        두 개의 성형공구를 이용한 무금형 6축 양면점진성형기 개발

        Incremental sheet forming (ISF) does not use a partial or full die at the bottom of the die; rather, a hemispherical forming tool presses the sheet layer by layer along the numerically controlled movement path to cause plastic deformation. The ISF is somewhat limited in manufacturing freeform surfaces because the die is installed at the bottom of the sheet material. To compensate for these shortcomings, a double side incremental forming (DSIF) method, which can form both sides of the sheet simultaneously, is required with two independently controlled tools. This machine is composed of a forming part and support part, Equipped with a motion controller capable of 6-axis control, the developed DSIF machine can freely and smoothly form surfaces. To verify its performance, prototype forming was performed, and the 3D contact measurement and shape data were superimposed to compare and analyze the forming accuracy and verify the usefulness of incremental forming.

        스마트팩토리 구축을 위한 다중 무선통신 컨트롤러 개발

        Due to recent industry 4.0, manufacturing has changed a lot. In particular, it is necessary to control the controller and controller of the control system, to communicate various production information and measurement information, and to produce a database in accordance with the flexible production for a small quantity of various items, and to manage the trend of major parts of production facilities. In this paper, we developed a multiple wireless communication controller for small scale control system for smart factory by applying XBee and microcomputer. This controller is cheap and easy to build multi-radio communication environment of 1: N and can control and monitor control system. In addition, we tested multiple wireless communication controllers by using signal processing device and C++, and constructed network, control, and database for mechanism module, and confirmed effectiveness for industrial application.

        라미네이션을 위한 히팅롤러 모니터링 시스템 개발

        Lamination is used extensively in various industries. The type of lamination applied to the material depends on the precision level required, which varies for materials needed for everyday use, materials used in high-tech industries, and processes employed to fabricate finished products. Especially in hot lamination, the distribution of the surface temperature of the heating roller is very important to avoid the generation of internal bubbles and ensure flatness of the attached materials, and thus maintain a good standard of quality and productivity. In this study, we have developed a system to monitor the surface temperature of the heating rollerby applying a heterogeneous controller and a non - contact temperature sensor. This monitoring system accurately measures the surface temperature of the heating roller and applies the RS485 MODBUS communication method for easy expansion. Using this system, a laminated prototype was fabricated, and its efficacy for non-contact temperature sensor calibration, Ethernet IP communication, stoppage of the heating roller, and determination of temperature distribution with rotation was examined for its potential usage in industries.

        In this paper, an optimum design method based on G.A. with variable penalty was applied to the structural design optimization of a wafer grinding machine for minimum weight and maximum stiffness. The contradictive objectives were converted into a single objective function by using weighting method and introducing compliance instead of stiffness. The design optimization conducts static- and dynamic-optimizations successively. In the dynamic optimization, the solution having best fitness is selected among GDS(Good Design Solution set), which is the set of solutions having relatively higher fitness. GDS is obtained from static design optimization process. after design optimization, the dynamic compliance of the machine structure was reduced by 14.6% with a little increase of weight by 2.3% than before. The measured compliance of the optimum designed wafer grinding machine showed good agreement with the theoretical optimization result.
