Fiber Reinforced Composite materials has been considered as forming materials that has highly specific strength, stiffness and fatigue strength, it is widely used in the industry of automobile, vessel and aerospace. Fabric composite is especially more useful than one-direction composite in hot forming or RTM(Resin Transfer Moulding) for making complex shape. In this study, hot forming characteristics of fabric composite materials as prepreg has been evaluated by using design variables such as laminating number, direction of arrangement and curing time.

A pipe fitting device used in hydraulic oil industry, shipbuilding, petrochemical, power plants, industrial plants and semiconductor industry is a mechanism that controls the flow of fluid. A pipe fitting device is separated by forging and welding, and general fitting. Device material, size, environment and stop leak is dependent on type of fitting method. In this paper, was designed to pipe fitting device using plastic deformation between pipe fitting link and pipe by applying external pressure on links. Design of Pipe fitting device using finite element analysis and Taguchi method. Design parameters were optimized in range.
