        한국형 도심 항공교통 상용화에 따른 제한사항과 이용자 수용 실효성 고찰

        도심 항공교통은 거대도시 인구 과밀화로 인한, 교통난 해소와 환경, 에너지 문제를 개선할 수 있는 새로운 대안으로 등장하였다. 우리 정부도 세계 선도국에 발맞춰 한국형 도심 항공교통을 도입하였으며, 2030년까지 완전 상용화를 위한 단계별 실증을 수행하고 있다. 이에 현실적으로 기술적·제도적 한계와 제약이 있고, 모든 시연과 실증을 할 수 없다는 문제를 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 한국형 도심 항공교통에 대한 미래 지향적 산업 관점에서 두 가지를 제시한다. 첫째, 상용화에 따른 이용자 수용관점에서 유사 사례와 근거 자료를 탐색하고 합리적 추론에 기반한 제한사항을 고찰한다. 둘째, 안정성, 편리성, 경제성 관련 수용 방안을 제안한다. 이를 통해, 한국 형 도심 항공교통 산업생태계의 유기적인 사회적 합의와 이용자 수용 실효성을 높일 것을 기대 한다. The UAM has emerged as a new alternative to address traffic congestion caused by overcrowding in megacities and to improve environmental and energy problems. The Korean government has also introduced ‘K-UAM’, a Korean-style urban air mobility, in line with the world's advanced countries, and is conducting a step-by-step demonstration for full-scale commercialization by 2030. The problem is that there are practical technical, institutional, limitations, and restriction, and all rehearsals and demonstrations cannot be conducted. In this study, two things are presented from the perspective of future-oriented industries for K-UAM. First, similar cases and evidence are explored from the perspective of user acceptance due to commercialization, and restrictions based on rational reasoning are considered. Second, it proposes acceptance measures related to stability, convenience, and economic feasibility. Through this, it is expected to increase the organic social consensus and user cceptance effectiveness of K-UAM industrial ecosystem.

        With the organization of Boryong district, an aggressive research work on local history has been conducted by the research society members as a central axis. This research included making a close inquiry into the new facts and rectifying ill-informed facts through the discovery of new data on Boryong district. The history of research on local history for Boryong district is short, but it can be said that these research works have produced a lot of outcomes. However, it is quite natural that the research work on local history carried out by a limited number of researchers has a certain limit to ideas needed for this task. This researcher thinks that only when more researcher have interest in the research on local history can broad scale research work be done, and only when an aggressive support and concerns from professional scholars or professional research institutes can the research with a more objective and wider horizon on local history be achieved. In addition, it is necessary for this research on local culture or local history to get an aggressive cooperation from the cultural centers or concerning authorities to make much more effects, and the public officer in charge of local culture should be the one equipped with expertise and consciousness of local culture and history.

        신경회로망을 이용한 배전선로 고저항 사고 검출 기법의 개발

        본 논문은 신경회로망을 이용하여 배전선로상의 고저항 사고검출기법을 제안하였다. 다양한 토양에서 실시한 고저항 사고 데이터를 통해 $\upsilon-i$ 특성곡선을 얻고, 이 특성곡선으로 EMTP를 이용하여 고저항 사고를 모의하였다. 배전선로 고저항 사고검출을 위해 훈련 모델은 강자갈을 사용하였고, 토양의 조건을 달리하여 신경회로망의 사고검출 성능을 평가하였다. 신경회로망의 입력으로 사고 전류를 주파수 분석한 후, 이를 한 주기 평균하여 얻어진 짝.홀수 고조파, 기본파, 실효치 지수을 이용하였다. 신겨회로망의 검출성능을 테스트한 결과 제안된 방법이 뛰어남을 확인하였다. This paper proposed a high impedance fault detection method using a neural network on distribution lines. The $\upsilon-i$ characteristic curve was obtained by high impedance fault data tested in various soil conditions. High impedance fault was simulated using EMTP. The pattern of High Impedance Fault on high density pebbles was taken as the learning model, and the neural network was evaluated on various soil conditions. The average values after analyzing fault current by FFT of even.odd harmonics and fundamental rms were used for the neural network input. Test results were verified the validity of the proposed method .ethod .

        Along with current increasing number of diverse digital loads, consuming patterns tend to go Direct Current. To keep pace with this change we need to minimize power loss caused by switching AC for DC power and DC based distribution system requires for effective use of DC power sources featuring new renewable energy such as solar power, fuel cell. To satisfy these application, DC load is not only imperative but also development of DC leakage detection technology for protecting function. This study is expecting to prove the performance of DC leakage sensor and contribute to the new applied technology of earth leakage circuit breaker based on DC.

      • Zr/Ti 비율에 따른 저온소결 PNN-PMN-PZT 세라믹스의 압전 특성

        In this study, in order to develop low temperature sintering piezoelectric actuator, PMN-PNN-PZT ceramic systems were fabricated using Li2CO3-Na2CO3 sintering aid and investigated with the variation of the ratio of Zr/Ti. The piezoelectric actuator is necessary to have high piezoelectric constant d33 and electromechanical coupling factor kp. At the MPB(Morphotropic Phase Boundary) of PZT system ceramics, excellent piezoelectric and dielectric properties are appeared. Therefore, in this study, searching of MPB composition ceramics and their dielectric and piezoelectric characteristics were investigated. At the PMN-PNN-PZT ceramics of the ratio of Zr/Ti =50/50 sintered at 920℃, the density, electromechanical coupling factor kp, dielectric constant, piezoelectric constant d33 and mechanical quality factor Qm were showed optimal value of 7.78[g/cm2], 0.593, 1490, 388[pC/N] and 944, respectively.
