도심산업시설 활성화를 위한 건축계획에 관한 연구 : 네트워크 개념이 적용된 충무로 인쇄산업시설 계획안

본 연구는 도심산업시설의 활성화와 지속가능한 도시재생의 방법으로서의 최적화된 건축적 해법을 제안하고자 하는 연구로서 소규모 인쇄업체의 집중에 의하여 형성된 서울시 충무로 인쇄산업지역을 그 대상으로 이 지역 인쇄업의 특성에 최적화된 건축적 해법을 제안한다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 연구대상지 인쇄업의 생산네트워크의 구조를 파악하였고 이를 건축계획을 위한 공간네트워크로 치환하여 네트워크 개념을 적용한 계획안을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 계획안의 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 수요자 측면과 공급자 측면에서의 각각의 산업네트워크가 독립적이며 유기적인 관계를 갖도록 한다. 둘째, 인쇄업의 생산구조를 바탕으로 입체가로의 도시 공간네트워크를 제안한다. 셋째, 도심주거에 적합한 주거공간의 네트워크를 구성할 것을 제안한다. 본 연구에서 제안된 입체가로의 도시 공간네트워크는 도시공간의 활용도를 높이고 도심산업시설로서의 산업적 효율성을 높일 수 있는 도시재생계획의 기본적 틀로서의 역할을 한다. The purpose of this study is to propose an optimized architectural solution as a method of revitalizing urban industrial facilities and sustainable urban regeneration. The proposed site of this study is the printing industry cluster of Chungmu-ro which is formed by the concentration of small-scale printing companies. For this purpose, this study proposed an architectural design plan that applies the concept of the production network by grasping the structure of production process of the local printing industry. The contents of the proposal of this study are as follows. First, the network of the printing industry in terms of the consumer side and the supplier side has an independent and organic relationship. Second, this study proposed a three-dimensional urban spatial network based on the production system of the printing industry. Third, this study proposed to construct a residential network suitable for urban dwellings. The urban spatial network proposed in this study plays a role as a basic framework of urban regeneration which can enhance the utilization of urban space and increase the industrial efficiency as urban industrial facilities.

This paper is a basic design study to develop a mounting system for integrating smart home devices into a part of the walls in apartments, which are mostly clogged with furnitures except near of electrical sockets. It is highly feasible to propose a mounting frame attached to walls without repairing and to use wall outlet sockets for electric supply and communication network. Various devices can be installed from floor to ceiling at intervals of 100㎜ between mounting frames, which are erected on both sides of 400㎜ width and supply power and information to devices. The mounting system of the wall allows to application of the fast-growing technology and smart home devices to a long-life housing.

폐선부지 재생을 위한 건축공간계획에 관한 연구 : 플랫폼 개념을 적용한 경춘선 폐선부지 활용계획안

본 연구는 폐선부지 공원화 사업의 문제점을 보완하고 새로운 도시재생의 대안으로서의 폐선부지 활용계획을 제안하고자 하는 연구로서 그 대상은 공원화 사업에 의하여 만들어진 경춘선 숲길공원이다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 폐선부지가 갖는 역사와 장소성의 속성을 플랫폼이라는 개념을 적용, 건축공간의 계획요소로 치환하여 새로운 도시재생의 대안으로서의 폐선부지 활용계획에 대한 건축적 해법을 제안한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 계획안의 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경춘선 숲길공원에 새로운 기능과 형태의 공간을 계획하기 위하여 과거 경춘선의 철도시설로서의 흔적과 역사의 장소로서의 플랫폼 개념을 적용한다. 둘째, 경춘선 숲길공원에 남아있는 다양한 철도관련시설을 과거와 현재의 가치를 공유할 수 있는 기능적, 형태적 계획요소로 활용한다. 셋째, 계획되는 각각의 플랫폼 공간은 옛 승강장이 갖는 모호한 경계의 속성과 유동적 경계의 속성을 갖도록 계획한다. 본 연구의 계획안은 기억의 장소로서의 폐선부지의 정체성을 드러낼 수 있는 건축공간계획으로서의 의미를 갖는다. The purpose of this study is to propose an architectural design plan to utilize the derelict railroad site as an alternative of the urban regeneration. The subject of this study is Gyeongchun Forest Park. For this purpose, this study applies the concept of the platform as the property of the history and place of the proposed site and proposes an architectural solution of the derelict railroad line utilization plan as an alternative to the new urban regeneration. The contents of the proposal of this study are as follows. First, the concept of the platform as a place property is applied to the architectural design proposal of the derelict railroad site. Second, various railway facilities in Gyeongchun Forest Park is utilized as functional and morphological planning elements that can share the values of the past and the present. Third, each platform space is planned to have the property of the obscure boundary and the property of the floating boundary of the old railroad station platform. The proposal of this study is meaningful in terms of that it is architectural design plan which can reveal the identity of the derelict railroad site as a place of memory.
