하이브리드/이중 선회제트 연소기에서 공기 예열온도에 의한 배출 특성 연구

The laboratory experiments have been conducted to investigate the effects of air preheated temperature on the emission characteristics by a model gas turbine burner with a hybrid/dual swirl jet flames configuration. The concentration of NOx and CO emissions, and flue gas temperature at combustor exit were measured with varying the equivalence ratio for different air preheated temperatures of 300, 400, 500K at atmospheric pressure. It was overall shown that the NOx and CO emissions, and flue gas temperature were decreased according to the decreasing of equivalence ratio due to the effects of lean premixed combustion regardless of the air preheated temperature. Experimental results of a lean premixed flames configuration indicated that the NOx emission was increased with higher inlet air temperature and air flow rate, which is attributed to the increasing of flue gas temperature and heat release related to the thermal NOx mechanism. But the CO emission was shown the opposite tendency, that is, the CO emissionwas decreased with increasing of inlet air temperature and flow rate.
PLIF 및 자발광 계측을 이용한 이중선회 가스터빈 연소기에서 연소불안정 모드 연구

This paper described an experimental investigations of combustion instability mode in a lean premixed dual swirl combustor for micro-gasturbine system. When such the instability occurs, a strong coupling between pressure oscillations and unsteady heat release excites a self-sustained acoustic wave which results in a loud, annoyed sound and may also lead a structural damage to the combustion chamber. The detailed period of flame behavior and heat release in combustion instability mode have been examined with high speed OH and CH-PLIF system and CH<SUP>*</SUP> chemiluminescence measurement, flame tomography with operated at 10 ㎑ and 6 ㎑ each. Experiment results suggest that unstable flame behavior has a specific frequency with 200 ㎐ and this frequency is accords with about 1/2 sub-harmonic of combustor resonance frequency, not fundamental frequency. This is very interesting phenomenon that have not reported yet from other previous works. Therefore, when a thermo-acoustic instability with Rayleigh criterion occurs, the fact that the period of heat release and flame behavior are different each other was proposed for the first time through this work.

Heat pump system using CO₂ refrigerant was designed to develop a new air-conditioning system of an electric vehicle because there is no any other heating source like a IC engine for electric vehicles or fuel cell vehicles. In this paper, the indoor heat exchanger(evaporator for a cooling mode and gas cooler for a heating mode) of the heat pump system was analyzed. The heating capacity was compared with the cooling capacity for various operating conditions such as different compressor speed, outdoor inlet fontal air velocities, air flow rates and temperatures passing through an indoor heat exchanger using the precision CO₂ calorimeter. The experimental results can be used to evaluate the effect of system design changes on system performance as well as the development of a highly efficient heat pump system.
이중선회 연소기의 SNG 연료 적용을 위한 수소 첨가에 따른 화염 안정 특성

This article describes an investigation of combustion characteristics with various compositions of synthetic natural gas (SNG) in dual swirl combustor. The objective of this study is to investigate the flame stabilization, flame structure, fuel compatibility in SNG flame with varying fuel compositions. As experimental conditions, hydrogen content was adjusted from 0 to 11%. Moreover, addition of hydrogen enables keeping stable combustion condition when, for the same methane flow, the flame becomes lifted and very unstable. Experimental results show that the addition of hydrogen has a major effect on flame behavior due to the higher burning rates associated with hydrogen consequently, The higher reaction activity of hydrogen has increased the unstable or flashback region. However, stable flame region was shifted to the lean condition.

본 논문은 사용자의 운행 정보를 이용하여 사용자의 선호도 및 성향과 주변의 환경을 판단하고 적용하여 사용자에게 적합한 경로를 추천하는 지능형 네비게이션 시스템을 제안한다. 이 네비게이션 시스템은 센서 정보와 지능형교통시스템의 정보를 이용하여 추천된 경로의 환경 상태와 지형상태를 평가하고 사용자의 감정 상태와 사용자에게 심리적인 영향을 주는 도로의 환경 상태도 고려한다. 또한 소프트 컴퓨팅 기법을 사용하여 인간의 선호도와 성향을 추론 및 학습하며 제안한 알고리즘은 시뮬레이션을 통해 검증한다. In this paper, we propose an intelligent navigation system that selects a proper route for user and applies the user’s preference, user’s tendency and environmental state estimated by driving information of user and road state. The system uses data of sensors, navigation and intelligent transport system to evaluate conditions of roads and it considers state of user's emotion. The system also uses soft-computing method to infer and learn the user’s preference and tendency. We verify the proposed algorithm by computer simulation.

본 연구는 자동차에 장착된 일반적인 자동변속기의 문제점을 향상시키기 위해서 지능형 변속선도 결정 모듈을 제안한다. 전형적인 자동변속기의 변속선도는 운전자의 습관 및 성향이 반영되지 않기 때문에 운전자가 원하는 변속점을 제공하지 못한다. 기존의 변속선도는 불필요한 기어의 변화가 발생하고 연료효율에도 좋지 않다. 또한 가끔 킥-다운과 같은 현상이 발생한다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 개인적인 운전자의 운전 스타일을 고려한 변속선도를 결정하는 지능형 변속 제어 방법을 연구한다. 운전스타일은 주행 중인 자동차의 실제 데이터를 이용하여 운전자의 성향 및 운전 습관에 의해 판단된다. 이 모듈은 실제 자동차데이터를 학습하기 위해 신경회로망을 사용한 계층적 구조로 구성된다. 제안된 지능형 변속선도 제어 모듈은 각 운전자의 운전스타일에 따라 운전에 필요한 토크와 속도를 제공하여 운전자에게 적합한 변속점과 변속시간을 제공할 수 있다. We have investigated the Intelligent Shift-map Module(ISM) to improve some problems in the conventional Automatic Transmission(AT) for automobiles. The typical AT lacks flexibility regarding the shift point because it does not consider the driver’s habits and inclinations. Also it often is occurred phenomenon like kick-down. Therefore, we designed a decision module which considers the driving style of the individual driver. The driving style was determined by the inclination of the driver and the driving technique using actual automobile data. The Hierarchical Neural Network(HNN) was applied in generating an intelligent shift map with Multilayer Neural Network(MNN). It was found that the proposed ISM provided a suitable shift point and time because the necessary toque and velocity of the automobile was considered along with the driving style of each driver when designing the ISM.

Heat release analysis in instability and transition mode has been examined with OH and CH-PLIF system. flame tomography with operated at 10kHz. Experiment results suggest that unstable flame behavior has a specific frequency with 200Hz and this frequency is accords with 1/2 subhamonic of resonance frequency, not fundamental frequency. Also, it is confirmed that the combustion instability is strongly related to the CIVB phenomenon.

Currently, face recognition technology commercialized in Korea is a system that allows access after face authentication by installing a terminal at the door. Such a system has the disadvantage of having a high cost burden and low recognition success rate at a long distance because it requires installing a terminal individually at each entrance. As an alternative to this problem, the purpose of this study is to develop a solution that automatically opens the door by recognizing faces from short and long distances by using CCTV images without installing a terminal, and to alert the surroundings by sounding a warning light.
