        단일 거칠기 요소가 벤투리 캐비테이션에 미치는 영향

        In this study, we investigate the effects of a single roughness element on Venturi cavitation. The single roughness element of hemispherical shape is installed at the throat inlet of a Venturi tube. Since the wake behind the roughness element induces an additional pressure drop, cavitation inception occurs at a higher Cavitation number for the Venturi model with the single roughness element than for the Venturi model with no roughness. Cavitation bubbles form along the wake of the roughness element and lengthen in the streamwise direction as the Cavitation number decreases, forming a longitudinal cavitation. With a further decrease in the Cavitation number, the longitudinal cavitation bubble merges with the sheet cavitation initiated from the exit edge of the Venturi tube throat, followed by the shedding of cloud cavitation. The merging of the longitudinal cavitation and sheet cavitation is accompanied by a sudden decrease in the discharge coefficient and an increase in the pressure loss coefficient as it chokes the flow inside the Venturi tube.

        중국 예능 프로그램 오프닝 애니메이션의 시각적 구성요소 연구 - 2022년 방영지수 TOP 10 예능을 중심으로 -

        The entertainment program opening animation is an important part of building the overall image of the program, and has the function of attracting viewers, revealing the program's personality, and improving the brand image. In this way, opening animation has undergone continuous innovation and evolution as an important form of artistic expression that establishes the identity of entertainment programs. Accordingly, this paper closely analyzes the visual elements of the opening animations of Chinese entertainment programs to find ways to improve the quality and viewership of the works, and furthermore, to create practical opening animation works that effectively visualize Chinese cultural characteristics. This study was conducted in the following manner. First, by collecting and analyzing prior research and various literature in related fields, we examined the development process, design principles, concepts, creative process and experience, and influencing factors of entertainment program opening animations. Second, a certain number of Chinese entertainment programs were selected and their opening animations were analyzed. By comparing opening animations of various formats and genres and exploring commonalities and differences, current design trends and rules, as well as future possibilities, were explored. As a result of the analysis, it was found that most works provide strong visual stimulation to viewers through strategic operation of visual components. The highly decorative and sophisticated font design, rich graphic design and motion, effective camera movement, harmonious tone and strong color contrast all achieved the purpose of captivating viewers. In other words, it was confirmed that providing intense visual stimulation to viewers is the most important function of entertainment program opening animations.

        반구형 융기부를 이용한 벤투리에서의 캐비테이션 제어

        In this study, we investigated how the performance of a Venturi changes when a hemispherical bump is applied to the divergent part of the Venturi tube and what causes the performance difference. The Venturi-tunnel experiment was conducted in the Reynolds number range of 0.2 × 105 – 1.2 × 105 and cavitation number range of 0.9 – 10. The bump was found to reduce the pressure loss coefficient and increase the discharge coefficient by shortening the cavitation length. The decrease in the cavitation length by the bump was explained by the strengthening of the re-entrant jet. The wake generated from the hemispherical bump seems to increase the adverse pressure gradient on the Venturi surface, thereby strengthening the re-entrant jet.

        패러글라이딩 헬멧의 항력 감소에 관한 실험적 연구

        In the present study, wind tunnel experiments were performed to reduce the drag of a paragliding helmet in the range of Reynolds numbers from 46,000 to 155,000. The drag force of the helmet model with dimples and deflectors installed was measured by varying the dimple depth and the slant angle of the deflector. The dimples were effective in reducing the drag at low Reynolds numbers, but no significant drag reduction was found in the Reynolds number range in which an actual paraglider flight takes place. On the other hand, the deflector installed tangentially to the side outline of the helmet showed an average drag reduction of 7% in the flight Reynolds number range of real paragliding. This was because the deflector shrunk the size of the wake region and moved the wake region downstream of the deflector.

      • 열차 화장실 악취농도에 관한 연구

        열차화장실에서 발생하는 악취저감을 위한 기초연구로서, 무궁화호 내 67개소의 화장실을 대상으로 악취강도를 조사하였으며, 6회에 걸쳐 열차화장실 악취시료를 채취하여 복합악취농도를 조사하였다. 복합악취농도는 악취공정시험법에 제시되어 있는 공기희석관능법을 이용하여 측정하였으며, 악취강도는 직접관능법을 이용하여 조사하였다. 조사결과, 복합악취농도는 희석배수 6에서 30의 범위로 나타났으며 평균 복합악취농도는 17 정도인 것으로 나타났다. 악취강도는 67개의 화장실을 조사한 결과 0도에서 3.3도였으며, 이 가운데 16개소에서는 악취강도가 2.5도 이상으로 높게 나타나 악취저감이 필요한 것으로 조사되었다. This study was carried out to estimate odor emitted from toilets in the Mugunghaw train. Two parameters which are odor intensity and odor concentration are used for odor estimation. Direct olfactory method to observe odor intensity for 67 toilets and air dilution olfactory method to estimate odor concentration for 6 samples were performed. As the results, odor concentration of toilets in trains ranged from 6 OU/m³ to 30 OU/m³, and odor intensity of 67 toilets were varied from 0 degree to 3.3 degree. The results suggest that the odor emitted from the existing toilets should be controlled because odor intensity of 16 toilets exceeded the level of complaint due to odor.
