The purpose of this study is to construct Korea Industrial Standard(KS) that is an evaluation standard method for building insulation performance using Infra-red camera. The research contents of this study are 1) to set up basic conditions connected with Infra-red camera operation, 2) to propose the TDR(Temperature Difference Ratio) that is an in-site evaluation index for building insulation performance, 3) to propose the evaluation process, 4) evaluating for building insulation performance. By the in-site evaluation method for building insulation performance using infra -red camera, it is expected 1) expectation for activation of building envelope repair market using in ESCO and remodeling company, 2) contribution in national energy saving by promotion old building insulation remodeling.

In this study, prefabricated' dry process sustainable IHCS(Infill Heating and Cooling System) standard model was developed to substitute for existing wet Ondol system. By results of heat radiation efficiency test in the same test conditions, modularization panel system increases 80% floor surface heat radiation by producing more than 0.217kJ/㎡s heat radiation result (existing wet Ondol system is about 0.116kJ/㎡s heat radiation). In comparison of floor surface temperature distribution, the existing pipe laying type Ondol system has about 6K~10K temperature variation according to laying position of hot water pipe but modularization panel system has about 3K equal temperature variation.

In the high oil prices age, intensification of energy efficiency promotion in the building sector is required. Windows are dominating large percentage whole building loads, and are regarding as the primary target of energy efficiency. The purpose of this study is to draw up a technical counterplan for the intensification of windows energy efficiency and spread promotion by -an on-site evaluation for the cooling energy consumption characteristic between the general pair glass windows and the Low-e pair glass windows.

Impact sounds, such as those created by footsteps, the dropping of an object or the moving of furniture, can be a source of great annoyance in residential buildings. The character and level of impact noise generated depends on the object striking the floor, on the basic structure of the floor, and on the floor covering. This study base on the evaluate of isolation performance of impact sound according to the impact noise reduction methods. Reduction methods consist of four ways. First way is increase thickness of bare floor and other ways are using the soft coverings on the floor and ceiling assembles. Last way is make floating floor with shock absorbing materials.

The Although recently revised building code requires 15~20% increased thermal insulation performance for window systems, since the code is focusing on winter heat loss, it is not satisfactory to contribute on reducing rapidly rising cooling load in summer. Window systems have great impact on building heat gain and loss. Therefore technological development for window system specialized in shading solar gain in summer is an urgent matter. This study evaluates the performance of sun shading and thermal insulation for blind integrated window system. Also, computer simulation evaluates the effect of hating and cooling energy consumption reduction for an individual unit(floor area of 85㎡) of a multi-family housing. PHYSIBEL, a heat transfer analysis software, was used to analyse the effect of energy consumption reduction, and the energy load was converted to the cost to compare the actual effect of economical benefit.
