        구강편평세포암종에서 미슬토 추출물의 Apoptosis 유도 효과에 대한 실험적 연구

        This study was performed to investigate mistletoe extract-induced apoptosis in oral squamous cell carcinoma. In vivo study, HN22 cells were xenografted in nude mice. After tumor was experimentally induced, mistletoe extract was directly injected on the tumor mass. The specimens were evaluated using light and transmission electron microscopes. In vitro study, HN22 cells were cultured and exposed to mistletoe extract. The cells were evaluated using transmissin electron microscope. To evaluate apoptotic cells, flow cytometric analysis was done. The results were obtained as follows: 1. Light microscopic view of tumor mass showed necrosis at 2-4 weeks. 2. Transmission electron micrographs of tumor mass showed apoptosis and necrosis. 3. In TEM view of cell lines, necrosis and apoptosis were shown with mistletoe extract at 300μg/ml, apoptosis was shown with mistletoe extract at 100μg/ml. 4. In flow cytometric analysis, early and late apoptosis was shown when using caspase-3Ab and annexin-V, but no significant change was noted when using mebstain and Apo2.7 Ab. In this study, mistletoe extract induced necrosis and apoptosis in the tumor mass was induced by HN22 cells, early and late apoptosis in vitro study. Mistletoe extract was likely to induce cell death in oral squamous cell carcinoma through apoptosis.

        은퇴연구 패러다임의 추가

        고령화 사회의 삶의 질의 문제는 단순한 노년층의 인구 증가의 문제가 아니라 앞으로 한국사회가 나아가야 할 방향을 제시하는 이론적, 사회적, 정책적 문제를 내포 하고 있다. 은퇴준비의 문제는 개인을 포함한 사회생태체계의 전 방위적 요소와 관련을 갖는다. 노령층의 삶의 질은 특정 개인만의 문제가 아니라 전사회적 확산성을 내포하고 특정시기의 문제가 아니라는 점에서, 노령층의 은퇴준비에 대한 접근은 노령층 당사자, 가족, 지역사회, 국가가 함께 고민하고 대처해야 하는 과제를 안고 있다. 본 연구는 노인문제가 단순히 개인문제가 아니라 사회문제로 발전하고 이의 해결을 위한 개인적 사회적 차원의 다양한 노년기 삶의 질 향상을 위한 대책이 수립되고 개발되어야 할 내용들을 살펴보고자 하였다. 고령화는 개인, 사회, 국가의 전 공동체적 관점에서 부담으로 작용할때 노년층의 삶의 질 불균형이 발생 할 수 있음을 인식하고, 경제적 준비를 위한 투입자금의 한계를 넘어서는 시간활용과 인식의 관점에서 고찰 하였다. 노년기 삶의 만족은 경제적 부담 문제의 해결에서 전적으로 발생되는 것이 아니므로 사회체계 내의 삶의 질의 총합적 관련요소의 기능적 의미를 확인하고, 시간의 자본 요소로서의 성격과 현실적 이용 가능성을 노년기 삶의 질 고양에 적용 하고자 하였다. 노년기 삶의 질의 관계요소는 사회적 관계망과의 질적 수준, 시간자본 에너지와의 긴밀한 관련성, 경제적 준비를 포함하며 아울러 우리의 생각과 활동과도 관련되는 핵심가치로서 전인격적 특성을 갖고 있다. 따라서 노년기 삶에 대한 태도는 ‘선택적 준비’가 아니라 ‘의무적 포괄적 준비’로서 포함되어야 할 프로그램과 내용에 시간을 연계하였다. 개별성과 독특성이 조화된 시간인식에 관한 정립을 통해 개인의 노력과 사용에 따라 달라질 수 있는 사회 생태체계내에서 시간의 속성을 고찰하고, 은퇴준비에 시간으로 인한 자본형성의 차이를 논증하고자 하였다. 한국은 아직 은퇴준비를 위한 교육에 시간활용에 관한 내용을 적극적으로 포함하지 않고 있다. 은퇴연구에서 비재무적 은퇴준비 및 은퇴준비자산의 문제는은퇴자산을 형성하는 등의 준비 과정에서의 방법적 문제와 준비된 은퇴자산의 활용의 문제도 함께 포함하며 시간과 관련성을 갖는다.이러한 관점에서 은퇴준비가 종합적 자기준비물의 속성을 갖는 점을 인식하고, 은퇴준비에 적극적으로 시간을 활용할 필요가 있다. The issues related to quality of life in an aging society connotes not only the problem regarding the increasing number of elderly people, but also theoretical/social/political issues. The preparations for retirement are related to omni-directional elements of social ecology including individuals. The issue related to life quality for elderly people connotes not a problem of a particular individual or period but social expensiveness. Therefore such issues need to be taken into account by the elderly people themselves, their families, local society and the nation together. This research has contemplated the contents for developing and establishing various mechanisms in individual and social levels to improve life quality of elderly people, which is for expanding the problems related to elderly people from individual levels to a problem of the entire society. As the life quality of elderly people can be imbalanced since aging becomes a burden at the individual/social/national levels, we have attempted to cont mplate the problems related to quality of retired life from a point of view of time-use and recognition beyond a limit of input for economic preparations. The satisfaction of elderly people in their life is not only led by sorting out economic problems. Therefore, this paper has attempted to identify the functional meaning of the all-around elements related to quality of life in a social system, and has tried to apply the elements as time asset and their practical usability to improvement of life quality of elderly people. The elements related to life quality in the stage of old age includes the quality of social networks, correlation with time asset to energy, and economic preparation. Furthermore, they have our whole personality as the core value related to our thoughts and activities. Accordingly, the attitude toward life in the stage of old age has been linked to the contents and programs as being ‘obligatory & comprehensive preparation’ rather than ‘selective preparation’. Moreover, this paper has contemplated the characteristics of managing mechanisms for quality of a lifetime in the social system, which can be determined by our efforts and interpretation through recognition of time in which individualization and uniqueness are harmonized. This is to prove the fact that life quality in the stage of old age can be distinguished by the comprehensive results of individual efforts for time asset. The policy of the government of Korea has not actively included the contents of utilization of time capital in education programs for preparations of retirement. The research on preparations of retirement for financial and non-financial asset have related to retired life by including the method of processing on preparations for assets for retirement and the utility of assets of retirement. Therefore, the issues related to quality of retired life needs to be handled through more proactive policy controlling and integration by considering the fact that the preparations of retirement has characteristics of integrated self-preparations.

        일반교육과 수해양 교과교육에서 스마트교육미디어 효과성 연구

        The purpose of this research is to analyze the effects of smart learning in both general education and fisheries & marine education through meta-analysis. To find the effects size, we had collected 112 studies from graduation theses and journal articles. Followings are the results of the research: (a) Smart learning turns out to be more statistically effective comparing to traditional education. The total effect size of smart learning is .768 and the value of U3 is 61.50%. (b) There is no significant difference between general education and fisheries & marine education in the view of effect size. (c) There is a significant difference in subjects, type of publication, and size of members in experimental group. High school student group has the most effect size of smart learning.

        수산해양계열 고등학생의 전공만족, 진로탐색 자기효능감 및 진로탐색행동의 구조적 관계 연구

        The purpose of this study is to find the structural relationships among major satisfaction, career search efficacy, and career exploration behavior with marine science high school students. For investigating this topic, 524 students were surveyed from the marine science high schools. In order to find out the structural relationships among major satisfaction, career search efficacy, and career exploration behavior, structural equation modeling was used. Followings were the results of the research: (a) Major satisfaction effected significantly on the career search efficacy. (b) Career search efficacy effected significantly on the career exploration behavior. (C) There was not significant direct cause and effects from major satisfaction to career exploration behavior, but indirect effect was significant. Some recommendations were suggested for increasing career exploration behavior of marine science high school students.

        SWOT 분석을 통한 대학 입학 전형에서 비교과 영역 평가 전략 탐색

        This study aims to analyze the factors of the extra-curricula area in personal school performance record and propose the practical strategies for entrance examination affairs on this area. To address this goal, we have applied a SWOT analysis with related documents and research results. We found out five strengths: (S1) Link the students experience to right people for the university, (S2) Quantitative Indicators, (S3) Qualitative Indicators, (S4) Link to other evaluation factors, and (S5) Analysis of Human Resource. The weakness included: (W1) Fairness, (W2) Reliability, (W3) Difficulties to set standards, (W4) Difficulties to set environments, and (W5) Lack of systemic experience of an evaluation. We also discovered five opportunities (O1) Recognition of public education, (O2) The need of national support, (O3) The importance of autonomy, (O4) Specialization, and (O5) Networks. Finally, threat factors consisted of: (T1) Frequent change of educational policy, (T2) Increasing of private education, (T3) Lack of information and preparation time, and (T4) The accuracy and reliability of personal school records. Based on these results, we suggested practical strategies with these four dimensions: S-O, W-O, S-T, and W-T.

        수해양 교육을 위한 웹페이지 프로토타입 설계 연구

        The purpose of this study is to design of prototype for developing webpage of fisheries and marine education especially in the field of Busan area. For this, we extract the guideline for development from literature review, need and task analysis, and advices of subject domain experts. Followings were the results of the research: (a) We make the prototype for main menu and screen based on institute, time, subject, and location. (b) We make the prototype for program approach guide, which is consisted of location based menu constructing prototype guide, activation prototype guide, and selection prototype guide. (c) We make the prototype for functional guide, which is consisted of information section, participation section and other sections.

        팀 기반 토의 수업에서 의사소통능력, 사회연결망 중심도, 토론성과 및 온라인 게시활동의 관계 연구

        The purpose of this study is to find the relationships among communication competency, social network centrality(trust centrality and knowledge sharing centrality), discussion performance, and online boarding activity in the team based learning situation. For investigating this topic, 44 students are participated in the classes of educational technology. In order to find out the relationships among communication competency, social network centrality, discussion performance, and online boarding activity, compared t-test and path analysis are used. Followings are the results of the research: (a) Communication competency is improved significantly after team based learning. (b) Trust centrality effects significantly on the knowledge sharing centrality. (c) Knowledge sharing effects significantly on discussion performance. (d) Trust centrality effects on the online boarding activity in the team based learning.

        수해양 계열 고등학생들의 학교생활 스트레스에 대한 잠재계층 분석 연구

        The purpose of this study is to find the latent classes in the stress degree of fisheries marine high school students. Subjects are 235 fisheries and maritime high school students. We analyzed data applying latent class analysis to find out latent groups. The major findings are as the follows. First, we find four latent classes, and we named them as like these: High Stress Risk Group, External-Economy High Stress Risk Group, High Friend Stress Risk Group, and Normal Stress Risk Group. There is no significant difference in grade, but there is a significant difference in gender at the External-Economy High Stress Risk Group when reference is Normal Stress Risk Group. These findings will be helpful to develop stress relief program for fisheries marine high school students.

        현장 우수 수업 사례에 대한 Flanders 언어상호작용 분석 연구

        The purpose of this study was to improve teachers' instruction and to identify the characteristics of interaction between teachers and children. Field excellent class instructions, which were known as the best lectures from the competition of an instruction contest in Busan, were video recorded and openly released on the internet. A teacher who won a prize for his excellent teaching at the contest demonstrated a Korean subject class on sixth grade elementary school curriculum. His instruction was analyzed by two coders based on the frame of Flanders' language interaction system. Inter-coder reliability was .967 from Scott's coefficient. From the results of the Flanders index, the major and minor instruction sequences were 4-8-2-5 and 6-0-5-4, and the teacher tended to interact with students by accepting feeling and ideas. These results could provide effective cues and information on how to to improve instruction.
