본 연구는 사용자 경험에 대한 여러 분야의 선행연구를 바탕으로 사용자 인지적 관점에서의 사용자 경험에 대한 개념을 제시하고, 이를 위한 측정항목을 개발하였다. 사용자 경험은 감각경험, 감성경험, 행동경험, 지적경험의 네 가지 하위 경험차원들로 구성되는 2 차원 반영적 지표로서 제안하고, 이를 사용성과 비교하였다. 본 연구에서의 사용성은 지각된 유용성, 지각된 사용용이성, 사용자 만족으로 구성되는 광의의 사용성을 의미한다. 244 명의 모바일 애플리케이션 사용자를 대상으로 데이터를 수집한 결과 사용자경험과 사용성의 구성요인들은 모두 우수한 내적일관성, 수렴타당성, 판별타당성을 확보하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이를 토대로 진행한 회귀분석결과, 인지적 관점에서의 사용자 경험은 유의미한 사용성의 선행요인으로 나타났다. This study explicates the concept of user experience from a cognitive perspective on the basis of the extant literature in multiple fields, and develops its measurement items for the measurement of perceived user experience. User experience is modeled as a second order reflective construct with four sub dimensions: sensory, affective, behavioral, and intellectual, and it is compared with the construct of perceived usability, which is composed of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and user satisfaction. The data were collected from 244 mobile application users. The data analysis reveals that all the component constructs of user experience and usability have desirable psychometric properties in terms of internal consistency, convergent validity, and discriminant validity. Moreover, the regression analysis shows that user experience is a significant antecedent of usability.
