        간호사가 지각하는 사회적 지지, 건강증진행위가 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the predicting factors of nursing work performance. Methods: The participants in this study were 148 nurses working in S university hospital in P city. The scales included social support, health promoting lifestyle profile-Ⅱ (HPLP-Ⅱ), and nursing work performance. A descriptive analysis and stepwise multiple regression were used for data analysis. Results: Significant correlations were found among social support, health promotion behaviors and nursing work performance. The significant predictive factors of nursing work performance were the emotional support subscale of social support (β=.31, p<.001) and the interpersonal relations subscale of health promotion behaviors (β=.32, p<.001). These two subscales explained 27% of nursing work performance. Conclusion: Nursing education programs should include an emphasis on developing methods of emotional support and interpersonal relations in order to improve nursing work performance among clinical nurses.

        Presented in this article is an examination of the pottery excavated from sites in and around Goryeong, which was the center of Daegaya in the Three Kingdoms Period. Analysis was undertaken on examples belonging to 16 types of pottery recovered from the large-scale and mid to small-scale tombs of the Goryeong region, followed by an examination of Goryeong influenced pottery from the areas surrounding the Goryeong region. Based on this, the characteristics and diachronic change of Goryeong style pottery was established. Goryeong style pottery could be categorized into the following six temporal stages: Phase I, represented by examples recovered from Jisan-dong Tombs 73 and 75; Phase II, represented by examples recovered from Jisan-dong Tombs 32~34; Phases III & IV, represented by examples recovered from small-scale stone-lined tombs; Phase V, represented by examples recovered from Jisan-dong Tomb 44; and Phase VI, represented by examples recovered from Jisan-dong Tomb 45. Following the establishment of pottery types and diachronic characteristics of pottery from the Goryeong region, pottery examples recovered from sites surrounding the Goryeong region were examined. They were then classified into ‘Goryeong produced examples’, ‘Goryeong influenced faithful reproductions’, and ‘Goryeong influenced imitations.’ The relative presence of these three categories was established according to region, based on which the relationship between each region and the Goryeong region was identified and classified into a ‘upper-middle-lower’ pyramid scheme. In the final section, the way in which the distribution of Goryeong style pottery changed over time was examined. It was observed that Goryeong style pottery first appeared in the Goryeong region in the mid-fifth century, spread out during the late fifth to early sixth century, with its distribution narrowing in the mid-sixth century.

        육군 간부의 창의성과 정서적 몰입 간의 관계에서 코칭행동의 매개효과

        본 연구는 조직구성원의 창의성과 정서적 조직몰입의 관계와 리더의 코칭행동의 매개효과를 검증함으로써 창의적 인재의 중요성과 이를 위한 조직지원과 업무환경 관리에서 시사점을 제안하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 육군 간부 319명의 자료를 수집하고, SPSS 25.0 프로그램과 AMOS 23.0 프로그램을 활용하여 기초통계, 상관 및 신뢰도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하였다. 또한, PROCESS macro 4.0의 model 4를 이용해 추가적으로 변인 간의 직접 및 간접 효과 검증을 실시했다. 연구결과 첫째, 창의성은 정서적 조직몰입에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 코칭행동은 창의성과 정서적 조직몰입의 관계를 매개하며 창의성이 코칭행동을 통해 정서적 조직몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는 코칭행동이 정서적 몰입을 높이는 영향 변인이라는 것과 창의성과 정서적 몰입 간의 관계를 매개하는 관계 매커니즘을 구조방정식과 PROCESS macro 부트스트래핑을 통해 추가 검증하여 타당성을 확보함으로써 학술적 시사점을 제안하였다. 또한 본 연구를 통하여 육군 간부 창의성의 중요성과 군 내부의 코칭행동과 조직 차원의 적극적인 지원이 요구된다는 실천적 시사점을 도출하였다. This study aimed to propose the importance of creative leaders and their implications in organizational support and work environment management in Army by examining the relationship between creativity and affective commitment and the mediating effect of coaching behavior of Army executives. For this purpose: collection of data of 319 Army executives, correlation analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and conduction of structural equation model analysis using the SPSS 25.0 program and the AMOS 23.0 program. In addition, direct and indirect effects between variables were examined using model 4 of PROCESS macro 4.0. As a result of the study, first, creativity was found to have a significantly positive effect on affective commitment. Second, coaching behavior mediated the relationship between creativity and affective commitment; namely, observations that affective commitment through coaching behavior was positively affected by creativity. Based on these research results, this study proposed academic implications by securing validity by expansively verifying the relationship mechanism between coaching behavior and creativity and affective commitment through structural equations and PROCESS macro bootstrapping. Finally, through this study, practical implications derived that there should be recognition of the importance of creativity of army executives and active organizational support by coaching behavior is required.
