Recently, tendency to apply robot in many quarters was rising. Because social environment was done multipolar today. Also. nuclear reactor and deep sea work, disaster structure of earthquake, reconnaissance in war circumstance in environment that a person can not bring near so that can utilize self-regulation covering, real time communication that is environment etc.. is used actually performance. In this study, Wheel's structural design and structural analysis that apply finite element method that is installation to robot. Wheel must have strength of the structure that can endure impact. Design used CATIA V5 and structural analysis used ABAQUS that is finite element analysis program. Such wheel is not much data about design and structural analysis. So it is thought that is used beneficently to store of basic data and a bibliography

Wire rope made of twisted wire is a mechanical elements. And Composed of single or multi-layer strands. It has high Axle strength to weight but small resistance for bending. Wire ropes are widely used in offshore, suspension bridge and elevator, etc. It is difficult to find out the characteristics of a strand or wire rope because of complicated geometry and contact condition. therefore, analytical method than the simple way is needed. In this study, Equivalent model has the same radius of the wire rope. and it has a modulus of orthogonal anisotropy. Tensile & 3 point bending analysis done to compare the results. Strong point that is widely used with wire rope in offshore. and applies equivalent model to strong point and verify the verified.

In this study, in case of load is imposed to universal fairleader that do mooring line of vessel or marine structure or guide role of mooring rope, after examine structural safety, we apply topology optimize method and find concept shape that have optimum topology for structure light weight as has enough hardness, we have compared proposed model and initial model by using CATIA, HyperMesh and ABAQUS as modeling and analysis tool

This paper is focusing on the difference from experiment result and method through dynamic loaded from impact analysis about inertia measure unit of high speed projectile. At Inertia measure unit dynamic load is applied when the high speed projectile is operated by impact to inside. it is necessary to design inertia measure unit enduring from external effect with operating environment. Investigation of material deformation with high strain speed is performed for military purpose, and still concerned to many scientist. From this study, this paper will prove of impact analysis result through comparing with experiment result and method when applied dynamic load.
