The necessity of securing seismic performance of non-structural structures and of seismic design for electrical equipment installed in buildings is emphasized. The electrical cabinet refers to a power system that receives power from the power plant and distributes the amount of power required by the receiver at each place of use. The pendulum-type seismic isolator allows the upper load to be supported on the pendulum-type table fixed to the frame with very high rigidity. This can obtain the seismic isolation effect that fundamentally blocks the horizontal displacement caused by the earthquake from being transmitted to the superstructure. In this paper, the concept and basic configuration of a pendulum type seismic isolator will be reviewed.

연결제진기법은 두 개의 구조물을 제진장치로 연결하여 기존 구조물의 내진성능을 향상시키는 방법이다. 본 논문에서는 두 개의 구조물이 마찰댐퍼로 연결된 연결제진구조물에 대한 지진응답해석을 실시하였다. 마찰댐퍼의 복원력특성은 완전탄소성으로 설정하여 연결제진구조물의 제진효과를 파악하였다. 그리고 두 구조물의 고유주기 및 연결강성의 변화에 따른 시간이력지진응답해석을 실하였다. 또한, 응답해석결과를 바탕으로 마찰댐퍼의 특성지표(연결강성배율 α, 항복내력비 β)를 결정할 수 있는 제진성능곡선을 제안하였다. 이를 통해 연결제진시의 최적마찰댐퍼량을 결정할 수 있는 근거를 제시하였다. Interaction vibration control system is designed to improve the seismic performance of structures by connecting two structures. In this paper, an earthquake response analysis was conducted on the interaction vibration control system in which two structures are connected with a friction damper. In order to identify the effectiveness of the interaction vibration control system with friction damper at the occurrence of an earthquake, the force restoring characteristics of a friction damper was set in the elasto-plastic model. Based on the response analysis results, the study proposed a vibration control curve which determines the characteristic index of a friction damper such as the interaction stiffness rate (α) and the yield strength rate (β). Based on the characteristic index of a friction damper through the vibration control curve, the study proposed the data that can determine the optimal value of a friction damper that enables its efficiency in the interaction vibration control system.

가상화는 현재 우리가 대응하고 있는 많은 IT 장비 (HW, SW 등)의 변화뿐만 아니라 그간 인식하고 있었던 개념의 변화, 또한 IT 교육의 변화까지 유발할 수 있는 변수이자 대세로 판단된다. 이에 본 고에서는 가상화의 기본적인 개념과 현재 이슈가 되고 있는 기술 추이를 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 통해 가상화 이슈에 따른 변화를 인식하고 이에 대응할 수 있는 기술 및 교육/훈련 체계 등의 변화 펼요성에 대해 인지할 수 있도록 한다. Virmalization can be considered as a general trend that bring about changes in not only IT concept, equipment, but also IT education. In this paper we review the fundamentals and technical progress currently issued. This aims to recognize a series of changes followed by virmalization, and to offer a perception of countermeasures around technology and education/training system against these changes.

Recently, there has been an increase in interest in structure maintenance, and the number of facilities requiring structural safety reviews due to natural disasters and aging structures is rapidly increasing. Therefore, research into testing the mechanical properties of structures is essential. A tensile test and a fatigue test are two existing material property evaluation methods. However, because they necessitate the process of collecting and processing specimens from the inspection object, these destructive methods are inefficient in terms of time and cost. To compensate for these shortcomings, the current state and future prospect of non-destructive technology will be described using digital image correlation (DIC) and TRITOP as a non-contact, non-destructive (NDT) inspection method.
