만성조현병 환자가 지각한 가족의미에 대한 현상학적 연구 : 부산지역 정신의료기관 입원환자를 중심으로

This study aimed to understand the meaning of the family as a subjective voice of the patients with chronic schizophrenia through the phenomenological method. In this study, 13 patients (7 males and 6 females), who were hospitalized in a mental institution in busan, were selected as participants in terms of a purposive sampling. The analysis method of Colaizzi was used for the study. The research process was conducted 1-2 times by indepth interviews and focus group interviews from August to October, 2017. Through the analysis of the research data, the main meanings of family perceived by the partcipants were integrated into 10 major semantic units, and fimallu categorized into 4 components. The 4 components were identified as an 'emotional supporter', a 'disconnected being', a 'beloved being', and an 'economic supporter'. Based on the results of this study, this study discussed the social support for family members of parients with chronic schizophrenia and rehabilitation of the patients themselves. 이 연구는 만성조현병 환자 당사자의 주체적인 목소리로 가족에 대한 의미와 본질을 이해하고 그 경험적 구조를 탐색하고자 하는 것이 목적이다. 연구참여자는 부산 지역 정신의료기관에서 입원 중인 만성조현병 환자 13명(남 7명 여 6명)을 의도적 표집으로 선정하였으며, 2017년 8월부터 10월까지 심층면담과 포커스면담을 병행하여 자료를 수집하여다. 결과분석은 Colaizzi 분석방법으로 이루어졌으며, 만성조현병 환자가 지각한 가족의 의미에 대한 주요 의미단위는 10개로 통합되었고, 최종적으로 '정서적 지지자', '단절된 존재', '경제적 지지자' 등 4개의 구성요소로 분석되었다. 이 연구를 통해 만성조현병 환자의 사회복귀와 그 가족에 대한 지원 대책을 논의하였다.
Analysis of Orbital Lifetime Prediction Parameters in Preparation for Post-Mission Disposal

Atmospheric drag force is an important source of perturbation of Low Earth Orbit (LEO) orbit satellites, and solar activity is a major factor for changes in atmospheric density. In particular, the orbital lifetime of a satellite varies with changes in solar activity, so care must be taken in predicting the remaining orbital lifetime during preparation for post-mission disposal. In this paper, the System Tool Kit (STK®) Long-term Orbit Propagator is used to analyze the changes in orbital lifetime predictions with respect to solar activity. In addition, the STK® Lifetime tool is used to analyze the change in orbital lifetime with respect to solar flux data generation, which is needed for the orbital lifetime calculation, and its control on the drag coefficient control. Analysis showed that the application of the most recent solar flux file within the Lifetime tool gives a predicted trend that is closest to the actual orbit. We also examine the effect of the drag coefficient, by performing a comparative analysis between varying and constant coefficients in terms of solar activity intensities.
캠벨얼리(Vitis labruscana B.) 잎 에탄올 추출물이 신경세포에서 아밀로이드 전구 단백질의 발현과 아세틸콜린에스테라제 활성에 미치는 영향

Alzheimer's disease (AD) is the most common form of dementia, and the accumulation of β-amyloid (Aβ) in the brain triggers AD, followed by hyperphosphorylation of tau protein, neurofibrillary tangles, and synapses loss, neuronal cell death, and cognitive decline occur in a chain. In APPswe neuronal cell line, 50 ㎍/ml of Campbell early (Vitis labruscana B.) leaves 50% ethanol extract (VLL) treatment inhibited the secretion of Aβ1-42 by about 63% and the secretion of Aβ1-40 by about 50%. VLL did not target the enzymatic activity of the amyloidogenic pathway and decreased the protein expression of APP. As a result of RT-qPCR (Reverse transcription-quantitative real-time PCR) of the APPswe cell line treated with VLL, it is thought that the protein expression of APP was reduced by inhibiting the transcription process of the APP gene. In addition, VLL inhibited acetylcholinesterase (AChE) enzyme activity in vitro by 27.6% and 54.7%, respectively, at 50 and 100 ㎍/ml concentrations. We found that VLL inhibited the production of Aβ, a dementia-inducing substance, by suppressing the transcription of the APP gene, and that VLL inhibited AChE activity. We suggest that VLL has the potential as a natural drug material that modulates the alleviation of dementia symptoms.
