        광 위상 공액기의 최적 파라미터 값 도출을 통한 0.96 Tbps WDM 신호의 BER 개선

        In this paper, it is investigated that the limitation due to the asymmetry of optical power and chromatic dispersion with respect to optical phase conjugator (OPC) for compensating optical signal distortion in WDM system is overcomed by using OPC position offset and optimal dispersion coefficients of fiber sections, which depend on OPC position offset. It is confirmed that overall WDM channels are efficiently compensated by applying the optimal parameter values obtained from the proposed method into 24 channels ⅹ40 Gbps WDM system with non zero - dispersion shifted fiber (NZ-DSF) of 1, 000 km, such as power penalties of inter-channel are reduce to almost 3.5 dB from the infinite value. It is also confirmed that the flexible design of WDM system with OPC is possible by using the optimal parameters, in which OPC is placed at ±15 km from 500 km for efficiently compensating overall channels. Thus, the methods proposed in this research will be expected to alternate with the method of making a symmetrical distribution of power and local dispersion in real optical link which generates a serious problem if it was not made but it is the condition in the case of applying the OPC into multi-channels WDM system.

        전자주민증 도입에 따른 다각적인 분석

        As our society is changed to the information & digital society based on the internet, the requirement that the analog certificate of Korean residence is changed to digital one is increased. The Korean Government selected the smart card of 72 KB for the digital certificate of Korean residence and try to insert the personnel information of 41 items to it. The method that the numerous personnel information is stored in one smart card is convenience to use. If the certificate of residence is lost, the number of personnel information is misused or spreaded thorough the Internet by the hacking. In this paper, we analyze the problem about the digital certificate of Korean residence and propose the countermeasure about the problem. In the proposal, the digital certificate of residence have only the certificate. Therefore, the size of the smart card is minimized and can be canceled at the loss of the certificate of residence. And the exposure worry of personnel information will be decreased.

        In the sense that centralization and its corresponding decentralization of public administration are of relative ideas, the relative change between the former and the latter takes place dependent upon the social conditions in the course of time. A conspicuous tendency is seen that in order to efficiently and technically deal with various political, economical and social problems of complicated and special nature modern administrative states follows the direction of centralization of administration, and at the same time the democratic administration and its particularity or speciality are emphasized with the aqual weight. Accordingly modern administration aims at the realization of efficiency and democratization of administration and the coordination and cooperation of both central and local governments, and in order to realize this goal the centralization of administration is to be effectuated in balance -with strengthened local self-government, for local autonomy is a essential element of democracy and its birthplace. Therefore, in order that centraliztion and decentralization of public administration be harmonized, horizontal cooperative relations between the upper and lower echelons of organization ought to be established, and at the same it should be supported by the spiritual and social basis respondent to it.

        The administrative area of local autonomous body is established where a localadministration is performed and if local autonomy is established then it becomes aautonomous region. In Korea, an administrative area and autonomous region exist inuniform. Current administrative area was established in the beginning of the Chosendynasty to secure a strong centralization of administrative Power. And in the Japanese colonization period, this was established for their administrative convenience. Consequently, its established structure is not able to reflect to the needs of current community that hasdrastically changed in economical and social way. In increasing trend of intemationlization, the local autonomous system has revealed too problems to meet the demands of the society. Daily living space of residents, expanded inland economic sphere, increasing demand for administrative operation due to rapid peglessof industrialization and urbanizaton, advanced transportation and communication has made itvery difficult to compete with the outside world. For example, problems that arose from the differences of the area and daily living space,conflict between local governments for the area questions of their existence because of their unbalanced areas, and their capacity to meet the demands. To resolve above mentioned problems, establish and develop a function of the autonomous body, these are the problems that the local autonomous body has to solve. Todo so, it is necessary to reorganize the areas to meet current demands. It is necessary toreduce and balance the differences of population, size, and finance. Therefore, maximize the weifare and development and increase the convenience and stability of residents. Consider the residents accessibility and response to the autonomous body to seek established and active body and compatibility and comprtence. Hence have the capability to meet the conditions of the society and time.

      • AAL2(AAL type 2)를 적용한 UMTS 핵심망에서 Timer_CU의 동적제어 알고리즘

        본 논문에서는 유무선 통신이 연동되는 UMTS 시스템의 핵심망에서 음성을 효율적으로 전송하는 AAL2 프로토콜을 설명한다. 특히, UMTS 시스템에 적용된 AAL2(AAL type 2)에서, Timer_CU의 초기 설정 값에 영향을 받는 지연특성을 개선하기 위한 Timer_CU 동적 제어 알고리즘을 제안한다. Padding cell 발생량에 비례하여 Timer_CU를 제어하는 제안알고리즘은 링크 효율에는 영향을 주지 않으면서 AAL2 전송 지연을 감소한다. 시뮬레이션 결과에 따르면, Timer_CU를 동적으로 제어하는 것이 고정 Timer_CU을 사용하는 것보다 모든 부하에서 지연을 감소하며, 링크 효율은 거의 동일함을 알 수 있었다. 본 논문의 결과는 향후 IMT-2000 시스템이 본격적으로 서비스될 때, 음성 트래픽의 성능향상에 적용할 수 있다. In this paper, we explained the AAL2 protocol of efficient voice transmission in the UMTS core network for interworking with wired and wireless communication. Particularly, in the UMTS system using AAL2 protocol, we proposed the dynamic Timer_CU control algorithm that enhances the delay characteristic by initial Timer_CU value The proposed algorithm Timer_CU control with proportion of the amount of padding cell reduces AAL2 transmission delay with no effect the link efficiency. Result from simulation, dynamic Timer_CU control algorithm is more decrease than fixed Timer_CU control algorithm, which both them are similar to link efficiency. In the future, when the IMT-2000 systems serve in earnest, this paper results are applied to performance elevation of voice traffic.

        신분증 분실에 따른 피해 및 대응책에 관한 연구

        Korean Identification card or driver license is usually used to verify one's identity in Korea. These are also used as an adult certification. Since the form of these ID card is an analog and it needs to be checked with naked eyes, it might be used maliciously. Someone who's got someone else's ID card can do other things. Therefore, it must be reported rapidly when ID card is lost or stolen. The most serious problem might be occurred when they do not recognize and report the loss. They might suffer from pecuniary or mental damage such as opening a mobile phone service, providing loan or credit card, opening a personal checking account, etc. Thus, this study suggests and compares the ways of avoiding these problems. First, the most effective way is to send the authorization code via mobile phones in consideration of build-up period and cost. The person in charge of business processing department using ID card sends the authorization code via registered mobile phone. The owners submits it to the person and their identifications are confirmed. Next effective way is that the person in charge of business processing department using ID card sends text messages via registered mobile phone. Lastly, the most ineffective way is to introduce and implement the electronic ID card ultimately even though it is expensive and takes a long time to build up the system.
