인터넷 기반의 안전보장 글로벌 통합물류관리시스템 프레임워크 설계

본 논문은 국내외 중소형 국제물류기업들 간의 화물 운송을 위한 화물 및 공간에 대한 등록과 검색, 공개입찰과 협상, 계약, 지급과 안전보장, 그리고 운송 등에 관해 인터넷, 무선 통신 수단, 또는 스마트폰 등으로 접속 및 중개할 차별화된 IGILMS(internet-based global integrated logistics management system)의 구조를 제시한다. 그리고 IGILMS를 위한 B2B 온라인 시장의 고객 맞춤형 서비스 제공 모형과 이행 단계의 구조 및 통제에 대해 설명하고, 인터넷 기반의 글로벌 물류 관리 시스템을 위한 IGILMS의 기술적인 구성을 제공한다. 또한 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제안한 시스템의 효율성을 검증한다. This paper provide a framework for an IGILMS(internet-based global integrated logistics management system) which can access and mediate cargo transportations among small- and medium-sized domestic/international logistics corporations as regards cargo, registration and search for space, public tender and negotiation, contract, payment and safety-guarantee, transportation through the internet, wireless communication means, or smart phone etc. In addition, we describe a model to provide customized services in the B2B e-market for IGILMS and the structure and the control of its fulfillment process, and provide technical architecture of the IGILMS for an internet-based global logistics management system. To validate an efficiency of the proposed system, we develop a simulation model and analyze the performance of the proposed system.

국제화물 혼재수송에 있어 수익 최대화를 위한 최적 운임 및 발송 시점 통합 결정에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 국제화물의 혼재수송에 있어서 컨테이너의 높은 공실률을 개선하고 화주의 생산원가절감에 따른 국제경쟁력 강화 및 운송인의 수익을 극대화하기 위하여, 고객의 수요에 대한 가격과 시간에 대한 변동성을 고려한 최적 운임 및 발송 시점 결정에 관한 방법론에 대해 연구하였다. 최적 운임 및 발송 시점 결정에 관한 수학 모델 및 알고리즘을 제시하였으며, 수치예체를 통하여 알고리즘과정을 나타내었다. 변수 값에 대한 최적값의 영향을 살펴보기 위해 수치실험을 실시하였으며, 수치실험 결과, 정기수요의 잠재수요보다 긴급수요의 잠재수요가 더 클 때, 제안된 기법이 더 효과적으로 나타났다. This paper studies an integrated pricing (fare) and time decision for maximizing profit in international cargo groupage. We assume that the demand is a function of the price and departure time, and develop a mathematical model for a given capacity to maximize the total profit. An efficient algorithm is provided to obtain the optimal prices, departure time and price change time. The solution procedure is illustrated using a numerical example. To examine the effect of the parameter values on the optimal solution, we conduct extensive numerical experiments and illustrate the results by graphical means. Numerical results show that a dynamic pricing is more profitable when a potential demand of an emergency demand is larger than that of a normal demand.

인천국제공항 환승수요 분석 및 일본 지진의 영향에 관한 연구

This paper analyzed the transfer markets and transfer air-routes of Incheon International airport, and also analyzed how the recent Japan`s seismicaffected the transfer passenger of Incheon International airport. The analysis result shows that as a transfer airport Incheon International airport has overall advantages compared to competing airports. Especially, the recent Japan`s seismic disaster diminished the total passenger traffic, but on the contrary it increased the transfer passenger, and that fact emphasizes the needs of developing new transfer air-routes. In order to analyze the transfer market, this study segmented the total market to 4 regions like as south-east Asia, China, Japan and Oceania, and also assessed the 16 transfer air-routes. As the result of the study, the following 4 transfer air-routes development plan was derived: first the South-East Asia ↔ North America route, second the China ↔ North America route, third the Japan ↔ Europe route, fourth Oceania ↔ Europe route.
