지식집중화 정도가 지식소싱 전략과 기업성과 간의 관계에 미치는 효과 분석

Although the interaction effects of knowledge sourcing strategies vary depending on environmental conditions such as knowledge intensity, most prior empirical research have failed to prove the effects of environmental conditions on the relationship between knowledge sourcing strategies and firm performance. In order to fill this gap, this study examines how knowledge intensity affects the relationship between knowledge sourcing strategies and firm performance. The results of this study indicate the interaction effects of knowledge sourcing strategies in high knowledge intensity environment are different from the effects in low knowledge intensity environment. This study expands knowledge management research by identifying the effects of knowledge intensity on the relationship between knowledge sourcing strategies and firm performance. Furthermore, it offers valuable practical guidelines for managers in selecting successful combinations of knowledge sourcing strategies with the consideration of knowledge intensity.
인수합병에 있어 지식자원 간 상호보완성이 인수합병성과에 미치는 영향 분석: 전자상거래 산업을 중심으로

Although merger and acquisition (M&A) has been considered as an important means to improve firm performance, most prior empirical research have failed to prove the relationship between M&A and firm performance. In order to fill this gap, this study attempts to identify the effect of M&A on firm performance based on knowledge resources relatedness and complementarity theory. For this purpose, this study examines complementarity patterns of knowledge resources and their impacts on acquirer`s performance using M&A announcements of electronic commerce industry from 2001 to 2007. The results of this study indicate complementarity among knowledge resources are positively related with acquirer`s market value. This study contributes to expand knowledge management research by identifying the relationship among knowledge resources and their impacts on firm performance.

Win-win growth between large companies and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) become a critical encomic and social issue in Korea. Korea government has been attempted to establish strong policy to build right win-win relationship between large companies and SMEs. Along with this strong drive from Korea government, a variety of strategies that enhance win-win relationships between large companies and SMEs have been adopted. Win-win growth policy is expected to provide positive impact on sustainable competitive advantage of firms. Therefore, many studies have focused on the win-win growth policy success factors, type of the policy, and the results of the policy. Although there is much literature on the win-win growth policy, the effects of win-win policy on firm value is not well understood. We addressed this issue by exploring how win-win growth policy influences a firm`s market value using event study methodology. We evaluated the cumulative abnormal returns for win-win growth policy announced by Korean large firms from 2004 to 2012. The results of this study insisted that the announcements of win-win growth policy show negative impact on firm`s market value, which is not consistent with previous studies. The findings of this study offer insights that may help government policy makers and managers to revise their policy for better outcomes of their win-win growth policy.
단계적 모델에 기반한 모바일 결제 서비스로의 전환행동에 대한 분석

정보기술이 발전함에 따라 소비자들은 혁신적인 서비스로의 전환을 보다 빈번하게 고민하게 되었다. 이에 따라 기업에게도 고객의 서비스 전환 행동은 주요 과제 중 하나가 되었다. 그간 서비스 전환 행동을 파악하기 위한 고객의 전환 행동에 관한 다양한 연구들을 지속해왔다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 고객의 전환 행동을 단계적으로 파악한 연구는 거의 이루어 지지 않고 있다. 본 연구는 범이론적모형(TTM: transtheoretical model)을 활용하여 전환 행동의 단계적 변화를 파악하고, 계획된행위이론(TPB: theory of planned behavior)의 확장된 형태인 서비스제공자전환모형(SPSM: Service Provider Switching Model)을 기반으로 단계별로 서비스 전환에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 한다. 이를 위해 모바일 결제 서비스에 대한 고객의 전환행동과 관련한 가설을 제시하고 이를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 본 연구는 서비스 전환 행동에 단계별 차이가 있음을 규명함으로써 고객의 전환 행동 유도 및 이탈 방지를 위한 가이드라인을 제시했다는 점에 그 의의가 있다.
