        나노 솔더링 기술에 의한 Ag계 복합 잉크의 고속 소결

        To develop a fast formation method of conductive films by liquid phase sintering using a normal reflow process, a composite ink was fabricated by mixing a commercial ink containing Ag particles of 60 nm size and Sn-58Bi nanoparticles of 40 nm average size. In addition, the composite ink was spin-coated and reflow soldered at the nanoscale, that is finally transformed into a conductive film. Although the sheet resistance in a film made of pure Ag nanoparticles was as high as 1.24 Ω/□ under the temperature profile with a peak temperature of 174 ℃, the sheet resistance values after the addition of 0.003 g flux and Sn-58Bi nanoparticles became considerably low. In special, the sheet resistance decreased to the minimum values of 0.18 Ω/□ when the added amount of Sn-58Bi was 12 wt.%. Ag particles in a microstructure in the composite films grew into outstandingly big grains through agglomeration among the Ag particles by melting and wetting of Sn-58Bi and connectivity between the grains was also considerably enhanced. Meanwhile, the amount of unreacted Sn- 58Bi nanoparticles between the agglomerated grains increase and contact property between the agglomerated grains decrease when the added amount exceeded 12 wt.%, which gradually increasing the resistance. Excessive flux addition of 0.006 g increased the sheet resistance.

        사인 주기의 온도 변화가 가해지는 피부 조직의 생체열 방정식에 대한 해석

        본 연구에서는 표면에 사인주기의 온도변화를 주었을 때 인체피부 조직의 온도변화에 대해 연구 하였다. 표피, 진피 및 피하조직으로 이루어진 피부 각 층의 서로 다른 물성치의 영향을 Pennes 열전달 방정식을 이용한 수치해석방법으로 풀이하여 조사하였다. 각 조직의 서로 다른 물성치가 온도분포에 미치는 영향에 대해 조사하였다. 또 물성치 변화의 영향을 많이 받는 진피부분에 대해서 관류율의 영향을 조사하였다. 해석 결과 동일한 물성치를 사용한 경우와 달리 서로 다른 물성치를 사용하였을 때, 피부 깊이에 따른 온도분포가 불연속적으로 나타났다. We investigate the transient temperature response in biological tissue whose surface is exposed to alternately varying sinusoidal oscillation. Based on the Pennes bio-heat equation, we apply numerical analysis using a finite element method to find the effects of the physical properties of the skin layers. Three layers of tissue?epidermis, dermis, and subcutaneous?are considered as the solution region. We investigate the effects of different properties of the skin layers on the temperature profile. We also investigate the effects of the perfusion rate for the dermis, which is the most sensitive layer. The results show that the temperature profile of tissue depth has a discontinuous point when different physical properties are used.

        가상현실 점포의 체험요소가 소비자의 지각된 정보의 양, 고객만족 및 재방문의도에 미치는 영향

        This study examines whether experiential factors of virtual reality (VR) stores influence consumers' perceived amount of information and satisfaction, which in turn influences revisit intention. This also study examines whether the experiential factors differ as a function of an individual characteristic such as environmental responsiveness. Female consumers who had an experience in using VR technology for digital shopping participated in the online survey. The results showed that educational, escapist and aesthetic experiences have a significant impact on the perceived amount of information, and entertainment and escapist experiences have a significant impact on satisfaction. In addition, the perceived amount of information has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, which in turn has a positive effect on revisit intention. There is also a difference in the effect of experiential factors on consumer responses depending on the environmental responsiveness. This study provides theoretical suggestions for experiential marketing and presents practical implications for developing marketing strategies for digital retailers utilizing VR technology.
