The Effects of Recovery Pattern on Changes of Blood Components. The purpose of the study was to investigate effects of recovery pattern on changes of blood components in endurance running with the same work intensity and 5 different relief levels were used as protochol. Used 10 male endurance runners who belong to H University students as subjects, and the results were summarized as follows; with the same work intensity the increasing ratio of lactic acid concentration in blood was shown significant differences (p<0.01) in accordance with recovery patterns. To improve capacity of tolerence against lactic acid accumalation, jogging with 60% of individual maximal speed was superior to jogging with 90% of individual maximal speed and 2 or 4 minutes of passive recovery between work sets. Lactic acid production was significantly increased in jogging with 60% of individual maximal speed, therefore, to improve anaerobic endurance, 2 minutes of passive recovery was recommended because of more rapid break down of Lactic acid accumulation with 2 minutes, or more passive recovery.

The purpose of the study was to investigate the changes of blood components in before and after bodyweight reduction and after exercise of judoists. The subjects were 10ma1e national caliber judoists, and they reduced 3∼5% of bodyweight for three days. The tested items were WBC, Hemoglobin, Glucose, Lactic acid, pH. These items were compared in each three phase. The followings are conclusion : 1. It was shown a significant increase of WBC after bodyweight reduction and exercise than before bodyweight reduction. (p <.001) 2. The hemoglobin level was increased but not a shown significant level after exercise and bodyweight reduction than bodyweight reduction. 3. The blood lactate level was significantly increased after bodyweight reduction and exorcise than before bodyweight reduction. (p < .001) 4. The concentration of pH was increased after bodyweight reduction than before bodyweight reduction but significantly decreased after exercise. (p <. 01)

The purpose of this study is to analyze game orientation of soccer plat\yers which was affected by the basic values of achivement orientation in highly specialized and professionalized modern industrial society, and to examine the relationship between the value system in society and in sports. The author examines the 215 soccer players with quentionarie and classified into elementary soccer players, middle school soccer players, high school soccer players, university soccer players and to the game orientation presenting each class calulated the frequency distribution, and to test the product result, analyzed frequencyvariation test method and crosstabulation analysis using X². The results were summarized asx follows: 1. The game oriention by every class was significantly dominated by fairnessorientation (42.8%). Victory-orientation(31.2%), skill-orientation(28.8%) (p<.001). 2. In the game orientation of elementary soccer players, fairnessorientation was significantly dominant. 3. Th fairnesssorientation was significantly domineated among middle school soccer players. But the skill and victoryorientation were shown higher levles than that of elementary soccer players. 4. In the game orientationm of high school soccer players and university soccer players, the victoryorientation was shown a sgnificant dominant than skillorientation and fairnessorientation. 5. The game orientation was signficantly changed after high school period in soccer players.
