이 연구의 목적은 새마을운동의 활성화 전략을 모색하는 것이다. 분석변수로는 정신, 목표, 조직, 재정, 사업 등 5 가지로 설정하고, 조사방법으로는 새마을운동 관련 각계 전문가를 대상으로 하는 DHP(Delphic Hierarchy Process)를 활용하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 새마을운동의 활성화를 위해서는 「재정확보」의 중요성이 가장 큰 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 세부 항목에 있어서는 「협동, 화합, 참여」의 정신, 「더불어 잘 살기」의 목표, 「새마을조직」의 강화, 「수익사업」의 발굴, 「농촌새마을사업」의 강조 등이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 세부 항목별 중요도에서는 「새마을조직」의 강화가 가장 중요한 것으로 조사되었다. 그러므로 향후 새마을운동은 「새마을조직」의 역량 강화를 통해서 충분한 재정확보와 청년층의 참여구조 마련이 우선적으로 실천되어야 할 것이다. 이를 통하여 대내외적으로 많은 관심을 받고 있는 새마을운동의 세계화와 지역공동체 발전에 매진할 필요성이 있다. This study puts a goal which is the examination of the strategy of revitalizing Saemaulundong which is newly illuminated at the inside and outside of the country recently. For this, this study sets a analytical standard with spirit, aim, organization and finance, enterprise, and try to perform DHP(Delphic Hierarchy Process) analysis. and the respondents of this survey are specialists from various circles related to Saemaulundong. The result of analysis is summarized as follows; First, the result of analysis indicated that financial security is most important in order to revitalize Saemaulundong. Second, in detail, the analysis says that the mind of `Cooperation, Harmony, Participation` and the goal of `Live well Together` and Strengthening `Saemaeul organizations` and `Excavation of lucrative business` and `Emphasis on Saemaeul enterprise in farm village` are requested. Third, the analysis shows that Strengthening `Saemaeul organizations` is the most important item among them. Therefore, the expansion of the base and the preparation of participation system in Saemaulundong must be preferentially accomplished by reinforcing a capability of Saemaul organization hereafter. For the reason of this, it is needed to exam the current effectiveness of Saemaulundong that attracts the notice of the inside and outside of the country , and to use it actively.
PP섬유 및 강섬유를 혼입한 내화패널을 부착한 고강도 철근콘크리트 부재의 내화성능 평가 및 개선

In this study, the fire resistant panels using blast furnace slag and fiber(pp, steel, hybrid) was constructed and tested to prevent the spalling of high strength concrete. Structural performance of reinforced concrete beams with fire resistant panel was evaluated such as load-displacement, failure mode, maximum load carrying capacity, and ductility, after exposure to fire test. In Specimen BSS-F, maximum load carrying capacity was decreased by 21% in comparison with specimen BSS. It was also happened shear failure at the final tests. Test results showed that Specimen BSBPP-F series, BSBS-F series, and BSBPS-F series was increased the maximum load carrying capacity by 10~28% and the ductility capacity by 59~363% respectively in comparison with the Specimen BSS-F. Specimen with the fire resistant panel showed stable behavior and it was found that maximum load carrying capacity was increased.

In this study, to prevent the spalling of high strength concrete, the fire resistance panels was constructed using blast furnace slag and fiber. And the structural performance of reinforced concrete members was conducted after a fire test on the fire resistance panels. Ten reinforced concrete members using high strength concrete were constructed and tested under monotonic loading. Experimental programs were carried out to improve and evaluate the structural performance of the test specimens: the load-displacement, the failure mode, and the maximum strength were assessed. As a result of the test, The specimen BSS-F that did not use the fire resistance panel had decreased load-carrying capacity. And the specimen showed the shear failure. However, the specimen with the fire resistance panel showed stable behavior and it has decrease the loss of load-carrying capacity of reinforced concrete members.

In this study, it was investigated the state of domestic and foreign demolition engineers for the development of the domestic demolition industry. And it was analyzed the market size and company state in the domestic and foreign demolition industry. We suggested six proposals, such as trainning of demolition engineer, D/B establishment of expert, opening of teaching program, arrangement of teaching system, accomplishment of institution, to devolop the domolition industry.
