The purpose of this paper is to recommend the Ministry of Defense(MOD) for revolutionizing the current defense education system. As an instructor and an education planning officer of the ROK Army College, for last dozen months, the author has been embarrassed whenever tried to figure out what would be the role, functions, and educational goals of the college. In a nutshell, there has not been any general guidance for educating field grade officers. This unbelievable defect mainly comes from the absence of a responsible organization in the MOD. Even though it has the education branch under the department of personnel affairs, it doesn't have capabilities to design and implement the consistent and valuable education policy. Therefore, the development of defense education should begin with reinforcing the organization and functions of the MOD education branch. We need more experts on education( i.e. Ph.Ds of Education) and experienced specialties on defense education so that we could develop the overall guidance for military professional education. In addition, we need to enact the "defense or military education act" in a tentative name. This will ensure the legitimacy and continuity of defense education guidance initiated by the MOD. In a conclusion, it is senseless to think the blueprint for the Army College out until the preconditions mentioned above are matured. We must begin with rectifying the higher educational system.

This paper is concerned with the development of a new method for making and separating ice in-water and saving floated ice by installing an evaporation panel in an ice storage tank. The new method shows very good heat transfer efficiency than that of the convectional method. It is because the evaporation panel is directly contacted with water in the storage tank. The experiments were performed by varying inlet and outlet refrigerant temperatures of its evaporator. From the experimental results, the operating characteristics of in-water harvest-type ice storage system were investigated by measuring temperature and pressure at each point of the ice storage system and power required to operating compressor respect to the changes of the inlet and outlet refrigerant temperature of evaporator. It can be think that defrost frequency decreased and heavy ice created as the refrigerant temperature of evaporator outlet and defrost setting temperature is low so gotten result can effect to release efficiency. Also, consumption power, condensing heat quantity, refrigerating capacity and performance efficiency decreased as time goes by. Therefore, these results provide the basic data for system optimization, performance improvement and the possibility of application to other fields.

본 연구는 자아실현적 창의성 연구의 한 측면으로 창의적 자아에 대한 신념을 확인할 수 있는 창의적 자기신념(Creative self-beliefs) 척도를 개발하고 타당화하는데 목적을 두었다. 이에 Beghetto와 Karwowski(2017)가 제시한 창의적 자기신념에 대한 이론과 대학생들 대상의 개방형 설문조사 자료, 그리고 최인수와 표정민(2014)의 연구에서 제시된 창의적인 사람들의 특성을 바탕으로 창의성의 인지(창의적 자기효능감, 창의적 메타인지, 창의적 자아개념), 동기, 성향을 대표하는 48개의 예비문항을 개발하였다. 그리고 탐색적 요인분석 및 확인적 요인분석, 공인타당도를 확인하여 창의성의 인지 17문항(창의적 자기효능감 5문항, 창의적 메타인지 5문항, 창의적 자아개념 7문항), 동기 3문항, 성향 10문항(리더십 5문항, 개방성 5문항)의 최종 6요인 30문항으로 구성된 척도를 완성하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 이론적으로 제시되었던 창의적 자기신념에 대한 요인구조를 경험적으로 확인함과 동시에 창의적 동기 및 성향적 측면을 포괄하는 창의적 자기신념 척도를 개발하고 타당화하였음에 그 의의를 둔다. The purpose of this study was to develop and validate the creative self-beliefs scale on which beliefs about creative self can be verified, as an aspect of a research on self-actualizing creativity. It, therefore, developed 48 items representing cognition(creative self-efficacy, creative meta-cognition, creative self-concept), motivation and personality of creativity, based on the theory of the creative self-beliefs proposed by Beghetto and Karwowoski(2017), data from open-end questionnaires investigated to university students and the characteristics of creative people suggested by In-Soo Choe and Jungmin Pyo(2014). An exploratory factor analysis and a confirmatory factor analysis were conducted and the criterion-related validity was verified to complete the scale consisting of 6 factors and 30 items: cognition 17 items(creative self-efficacy 5 items, creative meta-cognition 7 items, creative self-concept 7 items), motivation 3 items, personality 10 items(leadership 5 items, openness 5 items) of creativity. This study thus has an implication, in that it empirically verified the factor structure of creative self-beliefs which have been theoretically suggested, developing and validating the creative self-beliefs scale including the aspects of creative motivation and personality.
