The COP21 took place in Paris at the end of 2015 and the Paris Agreement was adopted. all around the world and Korean goverment push ahead for reducing GHG after COP21. Therefore, PV generating facilities installation increases rapidly following policy. Especially, the case of Schools(Elementary Middle High school) should annually supply duty renewable energy ratio following 'The law of New&Renewable energy development, utilization, dissemination, promotion'. If only PV generation should afford renewable energy duty ratio, generated power will pile up in comparison with power consumption during specific time. In this thesis, effective method for using surplus power is proposed. Load profiles and generation profiles of schools were measured to calculate the surplus power. In order to find effective method for using surplus power, most economical electric power transaction method called counter trace is considered among current operating electric power transaction method(counter trace, private PPA, prosumer, etc.).

Recently laws have been enacted to build and promote the use of smart grid. There are also increasing demands for the compliance with international trade agreements and the related international standards. Due to these rapid changes in electric power industry and the market expansion, importances of new technologies and processes have been being increased. To reflect these international trends, the government have carried out the designation of new technology for electric power industry to promote domestic industries and national competitiveness by inspiring technology developments in individual or private industry sectors. In this paper analysis of the current status of the designation of the new technology of electric power has been presented including its problem and effect on the related industries. The analysis is expected to be utilized to enhance sound development and to vitalize the electrical new technology regulation.
IEC 60364 기반 저압전기설비 통합실증단지 구축연구 관련 HFIX 전선의 시공상 문제점 분석 및 개선방안 연구

The KS was corresponded to international standard IEC about main electrical equipment(cable, circuit breaker, etc) following 1995 WTO/TBT agreement. ‘Korean Low voltage Electric equipment of integrated test-site study’ also corresponded to international standard and was reflected in Electro-technical regulation in order that advance and unify the electrical safety standards. It was also included in electrical safety verification about engineering and construction, inspection. Managing department of Korea electric association and participating institution of Korea electrical contractors association are fulfilling study after received government support. Main contents of the study included that evaluate the suitability of IEC 60364 about test-site and make suitable environment, undertake test. It also find problems and solutions when correspond international standard stage. Among cable tray, earthing, cable, this thesis will analysis the HFIX(Halogen Free Flame Retardant Poly Olefin Insulation Wire) problem and suggest some of improvement methods(ie. HIV KS standard establish, group quality certification).

Korea adopted the international standard that applies prepared evidence about IEC 60364 to 2005 electro-technical regulation following WTO/TBT(World Trade Organization/Technical berriers to trade) agreement. ‘Korean Low voltage Electric equipment of integrated test-site study’ carries out Low volatage equipment’s engineering and construction, inspection based on IEC 60364 in order that advance and unify the electrical safety standards.(managing department : the Korea electric association / participating institution : the Korea electrical contractors association) This research analyzed and evaluated electric wire and cable that based on IEC60364 standard in low voltage electric equipment integrated test site through EMTP(Electro Magnetic Transient Program), EAC(Ecodial Advance Calculation) and Amtech Prodesign. We also suggested improvement methods that adjusted the circuit breaker and conductor cross-section area of L-1A, L-MDF by the regulation of upper standard. Especially, we reinforced additional verification that add EAC and Prodesign method on to existing research.
