Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI): Pathogenesis and Treatments
하일호 대한정신약물학회 2009 CLINICAL PSYCHOPHARMACOLOGY AND NEUROSCIENCE Vol.7 No.1
Mild cognitive impairment (MCI), poorly defined for many years, has recently been described as a transition state from healthy cognitive ageing into dementia. This intrinsic heterogeneity renders exact assessments of prevalence, prognosis, and treatment problematic. Understanding the etiology of MCI might provide useful knowledge for the prevention of Alzheimer’s disease (AD) because patients with MCI are closer to AD than are those without MCI. Clinical trials with existing compounds have failed to find any positive effects on MCI treatment. To overcome current failures in MCI therapeutics, future research should focus on better understanding the etiology of this condition and developing new compounds based on such knowledge.
Ad-hoc 네트워크를 이용한 컨테이너터미널 교차로에서의 충돌방지 시스템 설계
하일호 ( Il-ho Ha ),도대만 ( Dae-man Do ),현맹환 ( Maeng-hwan Hyun ),최영복 ( Young-bok Choi ) 한국정보처리학회 2011 한국정보처리학회 학술대회논문집 Vol.18 No.2
컨테이너터미널 장치장 내 교차로에서 무인 YT(Yard Tractor)간 충돌방지를 위하여 RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) 태그와 ad-hoc 네트워크를 이용한 교차로 충돌방지 알고리즘을 제안한다.
Regeneration
이계호,하일호 한국농화학회 1985 Applied Biological Chemistry (Appl Biol Chem) Vol.28 No.1
To investigate the fusion of bacterial protoplasts, two auxotrophic mutants of Bacillus subtilis were isolated after treatment with nitrosoguanidine. Two auxotrophs were uracil-auxotroph and tryptophan-auxotroph. Back mutation frequencies of ura- and trp- -auxotrophs were 2.4×10^(-8) and less than 1.0×10^(-8) respectively. The optimal pH and temperatnre of protoplast formation with lysozyme were 6.5 and 30℃. The optimal lysozyme concentration was 200㎍/㎖. The regeneration frequency of protoplast was 3.3%.
