유아의 성,연령,기질, 어머니 기질 및 양육행동과 유아의 자기-효능감과의 관계

본 연구는 유아의 성·연령·기질, 어머니 기질 및 양육행동과 유아의 자기-효능감과의 관계를 분석하기 위한 것이다. 연구 결과, 유아의 자기-효능감 하위 변인 중 신체 효능감은 유아의 성에 따라 차이가 있었으며 남아가 여아보다 나은 것으로 나타났다. 유아의 인지 효능감은 유아의 기질 중 적응성과 어머니의 양육행동 중 합리적 지도 행동과 관련이 있었다. 유아의 사회·정서 효능감은 어머니의 한계를 설정해 주는 행동과 관계가 있었다. 따라서 유아의 자기-효능감은 성, 연령, 유아의 기질 그리고 어머니의 양육행동과 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. This study investigates the way in which a child's temperament, a mother's temperament and parenting behaviors relate to a child's self-efficacy. Data in this study were obtained via questionnaires focusing on 200 dyads of preschool children and their mothers. Variables were the children's and their mothers' temperaments, children's self-efficacy, and mothers' parenting behaviors. The results of the study are as follows : (1) Physical self-efficacy differed according to children's sex. Boys had greater physical self-efficacy than did girls. Children's self-efficacy differed according to age. The older the child, the stronger the showing in cognitive, socio-emotional, and global self-efficacy. (2) Cognitive self-efficacy related to adjustment temperament and also to whether or not a mother engaged in reasoning guidance behaviors. Socio-emotional self-efficacy related to mothers' behaviors.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relation between early childhood teachers' meaning in life and their teacher-efficacy in Gyeongju & Ulsan city. The data was collected by questionnaires method from 157 early childhood teachers. The instruments were early childhood teacher's meaning in life(Purpose In Life: PIL) and their teacher-efficacy. The results of the study were as follows : (1) early childhood teacher's meaning in life meaningfully related to their teacher-efficacy, positively. (2) early childhood teacher's meaning in life has influence on their teacher-efficacy. In summary, early childhood teacher's meaning in life has significant implication for teacher-efficacy. This research offers further study the influence variables to efficacy and find out the method to enhance early childhood teacher's meaning in life and efficacy.
