인간-로봇 충돌 안전성 평가를 위한 돼지 피부 충돌 실험 결과의 의학적 분석

Over the past few years, the robot industry has evolved rapidly and collaboration between the industrial robot and human has increased. From this point of view, many studies about robot safety index have been conducted recently. And most of those studies, only single factor among many important ones was dealt with per paper as an index of safety. But single quantity cannot capture the complex behavior of human body parts. In this paper, macroscopic and microscopic observation and injury classification with medical-oriented analysis are considered as safety criteria. Microscopic observation is conducted by microscope with hematoxylin and eosin stained tissue specimen and those results are analyzed with newly developed injury classification. Indexing is derived from the data of pig skin impact experiment where we focused on the effect of the impact (or collision) velocity, the impactor (a model of the robot which would collide with the human) mass and the impactor fillet radius. Consequently, the limitations of velocity depending on the impact conditions are presented.

The mechanical properties of the skin are important to ensure human safety in human-robot collaborative environment. Therefore, in this study, a tensile test was performed at a strain rate of 0.001/s to measure the quasi-static properties of the pig skin. Tensile stress relaxation experiment was also performed to measure dynamic (viscoelastic) properties of pig skin. When both of the determined material properties were used together for finite element analysis to predict the Force-time curve obtained in drop impact test, reasonable consistency was observed, which indicates the validity of the determined mechanical properties of the pig skin.

The matter of life is the most important matter of mankind. But the present situation do not think so. Therefore, this paper is concerned with the mening of the theory of life, especially the theory of life in Buddhism and Christianity. For Buddhist, the first precept does not only meant to stop killing with weapons. It also means not to live luxuriously or consume wastefully while others are dying of starvation. Buddhist have traditionally expressed their respect for sentient life by opposing the slaughter of animals. Namely, Buddhism is the religion of wisdom and benevolence. Buddhism call nature the living things. Buddhism consider the nature and man as a view of dependent origination. This view of dependent origination expect the harmonious chorus of life in which all creatures lilve and let live in harmony. For Christian, all living things are rooted in the creation of God. And yet Human being only is created by the shape of God. Hence, the life of man is dignified more than anything else. And freedom is the basic condition of life in Christianity, yet it is not the production of man's efforts. It is that od give to man without any qualification. In this sense, Christian should practice freedom and peace, especially the peace of man and natural environment. It is a mission that God give to man. In this point of view, the matter of life is the ultimate value of manking and the main purpose of both Buddhism and Christianity. Therefore, we should love all living things, including the man and natural environment.
