올레핀/파라핀 분리 기술로 silver nanoparticles(AgNPs)를 운반체로 사용하여 보다 효과적으로 올레핀을 분리하는 고성능 올레핀 촉진수송 분리막을 제조하고자 하였다. 기존에 성능이 밝혀진 PVP/AgNPs/TCNQ 나노복합체 막에 추가적으로 할로겐 물질을 첨가하여 AgNPs의 표면을 더 양극화시킴으로써 성능을 향상시키고자 하였다. 제조한 용액을 TEM과 EDS로 분석해서 AgNPs의 형성과 iodine의 존재를 확인하였다. Propylene/propane 혼합기체의 분리 성능 실험을 통해 기존 PVP/AgNPs/TCNQ 나노복합체 분리막과 기체 분리 성능을 비교하였고, long-term stability 실험을 통해 분리막의 안정성을 조사하였다. Nanocomposite membrane to show facilitated olefin transport was prepared for enhanced separation performance. Addtion of halogen molecules into PVP/AgNPs/ TCNQ nanocomposite membrane was expected to further polarize the surface of AgNPs for enhancing the separation performance. The formation of AgNPs and presence of iodine was confirmed by TEM and EDS analysis, respectively. The separation performance for propylene/propane mixture was compared with that of PVP/AgNPs/TCNQ nanocomposite membrane. The long-term stability of membrane was investigated with time.
Titanium 양극산화시 TiO<sub>2</sub>의 형상 및 특성에 미치는 전해질의 영향

Titanium alloy (grade-4) is commonly used in industrial and medical applications. To improve its corrosion resistance and biocompatibility for medical use, it is necessary to form a titanium oxide film. In this study, the morphology of the oxide film formed by anodizing Ti-grade 4 using different electrolytes was analyzed. Wetting properties before and after surface modification with SAM coating were also observed. Electrolytes used were categorized as A, B, and C. Electrolyte A consisted of 0.3 M oxalic acid and ethylene glycol. Electrolyte B consisted of 0.1 M NH<sub>4</sub>F and 0.1 M H<sub>2</sub>O in ethylene glycol. Electrolyte C consisted of 0.07 M NH<sub>4</sub>F and 1 M H<sub>2</sub>O in ethylene glycol. Samples B and C exhibited a porous structure, while sample A formed a thickest oxide film with a droplet-like structure. AFM analysis and contact angle measurements showed that sample A with the highest roughness exhibited the best hydrophilicity. After surface modification with SAM coating, it displayed superior hydrophobicity. Despite having the thickest oxide film, sample A showed the lowest insulation resistance due to its irregular structure. On the other hand, sample C with a thick and regular porous oxide film demonstrated the highest insulation resistance.
아로니아 추출물의 미세캡슐 제조 및 설기떡의 안토시아닌 안정성 연구

본 연구에서는 아로니아 추출물을 3가지 코팅물질로 미세캡슐화하여 설기떡에 첨가하고 물리화학적 특성 및 안토시아닌의 잔존률을 확인하고, 관능평가를 실시하여 소비자의 기호도를 평가하였다. 아로니아 가루를 첨가한 설기떡에 비해 미세캡슐을 첨가한 설기떡의 가용성 고형분, 수분함량, 적색도, 총 안토시아닌 함량과 총 폴리페놀 함량이 유의적으로 높았다. 철환원력은 말토덱스트린과 아라비아검 또는 카복시메틸셀룰로스를 혼합하여 제조된 미세캡슐을 첨가한 설기떡이 유의적으로 높았다. 안토시아닌 잔존률은 아로니아 가루를 첨가한 설기떡보다 미세캡슐화된 아로니아 가루를 첨가한 설기떡에서 유의적으로 높게 나타났고, 말토덱스트린으로 제조된 미세캡슐 또는 말토덱스트린과 아라비아검을 혼합하여 제조된 미세캡슐을 첨가한 설기떡의 안토시아닌 잔존률이 가장 높았다. 아로니아 가루 또는 미세캡슐을 첨가한 경우에 설기떡의 신맛과 떫은맛이 증가하였고, 코팅물질을 혼합사용한 미세캡슐의 첨가가 설기떡의 색에 대한 기호도가 높았다. 이러한 결과는 말토덱스트린과 아라비아검을 혼합하여 제조된 미세캡슐을 설기떡에 첨가하는 방법이 아로니아의 안토시아닌을 보호하는 역할을 한다는 것을 보여준다. Aronia (Aronia melanocarpa cv. Viking) contains high amounts of anthocyanins, which are susceptible to heat. This study was conducted to identify an efficient coating material for encapsulating aronia extract to enhance the stability of anthocyanins during cooking. Maltodextrin, maltodextrin+gum Arabic, and maltodextrin+carboxymethyl cellulose were chosen as the coating materials, mixed with aronia extract at a ratio of 2:1, and freeze-dried after homogenization. The encapsulated aronia extract was then used as a sulgidduk ingredient. Sulgidduk prepared with the encapsulated aronia had significantly higher values for redness, anthocyanin retention, total phenolic content, and antioxidant activity compared to sulgidduk prepared with non-encapsulated aronia. In addition, the sensory evaluation revealed that sulgidduk prepared with encapsulated aronia produced better color and taste. These results indicate that the encapsulation of aronia extract improved the stability of the anthocyanins in aronia, and encapsulated aronia can be used as a functional colorant in the food industry.

As the number of patients with Alzheimers disease increases rapidly, various studies have been studied to diagnose it earlier. In this study, EEG data analysis was conducted using Phase Lag Entropy (PLE), an indicator that measures connectivity between brain regions, focusing on reducing functional connectivity of the brain. PLE was calculated and compared for the healthy group (HC), mild cognitive impairment group (MCI), and Alzheimers disease group (AD), respectively, and then significant differences were verified using the Wilcoxon Rank Sum Test. We also trained the Support Vector Machine (SVM) to classify the three groups only with PLE data.
