특수교사의 장점에 대한 인식 연구 : 충북과 서울지역을 중심으로

이 연구는 개인과 개인을 둘러싼 환경에서 찾은 장점 요소들을 특수교육 현장에서의 특수교사들도 장점으로 생각하는지 알아보는 것이 목적이었다. 이러한 목적을 위해 충북과 서울지역의 특수학교에서 현재 정규직과 기간제로 근무 중인 특수교사를 대상으로, 230부의 설문지를 배부하여 회수된 209부 중 성실하게 응답한 204부를 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특수교사는 교사 개인의 특성에 대해서 고마움을 느낄 수 있는 마음, 집중력, 긍정적인 가치관, 긍정적인 언어사용, 정신건강 관리, 회복탄력성, 자기통제력, 웃음의 빈도, 자기효능감, 적극성, 깔끔한 이미지, 상황파악력, 취미생활 여부, 상황에 맞는 패션 감각, 건강에 대한 관심의 순서로 15가지를 장점요소로 인식하고 있다. 둘째, 교사의 직무환경 구성요소 중 자녀에 대해 격려하는 학부모, 의논할 수 있는 동료관계, 자녀의 장애에 대해 이해하는 학부모, 예절바른 태도의 학생, 자녀에게 체험의 기회를 제공하는 학부모, 자녀의 발달을 기다릴 줄 아는 학부모, 친구와 협동하는 학생, 의사소통이 되는 관리자, 자신이 잘 하는 것을 아는 학생, 함께 고민할 수 있는 전문가, 장애영역에 맞는 보조공학, 호기심이 있는 학생, 친구에 대해 칭찬하는 학생, 행정적 지원이 원활한 근무환경, 자녀에 대해 긍정적인 기대를 하는 학부모, 교과목에 맞는 시설을 보유한 수업환경, 수업자료의 보충속도가 원활한 수업환경, 편리한 출·퇴근이 가능한 근무환경, 직장에 대한 만족감, 수업을 위한 다양한 연수가 실시되는 수업환경, 수업자료가 풍부한 환경의 순서로 장점요소로 인식하고 있다. 셋째, 교사의 가정환경 구성요소에 대해서 배우자에 대한 신뢰, 배우자와의 의사소통, 부모님의 건강, 자녀와의 유대감, 자녀가 사랑받고 있음을 느끼게 하는 배우자, 부모님의 나에 대한 이해와 격려, 인생선배로서의 부모님의 조언, 신체적 여가생활이 유용한 생활편의 시설, 활동적인 여가생활을 즐기시는 부모님, 쾌적한 생태환경을 갖춘 생활편의 시설, 육아휴직의 가능여부, 문화시설에의 높은 접근성, 육아시간에 대한 기대감, 깔끔한 집 주변 환경, 부모의 사회생활에 대한 자녀의 인정, 직장 근무 시육아 조력자 여부, 식구들과의 가사분담, 경제적으로 여유로운 부모님, 부담감이 덜 한 집안행사 준비, 가사 조력자의 여부 순서로 19개의 항목을 장점요소로 인식하였다. The study was for investigation whether virtue factor found in surrounding of special educational teacher as an individual can be considered virtue in special education setting. The total number of 204 copies of survey were collected from total 5 schools special educational teachers which are 4 special education school in Chungbuk province and 1 special education school in Seoul. The collected data was done statistical analysis with mean and standard deviation, and the study result of 4.00 out of 5 points were only used. The conclusion is as follows. First, individual virtue factors are: thankfulness, concentration, positive mind, positive language use, mental health, resilience of mind, self-control, frequency of smile, self-efficacy, trim image, situational understanding, hobbies, fashion sense, interest in health. Second, virtue factors in workplace are: supportive parents, colleague relationship, considerate parents, mannered student, parents who gives chances of experience, patient parents, cooperative students, communicative supervisor, students who know what they can do well, professionals who can empathize, appropriate assistive technology, students with curiosity, complimenting students, workplace with supportive administration, parents with positive expectation, class setting with subject appropriate facilities, class setting with well-managed materials, workplace with convenient commuting, class setting with full of teaching materials. Third, virtue factor about home are: trust in partner, communication with partner, health of parents, fellowships with children, partner who make their children be loved, understanding and support from parents, advice from parents as big friends, facilities for physical recreation, parents with active leisure time, facilities with ecological setting, condition of maternity leaves, high accessability to culture facility, expectation for nurturing, clean surrounding living area, accreditation from parents for working children, condition of the helper for kids in working, share of house chore of family members, wealth of parents, easy preparation of house event, condition of using house helper. Also previous researches supposed that the factors are not only the relationship between people but also self and everything which includes self such as intra-personal virtue, preference, application of surrounded human and physical resources, the person who they meet for the fist time, etc. In this supposition, virtue-focused intervention research was done and revealed its effectiveness. Therefore, factors which was excluded because of the mean lower than 4.00 such as attractive appearance, acceptance from colleagues, lounge for teachers for relaxation and restoration, saving from income, continuous workout for health and active life, sharing feeling by physical contact like kissing and hugging, easy place for eating out for weekend and special event, helping others within one s budget regardless the amount of income, knowing what one likes to eat for happiness, getting help from others for cooking when one is not good at cooking, appropriate supervision for school work and teaching, organizing and cleaning using various home appliances like laundry machine, dryer, robot vacuum, accepting and forgiving other s wrong doings, active use of employees PE time for informal gathering, having good looking partner for merit, satisfying with one s income, having saving insurance for retirement, subscribing economical news paper for economical improvement.

In this project, we develop a multimedia DB and user interface for individuals with disabilities. This system was developed to equalize and expend the benefit of social welfare service opportunities through the nations and accelerate the quality improvement of social welfare via information superhighway networks. We design and implement individuals with disabilities, such as individuals with visual impairments and physical disabilities and health impairments, can use this DB system. The following DB were constructed to accomplish the goal mentioned above; a. A DB system which contains rehabilitation technology devices, laws and policies, and professional organizations for people with disabilities. b. User interface in this DB system enable to search the DB individuals with disabilities independently.
