        This study is aimed at researching a desirable device for a variety of theme of conflict, a case of conflict induction, conflict process, and conflict resolution through examining on the development, administrative conflict, and conflict cases, coming into effect in local self- government in the face of the age of localization. Conflict cases have extended over three years in collecting them. And nearly 132 data of conflict can be seen to have been called through central mews papers. local news papers, and internet. Some findings of study are as follows: 1) In thematic analysis of conflict, the conflict between a metropolitan community and a basic self-government can be seen to be much more than any other community. 2) In analysis of conflict induction case, legal offensive and defensive battles between metropolitan community and a basic self-government, some problems of approving process connected with development can be also seen to be much more than any other community. 3) Some finding s of conflict process can be seen to show that many a good conflict cases are related to facing the severe antagonism and rivalry. The strategy for prevention of conflict and its effective resolution hereafter can be suggested as follows: Firstly, it is imperative to precede mutual modulation in advance for positive communication with each other and holding a public forum for collecting extensive opinions from a local resident. Secondly, it is also imperative to precede evaluation of environmental effect prior to development and Bio-Top analysis in proportion to it. Thirdly, it is necessary to have an advanced consciousness contrary to local egoism and individual rights and privileges.

        한국 주요생태관광의 현황과 활성화 방안

        This study aims at classifying ecological attractions of Korea into theme-orders, making a diagnosis of problems of each ecological attraction, and presenting a desirable managerial device for preservation and protection of ecological attractions. As a result of this study, the devices for appropriate management and preservation of ecological attractions are as follows; First, the national level is to support for the full of the research activities of ecological scholars and natural researches to sustain in various fields. Second, the written explanation of contents concerning various ecological resources on the notice board by the gateway would enlighten the tourists` deep interest and anxiety on the preservation of cultural properties. Third, it would be expanded by showing true perception of ecological environment and the historical meaning in DMZ, pan-governmental level of investment. Accordingly, the economy in relevant areas would be expected to be revitalized and the income earnings of the residents in the area would be expected to grow larger through the revitalization of ecological tourism. Fourthly, the steady demands for ecological resorts have been risen lately in proportion, the tourists can be seen to have increased in number. Accordingly, various colorful events and too many attrachions for the tourists at the ecological resorts can be seen to bring about the destruction of the ecosystem, so that it may be necessary to furnish the guide books on ecological resorts for the tourists and further public relations(P.R.) Lastly, in order to draw up the compromising blueprints to guarantee the living right of the regional residents, there would be need for the governmental level of support.

        인천광역시 도서의 선택속성이 만족도, 재방문 및 추천의도에 미치는 영향 -신도,시도,모도를 중심으로-

        In this study, we tried to figure out the influence of Sindo, Sido, Modo tourist site selection on satisfaction, intention of recommendation and revisitation by setting up the study model. Based on the authority of many advanced research, we created selected attribute questions and classified them into 4 factors. Factor1 Leisure/Rest/Experience, Factor2 Attraction of Drama Location, Factor3 Information Service/Kindness/Accommodations and Factor4 Transportation Facilities/Information/Port Cost Passenger Terminal. The result from analyzing each category came out as Cronbach``s α value between 0.841~0.908 in the research of internal consistency. Also, the verification of the study model showed that every factor except factor4 of Transportation Facilities/Information/Port Cost Passenger Terminal had a positive relationship with satisfaction, and the results from multiple and simple regression also displayed a positive relationship between satisfaction and revisiting and intention of recommendation. Moreover, according to the multiple regression analysis, higher satisfaction showed a higher chance of revisitation and recommendation.

        해양레저 스포츠 활동이 체험요인과 만족도 그리고 재방문에 미치는 영향 - 제주도를 중심으로 -

        This study classified activity factors of participants of marine leisure and sports in Jeju Island, and then built a research model on the effect those factors have on satisfaction and revisit intention. It also studied the effect constraints have on satisfaction, and established and tested 6 hypotheses. Through precedent studies, 5 factors, i.e., F1: sport activity and rest, F2: educational experience, F3: social experience, F4: joyful experience and F5: constraint, were extracted and named. According to factor analysis result items, Cronbach`s α ranged from 0.721 to 0.964, and thus it was judged that all variables used in this study were scales having internal consistency in general. In addition, the results of this study showed that areas where marine leisure and sport activity has an experiential and positive effect was valued highly by researchers who made precedent studies. Also the positive effect tends to increase one`s satisfaction and revisit. On the other hand, this study shows that constraints on marine leisure and sport activity decrease satisfaction. Thus, overcoming constraints is an important issue for participants in marine leisure and sports. Finally, with regard to marine leisure and sport preference according to gender, it was shown that men mostly prefer swimming, followed by windsurfing and skin and scuba diving, which is rather contrasted with women`s preference. Also depending on age, it was shown that people in their forties preferred swimming the most, followed by windsurfing and skin and scuba diving, which was quite different from other age groups. In terms of occupation, it was shown that swimming was most preferred, followed by skin and scuba diving and windsurfing in professionals which goes the same in sale position.

        섬 관광지 선택속성이 만족도와 재방문에 미치는 영향 -강화도를 중심으로-

        Ganghwado is a famous place for nature, history, culture, security, ocean, and ecology. However, although the island is abundant with natural resources, it`s attractiveness is unknown to most tourists. Because of this, we have made a model to study whether the island`s selection attribute effects the tourist`s satisfaction and revisiting of Ganghwado. We classified nature/culture/ecology as resources, shelter/food/celebration/security and traffic/sanitary facilities along with information helper as convenience. In addition residents/usher was labeled as kind type, while ocean view/ocean active figure was classified as the active one. Based on the analysis of each category, the Cronbach`s α value showed a rate of 0.618~0.794 in internal consistency. The deducted 6 figures and the overall satisfaction of the multi analysis result of the 3figures(nature/culture/ecology, shelter/food/celebration/security and traffic/sanitary facility) showed a (+) effect. However, the 3 figures(traffic/sanitary facility, residents/usher, and view/ocean) did not give satisfying (+) effect. This research showed the rare result that high satisfaction leads to revisiting. A marketing strategy to increase the demand of Ganghwado tourists must focus on the following results. First, continuous natural resource management and development is required. Second, Ganghwado`s traffic system and public health expansion along with solid organization need to be endeavored. Last of all, Ganghwado`s sight seeing strategy should be concentrated on the large mudflat brought by the big variance in sea water level.

        석모도 선택속성이 만족도와 재방문에 미치는 영향

        According to the five-day workweek and change of sightseeing behavior, as the demand of sightseeing in island increases, the vacation spots in the island and cruise tourism as well as marine sports also tend to increase. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to classify selected attributes of tourists visiting Seokmo Island by factors, to verify how these factors influence satisfaction, and discover how satisfaction to visit island influences the return of visits. As a result, factors related to selected attributes of Seokmo Island such as F1: resources (nature/history/cultural resources), F2: economic feasibility(lodge/food/shopping expenses/incidental expenses), F3: accessibility(traffic convenience & passenger facilities), F4: kindness(local residents/service), and F5: activity(marine activities/mountain activities) were drawn. The factorial analysis showed the following result. Cronbach’s α value of items is located between 0.697 and 0.856, so it is judged that all variables used in this study is generally an internally consistent criterion. Hypothesis Ⅰ. Verification, F1: resources(nature/history/cultural resources) and F5: activity(marine activities/mountain activities) had a positive impact on general satisfaction, but F2: economic feasibility(lodge/food/shopping expenses/incidental expenses), F3: accessibility (traffic convenience and passenger facilities), and F4: kindness(local residents/service) were dismissed. Hypothesis Ⅱ. Higher satisfaction resulted in higher intention of returned visits. A useful research project could be a future study that conducts an actual analysis of how selected attributes of the island can have an impact on satisfaction and how satisfaction can have an impact on the number of returned visits and recommended intention in the peak summer and winter season. This would provide a meaningful comparison with the existing study.

        봄철관광지 선택속성이 만족도와 추천의도 및 재방문에 미치는 영향

        This study carried out an empirical analysis on spring season tourists who had experience in visiting 11 tourist sites during the spring season. Through previous studies, factors related to selection attribute were derived and their relationship with selection attribute were verified. Also, the correlation between factors related to selection attribute and overall satisfaction (revisiting and intention of recommendation) was verified along with a hypothesis for the verified study model. The selection attributes of tourist site were classified into 4 different kinds of factors. The 4 classified factors were, rest and leisure, culture experience, scenery and service, and the surrounding tourist sites The verification of the study model resulted in showing that every factor except surrounding tourist sites has a positive relationship with satisfaction. Also, the multiple and simple regression displayed a positive relationship between satisfaction and revisiting and intention of recommendation. Lastly, from the frequency analysis on preference of spring season tourist site, Yunjongro in Seoul, Gyeongpodae in Gangreung and Gunhangje in Gunsan appeared to be the most preferred sites. Also, in the preferred tourist site survey based on actual experience, Yunjongro in Seoul, Gyeongpodae in Gangreung and Hadonghwagae-Ssanggyesa legion ranked as the best tourist sites for spring season. The source of information when choosing tourist sites for spring appeared to be in the following order; peer, friend, TV, Radio and Internet. It is likely to assume that the satisfied group gave a positive influence to other groups. Lastly, this study suggests that according to the market view, the development of various traveling courses are closely related to the local festival and adventurous mountain hiking route for young travelers.
