Multi-layer graphene is considered to be a potential replacement of copper wiring for LSI (large-scale integration). PECVD (plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition) is one of the most reliable synthesis techniques to manufacture high-quality, large-scale graphene at low temperature. Compared with thermal CVD graphene, the relatively lower quality of PECVD graphene is its main drawback. In order to suggest a solution for this problem, we studied the growth mechanism of multi-layer graphene deposited onto nickel by PECVD at 400 ℃. We found that both segregation and solution-precipitation models affect the growth behavior of multi-layer graphene. To support this, we analyzed the influences of Ni-film thickness, cooling rate, and plasma energy on multi-layer graphene growth. The results from this study would be useful for optimizing graphene growth conditions for many applications.

서울 소재로 한 대학은 약 47개로 2014년 기준으로 ‘대학알리미’ 포털 사이트 기준 369,693명이 재학하고 있다. 이러한 인구는 대학의 다양한 공간의 변화를 이끌어 대학가 주변의 주변 배후지를 형성한다. 대학가는 대학의 부족한 수요를 공급해주며 지역과의 상호작용을 통해 공간이 만들어진다. 서울의 공간에서 대학이라는 공간과 인구가 주는 영향이 크지만 상권연구 중 대학 상권에 대한 연구가 적어 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구는 대학의 상권을 현재 상권의 특징을 고찰하여 가치 지향적 대학 상권을 형성하는 방법을 연구하는 것이다. 성북구에 위치한 성신여자대학교와 고려대학교는 거리상 매우 인접해 있으나 경관의 차이를 보이고 있다. 이러한 이유는 상권의 배경 역사와 인구구조 때문이다. 특히 인구구조측면에서 보았을 때 성신여대가 위치한 동선동의 성비는 78로 성북구에서 가장 낮은 여초 현상을 보이며 여성을 위한 상권이 발달하고 있다면 고려대가 위치한 안암동의 성비는 103으로 성북구에서 두 번째로 높은 남초 현상을 보이고 있으며, 다른 학교에 비해 남학생 재학수가 높아 남성적 상권이 형성되고 있다. 성신여대는 로데오거리를 중심으로 미용시설이 입지하는 것이 가장 큰 특징으로 고려대보다 더욱 세분화된 미용시설이 입지한다. 고려대학교는 음식점이 차지하는 비중이 크며 take-out 전문점이 많이 나타나고 찌개. 한식의 한 끼를 챙길 수 있는 음식 위조로 입지한 특징을 보인다. 두 학교 모두 소비적 측면의 상권이 많이 입지하였으며 그 중에서 음식점의 비중이 높게 나타났다. 두 대학 모두 성비 이외의 특징적 지역성을 지니지 못한다는 한계를 가지고 있다. 대체가능한 상권이 발달하게 되면 성비의 한계를 지닌 상권은 다양한 계층을 소화하지 못하고 이용자를 뺏길 가능성이 크다. 대학가가 이러한 한계를 주변의 지역과 함께 풀어야 한다. 지역 주민들과의 교류를 통해 지역재생의 도움이 되며 이러한 교류를 통해 지역성을 살릴 수 있을 것이라 기대된다. The number of University that is located in seoul is 47 in 2014 and according to "대학알리미", 369,693 students are in those universities. This population derives diverse changes in university area composing surrounding hinterland nearby university. University area supplies demands and communicates with local zone constructing space. This research is proposed with the necessity of commercial sphere study nearby university because related studies are insufficient considering the influence of that area. The purpose of this research is analyzing commercial characteristic and finding out the way to construct value-oriented university commercial area. Sungsin women univ and Ke=orea univ both located in Sungbuk gu, are highly close to eachother in distance. However there are differences in view because of commercial history and population structure. Especially in the viewpoint of population structural aspect, sex ratio of Dongseon-dong that Sungsin women univ is located has 78 showing the lowest number which demonstrates intense the women-outnumbering-men phenomenon and develops female-focused commercial power. On the other hand, An-ahm-dong that Korea univ is located in has 103 sex ratio showing second the highest number on Sungbuk with the men-outnumbering-women phenomon. Compared to others, Korea univ has high rates of male students so surrounding area composes male-focused commercial area. The most distinct feature of area nearby Sungsin women univ is that beauty facilities are located through Rodeo Street.
