심한 마모를 가진 환자에서 전자 서베잉을 이용한 금관 및 국소의치 수복 증례

과도한 치아 마모를 가진 환자들을 치료를 시작할 때 수직교합고경의 상실과 수복을 위한 공간의 적절성으로 분류하게 된다. 본 증례의 환자는 80세의 여성으로 구치부 교합지지가 상실되어 대합치가 정출하면서 교합평면의 붕괴가 일어나고 잔존 치아의 마모 증가가 동반되어 보철을 위한 약간의 악간 공간의 상실이 발생하였다. 이러한 경우 최소한의 수직교합고경의 증가를 부여하고 안정화기간을 거쳐 안정된 교합접촉을 제공한다면 성공적으로 치료할 수 있다. 본 증례에서는 수직고경의 증가를 동반하여 단일 구조 지르코니아를 이용한 고정성 보철물과 상악 가철성 국소의치로 수복을 하였고 이러한 치료과정을 통하여 기능적, 심미적으로 만족스러운 결과를 얻어 보고하는 바이다. Excessive tooth wear results in unacceptable damage to the occlusal surface and can cause pulpitis, occlusal disharmony, dysfunction, and unesthetic result. Patients with severe attrition have to be classified as several types relative to the vertical dimension of occlusion (VDO) and the interocclusal distance for the prosthetic space. The patient in this case was a 80 - year - old woman who lost support of posterior occlusion and collapsed of the occlusal plane due to confrontation of the opposing teeth, accompanied by an increase in the number of remaining bristles, resulting in a loss of intermaxillary space for prosthesis. In this case, treatment with increased vertical dimension may have stability if the increase in vertical occlusal height is minimized within the required range, and a stable occlusal contact is provided after an increased vertical occlusal height stabilization period. After the new VDO had been confirmed under interim fixed restorations, definitive fixed restorations were produced. Through these treatment processes, we obtain satisfactory results that are functional and aesthetically pleasing.

This paper presents the effects of access air factors and throttle open degrees on the performance of a small spark-ignition gasoline engine. The engine used in this paper was a single cylinder, diaphragm carburetor, two-stroke, air-cooled 26cc engine for brush cutter. The rpm, torque, fuel consumption and HC, CO, NOx emission were measured under lean burn conditions on the opened area ratios and engine loads respectively. The results showed that the maximum power and minimum fuel consumption could be obtained. leaner mixture tuning decreases HC and CO emission.

This paper presents the pressure of carburetor air inlet and outlet and performance of a small spark-ignited gasoline engine. The engine used in this paper is a single cylinder, two-stroke, air-cooled 23cc SI engine for brush cutter. We measured the RPM, torque, fuel consumption and air inlet pressure at carburetor front and back according to the throttle open ratio. The results showed that the pressure wave and difference of the carburetor front and back pressures was increased at increasing throttle area ratio, power and fuel flow-rate were increased at increasing difference of front and back pressures.

This paper presents the effects of equivalence ratios and throttle open degrees on the emission and performance of a small spark-ignition gasoline engine. The engine used in this paper was a single cylinder, diaphragm carburetor, two-stroke, air-cooled 26㏄ engine for brush cutter. The rpm, torque, fuel consumption and CO emission were measured under the four different equivalence ratio and three different throttle degree conditions on the engine loads respectively. In addition, the difference of the rpm on the dynamometer and the engine was confirmed to verify the effect of clutch by using for transfer the engine power. The results showed that the maximum power and minimum fuel consumption could be obtained at λ=0.9 and 9% load of dynamometer, and also the leaner mixture tuning develops the lower CO emission.

This paper presents the pulsation of carburetor inlet and outlet pressure of a small spark-ignited gasoline engine at non-load condition and increasing dynamometer load. The engine used in this paper is a single cylinder, diaphragm carburetor, two-stroke, air-cooled 23㏄ SI engine for brush cutter. We measured the rpm, air pressure at carburetor inlet and outlet at 4779,6378,7473, WOT rpm and dynamo load The results showed that the pressure variation at carburetor inlet is not changed. and the pressure variation at carburetor outlet is each occurred to 0.73㎏/㎠ at 4779rpm and 6378rpm, 0.71㎏/㎠ at 7473rpm, and 0.84㎏/㎠ at WOT. According to increasing dynamometer load, carburettor outlet pressure is occurred to 0.84 ~ 0.86㎏/㎠ similarly at WOT.

This study describes about comparison of performance characteristics between Two-stroke Gasoline engine and LPG engine. The engines used in this study is the LPG engine and the gasoline engine that a single cylinder, diaphragm carburetor, two-stroke air-cooled SI engine for bursh cutter. In this study that we'd like to utilze for basic data that develop for fule or lubricating oil supply system of gasoline engine and LPG engine. The engine speed, power, torque, brake specific fuel consumption(BSFC) were measured and analyzed under the different throttle degree conditions respectively. The results showed that each of the rpm, touque, power with were increased at none-load condition and the excess air ratio tend to increasingly decreased accoding to engine speed. The BSFC that the gasoline engine and the LPG engine were showed the approximately 2000g/㎾h but the LPG engine was lowed at 6600rpm with effect to excess air ratio after lately increasing it

The rpm, torque, power, and fuel consumption were measured under the four different equivalence ratio conditions and the engine loads respectively. In addition, the difference of the rpm on the dynamometer and the engine was confirmed to verify the effect of clutch by using for transfer the engine power. The results showed that the maximum power and minimum fuel consumption could be obtained at =0.9 and 9% load of dynamometer and clutch effect such as the slip on the λ surface was not concerned.

In this study, we investigated the spray characteristics of bio-diesel blended fuel. The experiments were performed mixing rates and injection pressures on the spray behavior. Bio-diesel blended fuel have different spray pattern due to the viscosity.
