에 대한 대응책 연구

        최근의 문화, 스포츠 분야에서의 각종 티켓팅은 매크로를 이용한 불법 암표상들 때문에 골머리를 앓고 있다. 암표상들은 티켓팅이 시작되자마자 매크로 기술을 이용하여 좋은 좌석의 티켓을 독점, 다량구매하고 이를 인터넷에 10∼20배의 가격으로 되팔아 불법 이익을 챙기며 선량한 구매자들의 티켓팅을 방해하고 있다. 이들은 점 차 기업화하고 있으며 티켓 대행 서비스까지 인터넷에 버젓이 등장하고 있고 심지어 매크로 프로그램까지 판매를 하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 매크로를 이용한 불법 티켓팅을 막을 수 있는 티케팅 절차를 제안하고 이를 분석하고자 한다. 제안한 절차는 기존의 기술들을 최대한 활용한 것으로 구축 및 개발 비용 및 기 간을 줄여주는 방법으로서 기획사, 티켓판매사, 고객 등에게 부담이 적은 방법이다. Recently, the on-line ticketing of the field of cultural performance and sports has the problem of the illegal ticket scalpers using the Macro. The ticket scalpers has prevented the ticketing of legal client. They purchased exclusively or largely good seat tickets using the macro at the beginning of ticketing and sold the illegal tickets at 10∼20 times price on Internet and then gained illegal profits. They do illegal business on the Internet like ticket agency service and selling the illegal macro program. So, this paper has proposed and analyzed the ticketing procedure preventing illegal ticketing using the Macro. The proposed procedure makes the best use of the existed skills and has saved cost and period for the implementation and development and so has saved the ticketing overhead of an agency, a ticket agent, the client.

        아이핀 대량 부정발급 사고에 대한 개선방법 연구

        The almost of Web page has been gathered the personal information(Korean resident registration number, name, cell-phone number, home telephone number, E-mail address, home address, etc.) using the membership and log-in. The all most user of Web page are concerned for gathering of the personal information. I-pin is the alternative means of resident registration number and has been used during the last ten-year period in the internet. The accident of I-pin mass illegal issue was happened by hacker at February, 2015. In this paper, we analysis the problems of I-pin system about I-pin mass illegal issue accident and propose a improvement method of it. First, I-pin issue must be processed by the off-line of face certification in spite of user's inconvenience. Second, I-pin use must be made up through second certification of password or OTP. The third, the notification of I-pin use must be sent to the user by the text messaging service of cell-phone or the E-mail. The forth, I-pin must be used an alternative means of Korean resident registration number in Internet. The methods can reduce the problems of I-pin system.

        모바일 신분증 도입에 따른 기술요구사항 분석

        대한민국의 국민들이 이용하는 주민등록증을 비롯한 신분증은 몇 차례에 걸쳐 전자신분증화 하려는 시도 가 있었으나 지나치게 많은 개인정보를 담으려고 한다는 반대에 부딪혀 무산되었으며 아직까지 아날로그 형태의 플라스틱으로 남아 있다. 2020년 들어오면서 스마트폰을 이용한 전자신분증에 대한 다양한 연구(PASS, 전자지갑, DID)들이 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 연구들이 다소의 기술적인 방향은 다르지만 전자증명서의 발급 및 제출이 한 번에 온라인으로 이루어지는 편리함과 스마트 폰 속에 저장되는 개인정보가 최소화되며 2중, 3중으로 안전하게 보 관되기를 원하는 것은 동일하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 모바일 전자신분증에 대한 연구들을 살펴보고 기술적인 요 구사항을 분석하여 이들 연구 및 개발이 국민이 원하는 바람직한 방향으로 나아가도록 하고자 한다. 기술요구사항 분석에는 편리함, 효율성, 주변 환경, 온/오프 기능, 연령대, 긴급시 등을 고려하여 다양한 기술요구사항 분석을 함 으로써 이들 연구 및 개발이 완벽하게 이루어지도록 하고자 한다. Various identification cards including resident registration card used by the people of South Korea have been attempted to be electronic many times. But that was thwarted by opposition that there’s too much personal information on electronic ID card. So, people still use the plastic cards of analog type. As 2020 comes in, the various research(PASS, Electronic Wallet, DID) including electronic ID cards in Smart Phone have been attempted. Theses studies have slightly different technical directions. But it is same that people want convenience that issuance and submission of electronic ID cards online, and safely storage of minimal personal information on smart phones in two to three ways. So, this paper would like to lead mobile electronic ID cards development to the desirable direction people want by researching about mobile electronic ID card and analyzing the technical requirements. When analyzing technical requirements, this paper would like to help to success the mobile ID research perfectly by variously analyzing in consideration of convenience, efficiency, environments, on/off function, the age group, emergency etc.

        미성년자의 신분증 위·변조 및 도용을 검출하기 위한 방법 연구

        Minors’ law evasion is getting serious. Some of them make a fake ID card or use a stolen ID card illegally. They are illegally used for buying alcohol, cigarette, bond or going to club, pub, motel and so on. On the latest News, there was a case that teens rented a car with a driver licence without checking and had severe car accident. Like this case, car rental service was fined and suspended from business because they did not figure out ID card’s counterfeit or modification. Thus, this study investigates the detecting method about the ID card(including a driver license) counterfeit, modification or illegal use. The server has a database of 17~19’s minors one fingerprint and services whether the visitor is adult true or not. The method will be usable and economical for business. Then, it was compared and analyzed with methods already in use in business.

        수식 표현의 인식에 관한 연구

        The formula contains up between the text and the structural information, as well as their mathematical symbols. Research on-line or off-line recognition formula is underway actively used in various fields, and various forms of the equation are implemented recognition system. Although many documents are included in the various formulas, it is not easy to enter a formula into the computer. Recognition of the expression is divided into two processes of symbol recognition and structural analysis. After analyzing the location information of each character is specified to recognize the effective area after each symbol, and to the structure analysis based on the proximity between the characters is recognized as an independent single formula. Furthermore, analyzing the relationship between the front and back each time a combination of the position relationship between each symbol, and then to add the symbol which was able to easily update the structure of the entire formula. In this paper, by using a scanner to scan the book formula was used to interpret the meaning of the recognized symbol has a relative size and location information of the expression symbol. An algorithm to remove the formulas for calculation of the number of formula is present at the same time is proposed. Using the proposed algorithms to scan the books in the formula in order to evaluate the performance verification as 100% separation and showed the recognition rate equation.
